Entry to hotel is on the second floor. Had nice, semi/private spots for meetings, with a complimentary coffee, tea, latte service nearby. Great price and amenities compared to USA. Large room with bedroom, soaking tub in the sitting area (Japanese style, low to ground), and separate bathroom area with walk in shower, sink and toilet room. Reasonably priced breakfast. Staff allowed us to stow luggage for several hours before check/in and after checkout while we attended meetings. Good location for our business purposes, and we also walked to a few tourist spots.

Older building but well maintained. Room and hallway are kept very clean. Staff are friendly and polite. Hotel location is to close to multiple convenient stores, eateries, night market and supermarket. However, as a business traveler, I found multiple small issues: 1) wall power outlets are located at the weirdest clearance-restricted spaces, so it's impossible to plug in modern day block-type charging adapters; 2) bathroom lighting is very very dim with spot-type illumination that only narrowly pointing at the sink, so it's hard to groom or style your hair - I can't imagine women applying makeup in such poorly lit space; and 3) speed-controlled WiFi (exactly at 6Mbps no matter time of the day) that is hard for business people that may need to burst-download documents or files. Overall, a good hotel but if you are on a business trip, there may be a few things that aren't very friendly.

Excellent hotel, great location to excellent restaurants and very easy to get around.

We stayed in a corner room for one week and enjoyed everything except the breakfast which was only ok. I must say I was quite disappointed with the food overall compared to many Asian countries I have visited so it’s not the hotel itself. Would stay there again for all other reasons and services!
