Was disappointed in this hotel and would not return. The pool was not very appealing and rarely had towels. There were a lot of unfinished areas on that level making it not feel safe. The beds were small and uncomfortable. The toilet kept clogging, and we accidentally forgot to leave out one of their bonus cards, when we asked about it upon leaving the front desk all but laughed at us. The only plus was when we had to use our bonus $25 at the restaurant the service was phenomenal from start to finish. Everyone working there was great. The location was also amazing. We loved the views and easy access around the city.

Clean, large, room. Nicely equipped, with a great view. A little older but very much enjoyed our stay. Very nice restaurant in the hotel. Convenient attached parking with monitoring. Swimming pool there but tired and needs a brightening refresh. Good for if you just want to swim though! Friendly, helpful reception staff! Easily recommended and would stay again!

I booked a suite, and then was told I had been upgraded... to a suite, so we ended up in the exact room I had booked (which was totally fine, I truly have no problem about not receiving an upgrade, but it was a little bit silly.) The hotel knew the booking was for 4, but I did have to call down and ask for a cot/air mattress and then again for the pillows/blankets to go with them. The man who brought all that up was very nice. The sauna was genuinely dangerously hot. Like could not even put one whole foot on the floor. The pool area is small, dark, and gray, but the pool itself is clean! The biggest issue was the elevators. There are 4, but only 2 were working and they only fit about 6 people without luggage, 3 or 4 with luggage. Most of the time this was not a problem at all, but there were a few times that enormous tour groups came in at once and it was about a 20 minute wait for the elevator. Of course, that's not the hotel's fault, but it was pretty chaotic. The second time this happened, someone from the hotel did some and started directing the traffic, which was helpful. The location is great, and the suite was bright and clean and roomy!

The man who check us in was more intrest on what was on his personal phone then paying attention to us. The elevators (all 4) we down at the same time for over 30 minutes. This m ade us late for our meeting. They only had 1 elevator function for a day and a half. Twice house keeping came into my room while i was sitting on the couch. Only reason i gave the rating of 2 stars was the price was reasonable and the staff in the coffee shop was amazing!

Impeccable stay. The restaurant is surprisingly fantastic—I had dinner there twice (once dining in, once via room service) and both meals were outstanding. Drinks were also much better than expected. The hotel staff, including the restaurant team, were super friendly. Maybe it’s the Canadian niceties, but it felt really warm and welcoming. All VIP perks were provided, which made the stay even more enjoyable and charming. Great location, great facility. The pool, steam room, and sauna were awesome and in great condition. The gym, though, could use a bit of TLC—missing several dumbbells and some equipment needs repairs. You can still get a solid workout, but once everything’s fixed, it’ll be a genuinely impressive gym. Overall, this might be my new go-to spot when I’m in Vancouver.

The building was in poor condition. The floors with the ice and pool smelled terrible (like urinal cakes). The carpet in my room was dirty, and I didn't feel good about walking around barefoot. Low water pressure in my room and the toilet didn't flush well...

Start with positive: very nice and friendly staff, spacious room. Overall “ok” but many annoyances. No hook for shower towel and if you drape open to dry over towel bar it would cover the toilet (not an option). No TV in bedroom. Wall mount Air Conditioner in den area that has to be set to 18 if you want a chance of it somewhat cooling the bedroom down the hall. Shower temp takes 5min to heat up and then choice between freezing and burning hot - with fluctuations. Seems to be a tour “gateway” so waited for elevators 20+ minutes. Hotel is next to hospital and has poor windows so blaring sirens through the night. I have stayed at the Sheraton across the street and the windows keep most of that noise out. Room is dated but very clean. The kitchen sink faucet knocked LOUDLY when cold was turned on. When checking out, she was very pleasant but I was not asked how my stay was.

Nice size room. A little dated and some things in need of repair. Refrigerator makes a loud clunking noise when the compressor shuts off. No AC unit in the bedroom, must make the living room very cold for the bedroom to be comfortable. Nice coffee shop attached to the hotel. Hotel restaurant is very expensive.

This is our go to hotel in Vancouver. This August, we paid over 700 for one night for a suite. The air conditioner didn't work properly. The tub was stained, the room wasn't as clean as our previous stays, and the front desk clerk, Nico is unwelcoming. I think we'll seek other options in the future.

Overall it was good. Slow elevators. Only 2 out of 4 are running at a time. Front desk clerk would not give me $3.00 and put it on my tab for the washer/dryer at 11pm because the machines were only coin operated. He told me to walk to gas station 3 blocks down. I did not like his attitude towards the situation it was rude.

Every staff person we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quite large - we had a one bedroom - but the bathroom was a bit tired. The restaurant serves amazing food! The location is quite central and there was actually green space nearby for walking the dog!

My husband and I stayed her for 5 nights while my sister was at St. Paul's Hospital. Century Plaza has a medical rate, which helped. With the hospital right next door it made our coming and going that much easier. Our corner room had a wonderful view, a kitchenette, flawless internet and cable tv. All the staff were polite and friendly, and our room was refreshed each day. Because I had booked through Expedia, we received a $25.00 voucher for C-Prime, the hotel restaurant, which was a lovely treat.

The room we had was large and clean but we had 3 people for 2 double beds and had to pay $30 per night and the room was stocked for 1-2 people. Parking was expensive at 25/night plus other hidden charges on our bill (translink pass) (major event charge??). The shower faucet was very difficult to get the right temperature and since our room was connected to a hot water heater, we had ticking sounds all through the night. Restaurant room service didn’t understand celiac (gluten allergy) so daughter was very sick for 2 days and couldn’t eat at the restaurant or coffee area. Matthew at the restaurant was awesome and Manager was friendly.

Very cozy stay, rooms were neat and clean, hotel staff very courteous. The included breakfast coupons $30/person were good enough to have a hearty meal early in the day before start of adventure, the vegetarian options are great. I very much liked the the Green Option, meaning decline housekeeping for $10 coupon a day to be used at coffee shop. The location on Burrard street made mobility very affordable. Overall , a great stay!
