The hotel is fine for a night before heading out on a tour. Breakfast is 20 euros for the buffet and we were told at check in the restaurant would also be open, but it wasn’t. We weren’t able to book the hourly shuttle to the airport as it was full, but we saw it come and go for other guests between the scheduled times. The front desk ordered a taxi for us and it turned out to be the same cost as the shuttle, 20 euros for four people.

Great location next to Marco Polo airport. Facilities were very clean. My only gripe is that there is no shuttle to and from the airport. We walked from the airport to the property and that was not the safest walk due to the lack of sidewalks. We had to take a taxi from the property back to the airport.

We chose to stay at this hotel because it had an airport shuttle. When we arrived we were told no shuttle after 1 pm on Saturday and no shuttle after 8 am Sunday. We then had to book a taxi to airport at a cost of 50 euros for a 2 miles trip.

Great little hotel with a wonderful location so close to the airport. But, really, you had to charge me extra for breakfast? Give me a break. No decent hotel does that anymore. And I had to pay for the shuttle to the airport, which was only 1/2 a mile away. Five euros. Why bother. Just put it in your room rates. Every other hotel does.

We enjoyed our visit to Venice and our stay at the Courtyard Marriott. They provide airport transfers to/from for 5 euro which is added to our bill, very convenient. The hotel was convenient to take the bus to the City Center and cross into Venice. We will definitely stay their again if we make it back to Venice. Thank you!

The hotel is conveniently located near the Venice airport - about 5 mins. away. The flat rate for a taxi between the two is 20 Euros. There is no shuttle. It was discontinued in June. The rooms were clean and well appointed. During our stay, the dining and bar facilities were closed for a two week summer holiday. There were a few options nearby, but less than ideal. This closure was not communicated during the reservation process. The absence of on-site dining facilities and shuttle were a disappointment.

Clean room, very nice staff. For some reason the room was super hot, we couldn’t cool it of. We didn’t complain just opened the window. Also the shower was not impressive, needs a new shower head. Again, we didn’t say anything. We’re only there for a night before flying out. I will say the room was super clean, fairly large, you can’t get closer to the airport and the bus stop to the tourist area of Venice is right across the street and only a 25 minute ride. I’d definitely stay there again.

Very nice place. Close to the airport (we actually walked it one day, about 10 min) Breakfast NOT included and is 20 euros a person. However it is very nice. Interesting European feature was that the room key needs to be in the slot inside the door in the room for the lights to work. Only negative was that the AC didnt work well.

We stayed at this hotel for one night prior to an early morning flight out of marco polo airport. While it is advertised as a 4 star property - it is at best a 2star property when you compare this to other marriott properties. Rooms are very small, very dated but are clean. For being less than a mile away from the airport - there are no hotel shuttles.. A private shuttle can be arranged for $10 a head.

They didn’t have the king room we had booked so they put us in 2 queens which were full size beds. Blankets were old and frayed room had a musty smell. Also staff advised us that we would be fine leaving at 5 am for our flight. Security line was over an hour line, would have missed our flight if we didn’t have fast track.

Liked that the property was right next to the airport… it’s very easy when you have a 7am flight. The property is a bit rundown. I actually got stuck in the shower. The door would not open. I advised the management they did nothing about it. They have an amazing Italian restaurant on the property. I would definitely not consider going back to that hotel I had to travel extremely early in the morning.

Very nice and convenient place to stay. I had a good nights sleep. The staff is always so helpful and polite. I Hope the restaurant will be open again the next time I'm there. I also would very much like to see more of the pedestrian walkways to the airport. So convenient to walk to the hotel when the weather is good. The fitness room and breakfast was exellent. I also like the motorcycle displayes in the front as well. Gives the place a nice touch. Thank you

I called and tried to book a room over the phone, they refused and said I must book online. For check in, there was only one person at the desk when we came, eventually a second came, which sped things up a bit. Our flight had been cancelled, so we had nothing with us. The hotel charged 5Eu for the tiniest toothbrush and even tinier toothpaste lol. Rediculous. The rooms were clean and tidy. It’s 10eu per person to get a ride to the airport. It’s only a 15min walk, not the safest as there is no sidewalk. And if you have luggage, it will be quite difficult. So a bit of a money grab if you ask me. They should just either have a shuttle provided or 10eu per trip, not per person. But since we didn’t have much choice due to the situation. It was ok. Definitely not worth the price.

We stated one might in this hotel as we had ti catch an early morning flight next day. We arrived at 2pm but we were told that the room was not ready and had to wait a few hours ! Then I asked for someone to help us to bring the luggage inside the hotel and store them until the room gets ready but they said they had no porter and we have to do it all by ourselves!

The restaurant Da Mario was my main negative experience. The service was poor. We walked in to first buy drinks for our room and stood waiting. One staff looked at us then turned around. We left. We later returned to order food. We then wanted to add an item to our order, they said they’re coming but never came back to ask. Another staff brought our bill and I mentioned we wanted another item but the rest of our order was ready by that point. No apology. The food was not that good.
