This is not your parents best western! It had a really cool pool and hot tub. A pool table, good breakfat and a limo to take you to dinner!

They have a beautiful pool area with plenty of lounge chairs. Breakfast was also great. The room wasn’t too spacious, but it has a big separate sink area outside of shower/toilet. We enjoyed our stay.

I am in love with their jacuzzi. I thought I was in Hawaii. The plant arrangements were amazing. This spa was big and roomy; Most impressingly clean. The water was nice and warm. It was 55° outside, so being in this warm spa was perfect.

Room was a room. What makes this place stand out is its OUTSTANDING staff and facility! From the moment we arrived, front desk staff was amazing. I dealt with three different front desk people and all were great. Aaron was so amazing. And the morning breakfast person,Viviana was so gracious and helpful. The whole inner complex with pool, sauna, weight room, and eating facility was a dream! I cant think of another word for it. Facilities was incredible to with Dorian a presence throughout opening the pool and taking care of the grounds. Our family has decided to always us the spot for our Coast trip. Thank you to all staff at this Best Western. All was very appreciated. Very kid friendly!

The hotel was nice with nice amenities. The Keurig in the bathroom was gross though. We did not use the Keurig for fear of fecal matter particulate contamination. Suggest to not put coffee maker in bathroom.

Desk clerk was very nice. I'm mobility impaired and he gave me a well-placed room and arranged for ice to be brought to my room. The pillows were very nice. The bed was hard as a rock and I barely slept. The bathroom floor was filthy and sticky with urine. My feet were clean when I got there and very dirty the next morning. No way I was going in the shower. The desk clerk told me check-out time was noon, but housekeeping started banging on the door at 11:50 and 2 more times before I left the room at 12:07, even though it was clear there were other rooms they hadn't gotten to yet. I won't be back.

Be aware…this property is situated between 4 marijuana dispensaries and it smells like it. It is also two blocks from a soup kitchen and 3 blocks if homeless camps. When we asked if it was safe to walk 4 blocks to a restaurant, the clerk said,”Yes. Absolutely!” The room smelled like someone had used an entire bottle of awful air freshener. The room was dark and old, nothing like pictures online. The bathroom shower and floor needed a good cleaning as well. Because of the smell, cleanliness and safety concerns we cut our trip short and left as soon as we could in the morning.

The staff here is amazing and very helpful. My reason to put cleanliness at three stars is that the Coffee Maker and Ice Bucket are in the Bathroom, with the coffee pod just exposed to the bathroom elements. I was not a big fan of this choice.

We stayed here instead of the first hotel we booked, because this place was much nicer and the same price! This is a wonderful spot at this price, includes resort-like atmosphere by the pool, with a very nice full American breakfast included: sausage, eggs, real potatoes, it’s the little things! Room very clean and quiet, and free limo service which we will try next time. Get a room away from the street like we did and you’ll be happy this place. Also, has a pool table and adjacent restaurant.

Room thermostat temperature control was non-functional. Approx. 80f room temperature overnight and morning was very uncomfortable. Hair dryer switch did not work. Breakfast was very good and pool and spa area were great for relaxing. Overall experience is negative. Our stay fell short of quality and comfort expectations given the cost for our one night stay.

The bed was perfect! I slept great. I stay here for work a couple times a year. I wish the bathrooms had better lighting, though, that’s my only complaint. Plenty of usb ports for charging and a workspace in the room. WiFi was included and a breakfast buffet! The pool area looks pretty cool although I didn’t get a chance to use it.

Nice hotel, front desk and breakfast person were super nice. Pool area was great, easy check-in. The breakfast was great. Little on the high side price wise. Only issues were small stain on pillow and thin ceiling and walls. Can hear everything. I'd stay again though

Newer remodel of an old property. It’s rather noisy from traffic. Shower would not turn on initially and was missing the cold indicator. The missing cold indicator left an hole, which to me is always a concern w tiny cameras out there. Two conditioners, but no shampoo. No bathtub. Double beds in the room we had, not queens. Close drive to homeless area.

