Gutes Hotel für einen Stop für die Fahrt von und in den Süden. Hunde sind willkommen, gutes Restaurant und gutes Frühstück. Freundliches Personal.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Tagungshotel, aber alles in Ordnung. Haben es für einen Stopover auf dem Weg in den Süden genutzt, war ok. Wir haben das Hotel auch aufgrund der Verfügbarkeit einer Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos gewählt, um mit vollem Akku weiterfahren zu können. Leider sind die Ladeplätze aber Tesla Destination Charger, die NUR für Teslas genutzt werden können, andere Autos werden nicht geladen. Das sollte man wissen.

The overall experience is perfect. We stayed at Royal Garden because of how close it is to Unipol Forum. It's beautiful, very photogenic, perfectly clean, the staff is very polite and helpful. They even took care of our luggage after check-out, because our flight was later in the evening. The metro station for M2 is 5-6 mins away by foot, and you're in the city center in 20 mins. The breakfast is very rich, the quality of the food is 10/10. They have a really cute bar, the prices are cheap compared to some standards in Italy right now (for example, 7 euro for Aperol Spritz that was perfect). Overall, great experience. If you're going to Milano because of a concert or something in Forum, this hotel is ideal.

Das Hotel ist vom Personal bis zur Sauberkeit sehr gut. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist auch super. In ca. 10 min Gehweg ist man bei der Metro. Es gibt die Möglichkeit das Auto entweder in der Tiefgarage oder auf den Stellplätzen zu parken.

We were unaware this was directly next to the forum for concerts and events and of course we got there during an event. Parking garage was kinda creepy, dirt floors turning into garage. Loud noises and water dripping everywhere. Elevator up jolted and doors didnt shut all the way. It was free, pretty secure parking though so thats a plus. Once you got inside it was beautiful, staff were ok. Room was big and nice. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Food at dinner was good. Breakfast was good. It advertises being surrounded by nature but its only surronded by an ivy wall pretending there is nature. Overall it was a fine nights stay before we headed to the airport.

The photos are a little misleading because there’s no pool. The hotel is beautiful. The guy acted like it was a big deal I asked for an hour extension to leave because my flight wasn’t until 8pm. It was an empty hotel. It’s very easy to get here from the train and I was able to go to the mall across which was great.

Ansich war das Hotel ganz oke. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Jedoch haben wir uns sehr auf den Pool gefreut… Spoiler Alert es war ein kleiner Teich. Umgebung war oke. Parkhaus wirkte sehr unsicher und sehr mitgenommen ( war nicht abgeschlossen und frei zugänglich)

Hotel più antico, in stile classico, con molto metallo dorato, tende damascate e mobili in legno. La manutenzione è impeccabile: tutto è pulito e brillante. Molto confortevole. Si trova accanto alla Unipol Arena. Parcheggio incluso senza costi aggiuntivi. Pet-friendly senza supplementi. Il letto è delizioso, la biancheria è di qualità premium, profumata, pulita e morbida. Doccia eccellente.

Huge room, ideal for a little family. The hotel seems abandoned, lot of restoration to be done, unfortunately there was a bed bug in the crib that was given to us.

Purtroppo non è più un "quattro stelle", le attuali condizioni della struttura, che richiedono una pesante ristrutturazione, sono incompatibili con l'ospitalità promessa. Cassette elettriche scoperte, carta da parati sporca, giunture nel bagno muffite, suppellettili in pessime condizioni, pulizia approssimativa... Diciamo che ci sono ampi margini di miglioramento. Da prendere in considerazione solo per una pausa di una notte per poi riprendere il viaggio.

Struttura un po’ datata ma comoda perché vicinissima al Forum, punto di forza dell’hotel. Infatti, non c’è bisogno di prendere l’auto che si può lasciare nel parcheggio esterno o nel garage coperto non custodito. Camera datata, priva di bollitore ma frigo bar dotato di scelta. Grossa pecca: bagno sporco e kit di primo pronto soccorso assente. Sfortunatamente il mio partner ha avuto un incidente e in reception non ci hanno fornito neppure un disinfettante. Inaccettabile per un 4 stelle.

Room was lovely decorated but it was not clean to my standards. There was fluff and hairs on the floor when we arrived at our room. Staff did not attempt to interact not even greetings, even when we requested information they made us feel like an inconvenience. Would not stay there again.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marked by multiple issues that made it very uncomfortable. I had booked for five nights, but for four of those nights, the air conditioning didn’t work. No air came from the vents at all. I’m from the U.S., where strong air conditioning is the norm, and while I understand European AC is typically weaker, this hotel advertised air conditioning on Expedia, which is why we booked it. Our rooms were around 27°C at night in the summer, literally warmer than the outside air at night. I ended up sleeping in just my underwear and waking up sweaty and sticky every morning. We notified the front desk several times, and their only solution was to move us to other rooms—which had the same issue. The AC finally worked on the last night, but by then the damage was done and we were just ready to leave. The hotel itself is visually beautiful—clean, modern, and designed with lots of windows and garden views. But even that worked against it. At breakfast, the eggs and meat were exposed to direct sunlight, which gave off a rotten smell. I went from enjoying the full breakfast spread to only eating cereal due to how off-putting the smell became. I’m usually lenient with my reviews, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel—especially in the summer. It’s a lovely-looking property, but my experience was frustrating from start to finish. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to offer any kind of refund or compensation for the major inconveniences we faced.

