We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Terme Metropole. The pools, spa, gardens, and breakfast were excellent, and the hotel is beautiful and relaxing. At the beginning of our stay, we had some concerns about the dinner experience. We shared our feedback with the management, and we truly appreciated that they listened carefully and made a genuine effort to improve our experience. Mr. Aldo Casagrande and his team were attentive, professional, and showed that they cared about guest satisfaction. We especially appreciated how they handled our concerns during the rest of our stay. Their kindness and willingness to help made a positive difference. Thank you for your hospitality. We wish the entire team continued success.

The pictures of the property on Expedia do not match reality. A very expensive hotel with rooms that have not been updated since the 90s presumably.

Appearance of the hotel, many pools and spa treatments are unique. The hotel is very stylishly. What can be improved is the function of the aircondition in the fitnessroom and not least maintenance of the machines. We had to train in 30 ˚C and some of the machines were out of order or dit not work properly.