This BW exceeded our expectations. Our room was large and comfortable; the breakfast was excellent; and the patio and pool area looked really fun. We especially appreciated the availability of the complimentary car service to take us to and from dinner at a local restaurant in downtown Eureka. We would happily stay at this property again.

I got a room.with a broken tv. Audio but no video. Drag. I tried everything. Houseman showed up. He tried everything all over again. No go. No TV. Add to all of this..no lie: PROBABLY THE HOTTEST DAY OF THE YEAR. Houseman shows up with new TV. He had to do alot of work.to install and I helped him fire it up..he had ti write .trouble ticketd etc...Saturday night...hotel sold out... Lot of work. Not the greatest way to stay...and with the room price OVER $300...ya...thats a drag. I hope you guve the Houseman a raise. Hard working. Nice. Apologetic. Kudos to him. I hope you recognize him. I really do. He was a wonderful kind face of your corporation..so I thank you for that Postive part... Of this otherwise not good experience Thankyou for listening

The property is run down, the staff person I was dealing with was awful and rude, as if my staying at the hotel was an inconvenience. The first night I was there, the front desk manager demanded that I come to the front desk to sign a piece of paper or threatened I get kicked out. I was already sleeping when he asked for this request. He did not care. Don’t stay here.

This hotwl has become our go to when in Eureka or surroubding towns. The staff is so nice, helpful, and always smiling. The rooms are quiet, clean, and feel very private. The pool area is awesome, when swiming or sitting in the hottub, I never felt uncomfortable or as if i were too close to others. The housekeeping and breakfast staff is very nice and pay attention to detail. We will always stay here as long as it stays this way.

This is a very nice hotel! Perk of having a complimentary limo take you to a large choice of restaurants in the area to dine. Very friendly and helpful staff and the room was very clean. Their breakfast is one of the best - more than just pastries. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

The entire staff were so friendly ,helpful, and professional. Our room was very clean. They also offer a complimentary limo service to shuttle guests to and from the restaurant of your choice. Doesn’t get much better than that. We will definitely visit again.

Wi-Fi was decent, one restaurant near property, more within tge walking distance, but wouldn't suggest to walk in the evening...doesn't look safe. Parking lot was full, but seems like everyone had their spot.

Excellent location, which was a double edged sword. Extremely close to the highway, which also made the location a little noisy. However, it was very close to old town, Eureka. That meant that you could walk to the shopping and many restaurants. Easy access to the highway for Travel up or down the California coast. Very helpful and nice desk staff. Nice full breakfast too!

Despite its being a motel in an unsafe area on Hwy 101, across from a marijuana shop such that you get out of the car and smell it- the grounds, room, bed, and customer service were excellent. The front staff was always eager to help. The pool area has a tropical oasis vibe and hotel staff were often keeping it clean and tidy. You could tell the management was excellent. It is a quick one minute drive to the historic downtown( we felt unsafe as we walked it), with restaurants and shops. They even offer a free limo ride to and from downtown in the evenings

This hotel exceeded our expectations! It’s very thoughtfully managed and maintained. There is a great spread for breakfast, their (free) limbo service took us to dinner and back, there is an awesome espresso machine in the lobby next to a gorgeous salt water fish tank. The grounds have beautiful landscaping and water features throughout. And then ofcourse the outdoor area is just fantastic. It’s got a huge hot tub and pool, tiki torches light up with flames at night, a gas fire pit with comfy seating, it’s all just so well done. Also the rooms were fully equipped and updated and cozy. We will always recommend this hotel! Sincerest thank you to all the staff at this Best Western for making this place such a great experience. Your hard work shows!

Great hotel to stay at. Amenities are great and the dinner limo service is top notch. Highly recommend staying here. Breakfast quality was unusually high, they used real eggs and real meats, even the ketchup was organic.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. Selina provides rides to/from dinner in the limo, and she made the trip so special for my son (it was the highlight of our trip). The pools were clean and warm…big hit for the kid! The rooms were well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect. Lots of parking at no cost. I would stay here again when in the area.

Clean and conveniently located. Hotel offered transportation to and from local restaurants so you don’t have to drive yourself and find parking. Very nice amenity for their guests. Pool area was very nice. Complementary breakfast was good. Would stay again at this hotel in the future.
