Parking was very poor. Staff were very good. Room’s we’re bit out dated but overall good

Staff were friendly , the new extension was great new and modern, good size pool

They are currently renovating the property, I would not go back til they are on top of that. Onsite parking was basically not available, the room was clean but badly in need of a revamp, hopefully thats on the list. It was close and handy to be where I needed t be but until the work is over I'd pay more $$ t go elsewhere. You need to hae a warning on your booking sites about the renos

No enough parking

everything was clean and good except for the pool so we didn’t swim in there coz it was covered in dirt and bugs and didn’t wanna catch diseases

Excellent and quick checkin and I was allowed to arrive early which I was stoked about. Reception staff was very friendly. Very happy with the facilities. Great stay, loved the pool too!

The desk service was very good. A funeral came up unexpectedly I was able to get an extra night, with no problems. There was an issue with a lack of parking due to building construction work. Although the manager tried his best to help alleviate or lesson the problem, some people just seem to park anywhere with no uniformity. There were a couple of times when trucks not connected to the building works just parked in an ate taking up three car spaces at times. I appreciate that the manager did what he could, perhaps a printed off copy of parking arrangements could have been handed to the customers.

Great location to access the airport. Not enough parking for guests. If you leave to go out for dinner you might find your space occupied & have to leave your vehicle on the street outside.

Very central place to stay,no parking right now,due to new work's going on, which is good see,but there will be plenty when finished, staff always good,and so glad they got new air cons in,much quieter,I stay here alot, when travelling over seas and work, great location, recommend it.

Cleaning standard is below average. Table wasnt wiped properly. Dust all over the skirting. Bathroom sink dirty from previous guests. Bed and pillows are very comfortable.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this property. Even for an older building, there’s a lot that needs attention. The bed had an overwhelming smell of cigarettes, which made it really unpleasant to sleep in. The overall condition of the place is aged and in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint. Cleanliness was another issue—high-touch areas like doors, around handles, and taps clearly needed extra cleaning. It felt like the basics weren’t being kept up with. To top it off, the faded fake flowers scattered around gave the place a dreary, almost cemetery-like feel. I expected some charm from an older property, but instead, it just felt neglected. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless serious improvements are made.

Was warned that work was being done on the premises. The room was dirty. The quilt was covered in stains. There was a old razor and toothbrush just sat on the window ledge in the bathroom. Avoid

Great location, very clean, good transport links (especially by bus/car) for sightseeing in Perth & getting around. We enjoyed our stay.

My stay was fine - the rooms are exactly like the pictures, Very clean and well maintained. The bed was excellent - very comfortable and with really nice clean sheets. The location is fantastic close to the city and the river.

Limited parking was only informed once in room construction going on, noisey place all night then construction in day light hours. All plumbing leaking in bathroom . COCKROACHES

Found long black hairs in my bed. The reason why I checked out early. I’m male with very little hair.

It's an alright place to stay between places while traveling but wouldn't stay for more than a couple of nights, not a place we would base ourself from for to long while on holiday. Had one of those wall aircon units in our room and over half the fan bits on it were missing there was just a big falling hole where they were ment to be

From booking to checkout, everything was smoother than a Hilton hotel pillow. Communication? Prompt and friendly. The room? Massive. I could’ve done cartwheels (I didn’t but I could’ve). Comfy bed, spotless and exactly what I needed for a couple of solid nights of peace. Bonus points for loads of parking and a security guard keeping watch overnight like a hospitality ninja. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Would I recommend it? Already have, my travel group chat knows all about it! Thank you to the team!

This property initially didn't inspire me too much. I thought it would be noisy and maybe not the best choice but I was surprised. They have a swiming pool and seating area, although they are on the main road it is surprisingly quiet in the later evenings. The room I had was recently renovated, also very quiet between the rooms which is a plus, lots of parking available. The only thing for me, and totally a personal opinion is that the bed was extremely hard. It appeared to be pretty new as well but not the most comfortable although I did sleep fairly well

The road noise was really loud not the best for sleeping

The unit I stayed in was incredibly noisy. Right next to the highway, no soundproofing. The light from out on the balcony was extremely bright and shone straight into the bathroom and even under the door lighting up the bedroom at night. We asked for it to be fixed but this did not happen. This, plus the noise meant it was almost impossible to sleep

Very bad beds

The property has been repainted and is in better condition than it used to be but i was confused by the change in name when trying to locate it again. Staff were quite dismissive but the room was fine so good value for money overall.

Take down the perspex. Treat the customer like a customer. I've had a couple of 'overcharged transaction's solely because the person behind the counter cannot understand English. Or cannot formulate a flowing sentence. It's a regression in culture. 'But in my country' so on and so forth. Being penalized by fools in every aspect of life is becoming lackadaisical. Especially when you're paying resort prices in the slums.

We arrived late after a red eye flight, informed the reception staff by phone,.told to "find the security guard" when we arrive. No phone number for the guard, no otjer instructions,.tried calling hotel number thinking this would go through to an after.hours, nothing. Spent a good 10 / 15 minutes trying to find hom untill he just appeared from nowhere! Didn't see any other staff, left early in morning for another flight. Very comfy bed :) clean bathroom.

Because they "Blacklisted" me and so they wouldn't let me stay there. When I asked the reason why the receptionist didn't know and told me that someone else would let me know. When I asked them they said that I was "unhappy with the service last time" and that's why they Blacklisted me?? They sent me an email which I hadn't read and I didn't know existed until they rang me and told me. I was about to go around there and found out at the last minute. This caused me to have to book another motel which cost me a great deal more as it was on the same day as I was to stay in Perth. I travel 3 hours from where I live to stay in Perth overnight to fly out to work the next day. On this occasion I had to come to Perth a day early for an appointment with a Specialist so I had booked for 2 nights instead of one. If I had been given more notice that they had blacklisted me I could have stayed elsewhere at a cheaper rate but because of what happened I couldn't do that. To be told by these people that they Blacklisted me because I was unhappy with their service displays the lack of service they actually provide. The previous conversation I had with them which would show what I mean is too long to write here. If they have the ability to blacklist anyone because they believe there is something wrong with the service then does that mean they can do that with anyone whenever they feel like it? In my opinion this incident opens the way for these people to Discriminate.

We have stayed here a few times now when we have a late or early flight. The staff are lovely and the beds are comfortable

Staff rude, when asked to speak to a manager i was advised there was not one on site? when i said that was hard to believe it was said well the manager will only say what i have said. I said that is not for you to say it is for a manager. Well there is no one on site......... RUDE. Never recommend

The property is going through construction at the moment. The place was clean a little dated. We are only laying our heads down so good for the money and close to the airports

The hotel felt pretty seedy and grubby on arrival. Entering the room felt pretty much the same. Very old and dated interior, shower with shower curtain not pleasant. No airport transfers included. Couldn't get any food when we arrived at night. Nowhere to put suitcases, couldn't access the balcony.

It had been renovated new tiles in the bathroom. They had toothbrush and toothpaste. The shower had liquid soap and shampoo. The restaurant wasn't open but it was a Tuesday night. I don't have a complaint

For the price it wasn’t that good, water instead of milk, I have stayed anthor time where we stayed 5 nights and it didnt once get cleaned, laundry closes, the bar/shop is extremely over priced, staff are quite but nice, rooms are clean, I just think for the price there should be more! it’s a cheap alternative which is good!