Badkamer was niet echt schoon. Met name de tegels en de vloer.

Sehr schöne Lage, nicht direkt im Zentrum aber gut erreichbar, auch mit öffentlichen Mitteln. Parkplätze mehr als genug verfügbar, und sogar Tiefgarage für die Gäste verfügbar. An der Sauberkeit der Zimmer könnte man noch arbeiten. Der Rest war ok

Room was nice but TV didn’t work and you couldn’t change the Air conditioner temperature which made the room uncomfortable. The hotel is beautiful but felt more like a 3 star hotel than 4.

目の前のMediolanum forumからはforum裏の駐車場から行くと5分ほどで行けて、イベントには便利です。 20分ほど歩くと大きいモールがあり、カルフールで買い物などを楽しめます♪ レストランスタッフの方は皆さん親切で、朝食ビュッフェもおいしく、広々とした開放感のある場所で食べられてとてもよかったです！ 施設自体は広く、中庭もあり、清潔でステキですが部屋でwifiがつながりにくく、スタッフにも問い合わせましたが、様子見のままほとんど使えませんでした。連泊だったのでそこだけが難点です！

Ottima camera da letto matrimoniale con il bagno privato. Molto spaziosa, pulita, e di vede che rinnovata con lavori abbastanza recenti. Colazione a buffet eccellente e sempre fresca e rifornita per tutti i gusti. L’unica pecca è che sulla tv è possible vedere solamente i canali Sky, nessuna applicazione o screen mirroring disponibili. Il riscaldamento nonostante la temperatura impostata a 25 non si scostava dai 22, purtroppo la stanza non risultava caldissima, ma grazie alla coperta in dotazione ci siamo trovati bene la notte.

Bis 23 Uhr so laute Musik in der Lobby das wir im 4 Stock nicht schlafen konnten. Wie am Ballermann!!!!! Katastrophe

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben den Unipol Forum. Die Zimmer sind sehr geosszug. Leider ist die Dusche etwas unpraktisch

Room was excellent! such a great size, bed was so comfy and big!!! bathroom was very good. The whole place was really clean! really easy to get to Milan from this hotel, it’s 13 minute walk to metro and about €2 on metro to get to Milan which was very useful!

SCAREY !! I am a woman traveling alone. I asked for a wake up call at 6:00am. I woke up at 6am on my own. At 6:10am still no wake up call from the hotel so I got in the shower. I checked out at front desk about 7:30am. Front desk clerk said he called my room at 6:00am as I asked but no answer. (There was no call. Two phones in the room - either one rang.) Then he said because I did not answer the phone he sent his colleague to my room. " my Colleague knocked on your door and there was no answer so HE came into your room and saw that you were in the shower so he left. " Is there a woman out there that would be ok with this ? Because I am in the room alone I don't shut my bathroom door - what did his colleague see ?!?!!' So a man came into my room when I was alone in my room in the shower !!! I will NEVER go back to this hotel. I would strongly recommend that no woman traveling alone ever go to this hotel. There were several other goofy things about this hotel - terrible water pressure, grungy sofa in my room, no kettle in my room, stains on ceiling, cracked bathroom tile, poor hot water in the shower BUT those are nothing compare to a male hotel worker coming in my room when I'm there alone in the shower. My room door had no deadbolt, no chain, no lever arm to lock from the inside. So any hotel worker could come in at any time with their key. SCAREY !!!

Ottimo servizio. Ottima pulizia, senza sprechi inutili di cambio asciugamani puliti eccetera. Ho avuto un problema con la chiave magnetica, prontamente risolto! Consigliato

Hotel was just reopening after holidays. Hot water needed running taps for a while. Air con not working as expected. All workable problems but what spoiled it for us was the attitude from one of the staff on reception- pretty poor

