The evening staff person was professional and courteous. She was the only person working so had to check in several groups arriving at once. I was asked to provide a credit card for incidentals which is customary at hotels but what is not customary is a $150.00 charge for incidentals which I was told would be released when I check out. I've never heard of that! There is only one elevator. The staff person placed everyone on 3rd floor and before I could bring my belongings in, the elevator was closed off for maintenance at 9pm. I had to carry everything up to 3rd floor. To the staff person's credit, she did offer to carry my belongings but I declined her help. There is a sign indicating quiet hours start at 9pm but of course the elevator was being worked on until well past that. The room itself was clean and comfortable and I looked forward to a peaceful night's rest. Of course, a ton of construction in the parking lot began before 8am so I woke to the noise of construction machines. In the morning I went down to breakfast and the options available were adequate. Food was fresh and staff were hard at work. The eggs were hot but hash browns were really cold. A guest approached front desk for soap and was told the hotel did not have any but were expecting an order later in the day. The same guest asked about laundry detergent and was told the hotel only has jugs of detergent, not individual load size.

The staff is awesome! The pool needs a little maintenance as there are cracks surrounding it, and the paint is chipping around the outside of the pool .

The hotel is under renovation on the 1st floor but I stayed on the newer 2nd floor and it is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are modern, fresh and clean! The lobby and breakfast area is trendy and hip. Nice stay for a Comfort Suites. I highly recommend

Nice confort.. only down fall was that it only had one elevator for the entire building and wait took a bit of time. Also breakfast meals were first come first serce type so we end of getting what was left, we went around 9am on both Saturday and Sunday.

Hotel was very clean. Weve been on a 16 day road trip. This was our 13th hotel and it has beat them all. Staff extremely friendly. Hotel was clean and spacious. Newly renovated. Highly recommemd. Would definitely stay here again. Wished all hotels was like this 1.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I been too since 2020. The staff were very friendly and helpful from front desk, to breakfast staff .the lobby coffe and water atayed filled and fresh. The room was very clean smelled fresh. The bed was comfy. Felt very safe. Such an amazing stay!

A few homeless people around the property, but the staff was excellent with their service. Unfortunately, my bedding had a weird translucent stain on it. I was a bit grossed out and ripped the sheet of the bed.

Staff were warm and welcoming. The room was very clean, with a modern feel, comfortable armchair, adjustable desk chair, and easy-to-use controls for the thermostat and blinds. Enjoyed the view of the mountains. The bathroom was well designed and the bathtub safe enough (with grab bars and tub bottom that didn't feel slick or slippery, even when wet). The bed, sadly, was very very uncomfortable so I slept little. The breakfast was typical/nothing special.

Not sure why the smell of marijuana filled the hallways and my room when I came in after dinner. It may be related or not, but a bus load of sports team people had what appeared to be every other room occupied on my floor and were going down the hall, room to room. I mentioned the skunky smell to the front desk lady, who appeared to be the only person on site for the night. She called back and offered to move me to the room next door. I declined, and the room next door was then filled with family with a toddler who woke me at 2 AM. It was a loud child who occasionally would try and open the connector door between the two rooms. I could hear every word of what was said in that adjoining room, the walls are just that thin. The second and third floors had been recently remodeled and the furniture was new and comfortable, but for those who like to move into drawers for their stay, there were only one tiny drawer in each bedside table, so you have to live out of the suitcase even if you have an extended stay. Overall, I will not be coming back to this location.

Did not get the room I thought I reserved. Even though most guest had not checked in desk clerk could not accommodate us after she found out we had used Hotels.com. Bed was VERY uncomfortable. Walls VERY thin. Could hear talking from next room. When they turned on the shower it woke us up. Bathroom was great though.

I thought the property was nice and overall was in good condition. The beds/pillows were not as comfortable as I was hoping they’d be. There were tons of options around the hotel for shopping and eating. Breakfast in the morning was really good, but would recommend going down early am to beat the crowds.

The staff was excellent, especially loose and housekeeping. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom after the remodel was a disaster You removed the tubs and leave a shower with a showerhead that I couldn’t reach. The weather hit me on top of my head and was too tall for me to adjust

The walls are thin and we could hear people talking next door and footsteps above us. The staff was so nice and accommodating. The place was very clean but was noisy. I called the front desk twice and to report noise at midnight. They took care of our concerns right away.

Had a great stay. Newly remodeled hotel. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. We appreciated that there was plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The TV had streaming/mirroring capabilities. The continental breakfast had a good array. And the staff was so nice!!! I specifically want to thank Chris who checked us in; he really took the time to make sure we were comfortable. The only negative remark I can make about our stay is about how heavy the doors are… which means they close hard/slam. So we could hear every time someone in our hall was going in and out of their rooms, at all hours.

Spent two nights here and I would stay here again if I’m ever back in Tucson. There’s plenty of shopping near (Tucson Mall), and dining, Walmart is not too far. The bed and pillows were comfortable, towels were a nice size. My only complaint is check in was so slow, guests are coming in and there was only one lady. Get her some help. But other than that. It’s a nice place. You also have to pay $100, but you get it back when you check out. Which they should also make more known.

Great place to stay for business. Large table, enough charging port, room amenities, and service were incredible. Breakfast was good but I recommend to provide some meat on weekends. Close to Tucson Mall and located at safe place. You might need a car to roam around.

The hotelbis in a very commercial district but the room was quiet amd you couldn't hear any street noise. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Close to several nice places to eat. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Felt very safe.

The breakfast was not good and the entire time we were there they had no Jam/jelly. The lady said, sorry, it comes tomorrow....that never happened! We stayed 2 more days...no Jam! Well, the service was very good otherwise! We will probably give it another shot and come back ;-)

This may not apply to most people, I was traveling with my family across the country, breakfast at every hotel we have stayed at is at 6-9, when I checked in Friday night late, the clerk said breakfast is from 6-9. We needed to be on the road by 7a so we got up at 6a Sat morning. My wife and kids went to get breakfast, and the sign said M-F 6-9 Sat & Sun 7-10. I get what you are trying to do with "Sleep in on the Weekend" but instead of screwing up peoples plans make breakfast 6-10 instead. Needless to say, this simple change soured the overall experience. We checked out at 6:30 and had to go buy breakfast down the road.