Although not everything was 'perfect', the staff were very kind in assisting, the breakfast was a standout with many delicious selections, the bed was very comfortable. My Jr Suite faced a back field with very little noise, one room segmented (no door) from the sleeping area made it convenient. Large bathroom with nice shower. The first morning the sounds of someone early talking loudly in the hallway were surprisingly clear and loud, the second night I found the long round pillow from the couch is the right length to put against the crack below the door and muffle it. Some minor things like requesting the sofabed be made or stripped, and my bed not be made, got confused but nothing major. Housekeeping responded promptly to any concern. The staff were pleasant and friendly and accommodating. Fyi it's a walk around a big field to get to the Forum, the gate in the fence gives entry with a buzzer midway. There is little in the immediate vicinity and the hours of the bar (mayonnaise sandwich or ham & cheese) is from 3pm or so, not for lunch. Dinner we did not get to try as we had evening events and had to leave before the restaurant opened at 7:30pm. There is a small fridge in the room which was very helpful, and a kettle with packets of coffee, decaf, and tea (no milk nor lightener) and some apples, a nice touch. Toiletries are provided too. Elevators work well, surroundings are peaceful, the side entry of the Forum is visible from the hallway- fun! Thank you

Excellent location close to unipol and to the mall. Hotel needs renovation. Shower door did not close and water was all over the floor. When checking in the lady was not nice and not willing to help.

Area around the hotel was not the best, but access to the city center was easy due to the M2 Metro line. Rooms and facilities were clean. Breakfast did not have a lot to offer and quality of the food was mediocre. Service was rude sometimes.

Mi sono presentato al check in e, come status gold, avevo diritto a upgrade gratuito in caso di disponibilità; la ragazza della reception mi ha gentilmente negato la possibilità di un upgrade giustificandosi con l’hotel fully booked. Sfortunatamente per lei, ho verificato direttamente sul portale prenotazioni dell’hotel che, dalle 14.30 (ora del mio check in) fino alle 20.00 (ora dell’ultimo mio controllo) c’era disponibilità di camere di classe superiore alla mia… senza parole!!! Gravissima dimostrazione di presa in giro del cliente! Spero che hotels.com e gli altri portali prendano provvedimenti. A questo si aggiunge una camera senza riscaldamento con temperatura interna di 18 gradi in una giornata di settembre gelida. Senza parole!

Bell'albergo old style con un enorme giardino intorno, dietro il forum di Assago comodissimo in occasione di concerti e con fermata metro vicino. Molto bello anche all'interno, le camere un pò meno. Moquette in camera, tappezzeria macchiata sui muri, pure una zanzara spiaccicata. Colazione con buon assortimento di dolci, caffè e cappuccino alla macchinetta. Da migliorare la simpatia del personale al bar.

Hotel situato davanti il Forum, Metropolitana a 5 Min a piedi, struttura a 4 stelle.. ideale per soggiornare dopo un concerto

Per chi va in macchina comodissimo. Metro a due passi, che in 15/20 minuti ti porta in centro. Hotel molto pulito con camere ampie e silenziose. Bagno bello e pulito con asciugamani ampi e molto morbidi. Parcheggio gratuito esterno dentro la struttura. Colazione molto ricca e variegata con prodotti di qualità. Personale molto gentile e disponibile .

Chambre spacieuse, propre, confortable..lits très confortables également. Calme et service optimal. Bar de l'hôtel très relaxant..personnel très serviable. Excellent petit déjeuner complet..le bonus : accès piéton à l'Unipol Forum.

Wir waren jetzt schon ein paar mal da sehr schönes Hotel gute Lage an der Ubahn. Von da ist Mailand City sehr gut zu erreichen.

The hotel was very clean and very quiet. I hardly heard any other guests for my whole stay. It was really convenient for getting to the arena and I felt very safe walking back after the concert. It was easy to get to the city centre too as the hotel is right by the metro station.

Haben das Hotel für zwei Nächte gebucht, da wir an einem Konzert im Unipol waren. Die Lage ist genial für ein Konzert Besuch. Mit der Metro, welche sehr nah ist, ist man auch sehr schnell im Zentrum. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen aber ohne Frühstück. Kaffee und Orangensaft ist aus dem Automaten. Der Orangensaft ist ungeniessbar! Der Kaffee ist auch nicht viel besser, geht gar nicht für Italien (das Land des Kaffees)!

Struttura ottima dove soggiornare per eventi al Forum, che è a 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel (cosi come la metropolitana). La camera che avevo io era un po' vecchio stile, ma comunque pulita e ben fornita, ho trovato anche una bottiglietta d'acqua in omaggio appena arrivata in camera. Servizio di cena veloce prima degli eventi al Forum, molto utile ma personalmente non ne ho usufruito. Ben organizzato, colazione buona, buffet non eccessivamente ampio ma comunque con diverse scelte. Consiglio assolutamente!

L'hôtel est vraiment magnifique Situé à proximité du Assago Forum donc idéal pour un concert/spectacle Un grand centre commercial se trouve également à environ 15 minutes à pied Le centre-ville de Milan est relativement loin mais accessible très facilement en métro La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée Le lit immense et très confortable Le petit déjeuner... WOW un choix large et très bon Le personnel est professionnel mais je trouve parfois un peu désagréable (ce n'est pas une généralité, certains très aimables)
