Ojala consideraran tener una planta de luz ya que se fue la luz. Y pues los servicios basicos como el agua dejan de funcionar y tambien la regaderas estan tan altas que es difícil poderse bañar.

Muy lindo hotel, está muy tranquilo a comparación de varios comentarios que había leído, si hay bares al rededor pero no es impedimento para descansar, sirve bien la TV, el aire y el baño cuenta con agua caliente. El único inconveniente fue el area de la alberca, ya que al estar al aire libre está un poco sucia y el agua helada. Pero volvería sin problema, fue muy buena experiencia.

MUY BUENO El hotel esta nuevo, asi que las instalaciones son muy buenas, la zona esta increible ya que puedes ir al centro caminando y tiene el pabellon gastronímico a 5 minutos. Lo malo es el lugar de estacionamiento, ya que, no esta en el mismo lugar que el hotel, el carro lo dejas en un lugar que esta cruzando la calle. Recomendable

Chariot es una opcion para los que buscan estar cerca del Remate de Paseo Montejo, y caminar por la Zona del Centro y el corredor Gastronomico. Es un hotel de solo 3 pisos, sin servicio a Cuartos de Alimentos, pero hay un restaurante junto con acceso por el Lobby. De amenidad solo tiene una Alberca al frente que mas bien es un canal de Nado. Cuenta con estacionamiento ( un lote baldio) por la calle 56 . Las Habitaciones son Comodas, Con Servibar y Smart TV.

The hotel was nice overall. The pool area could use some more cleaning. The windows were very dirty, smudged everywhere. Also, the corners/floor of the shower were pretty dirty. Everything the hotel offers is nice and comfortable but it could be cleaner.

El hotel esta bien lo único fue que un dia tuvimos que avisar a la recepción que te queríamos limpieza de la habitación y según ellos tenia el letrero de no molestar pero fuimos 3 veces a la recepción para decir que si queríamos limpieza, creo que la comunicación entre recepción y camarista no es buena, tuvimos que mover la cama de abajo y ahí nos dimos cuenta que la camarista no limpia bien las habitación ya que al moverla vimos que había mucha basura de quien sabe desde cuando en limpieza le doy cero en todo lo demás es buen Hotel nuevo y bonito, también detectamos que en domingo no limpian ni los pasillos ni el elevador eso es muy importante para los huéspedes.

Estadía increíble! El servicio al huésped es excelente, la atención del chavo de recepción de la tarde es muy buena. Volvería a hospedarme en ese te hotel, muy limpio, en una zona con mucho que ver, bares, restaurantes, zona muy segura.

A great modern hotel. The staff was very friendly, check-in and check-out was easy. They spoke very little English but with Google translate, they're still accommodating. Wi-Fi worked well. Smart TV worked well, connected to Netflix easily-- we were stuck in side a lot as it rained our entire trip. Everything was very clean. They had free parking in a lot a street behind the hotel but we easily accessed the back door of the hotel to get in instead of walking back around. The strip of Paseo de Montejo is a fantastic, walkable area-- a bit more tourist friendly than downtown. Our only complaint was that the smell of cleaning chemicals was so intense it gave me a headache. I could go the rest of my life without smelling Fabuloso ever again after this trip. Overall, it was a great stay--especially for the price.

Muy amplia, limpia, perfumada, acogedora. Muy buena vista hacia las edificaciones antigüas de Paseo Montejo. El aire acondicionado y elevador funcionan perfecto. La alberca muy linda en la azotea, solo sugiero darle mantenimiento. Todo perfecto. Lo único que eché de menos es que no tienen restaurante propio. Gracias

I recently stayed at this hotel and, overall, my experience was mixed. On the downside, the front desk service was very slow. In the room, there was a persistent sewage smell coming from the air conditioning, which was unpleasant. The pillows were also too hard, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Nos tuvieron 8 horas esperando la habitación, les hable para avisar que llegaría en el vuelo de temprana hora para que puedieran considerar entregarnos la habitación un poco antes y aún así nos fue entregada a las 14:50 hrs. Adicional, notamos que a los huesped que llegaban les asignaban habitaciones ocupadas. Muy mal por el personal del hotel.

En general es un buen lugar para hospedarse, referente, costo-calidad, sin embargo tiene mucha áreas de oportunidad, la recepción encabezando la lista, ya que el personal no está capacitado, a mi llegada me dieron llaves de una habitación ocupada, y la respuesta ante este error, fue muy pobre, la recepcionista no me dijo nada, la limpieza del área de la alberca es otra área de oportunidad importante y por último la habitación a lado de la mía estaba completamente inundada

A great modern hotel. The staff was very friendly, check-in and check-out was easy. They spoke very little English but with Google translate, they're still accommodating. Wi-Fi worked well. Smart TV worked well, connected to Netflix easily-- we were stuck in side a lot as it rained our entire trip. Everything was very clean. They had free parking in a lot a street behind the hotel but we easily accessed the back door of the hotel to get in instead of walking back around. The strip of Paseo de Montejo is a fantastic, walkable area-- a bit more tourist friendly than downtown. Our only complaint was that the smell of cleaning chemicals was so intense it gave me a headache. I could go the rest of my life without smelling Fabuloso ever again after this trip. Overall, it was a great stay--especially for the price.

EL hotel prácticamente es nuevo. Pequeño pero las habitaciones están muy agradrables y de buen tamaño. disfrutamos nuestra estancia en este hotel, sobre todo por estar en pleno Paseo de Montejo, frente a las casas gemelas y a unas cuantas cuadras del mercado de comidas.

Muy buen hotel, la única “incomodidad” Y mi leve es que el estacionamiento está fuera del hotel cruzando la calle y no es muy grande, limpio, bonito no use la piscina pero se veía bien, solo que tiene muchas restricciones de alimentos y bebidas

The location was fantastic - close to many great restaurants. Room service was good but the amenities were limited. The lobby didn't have adequate or private seating. There were some issues with water pressure in the upstairs rooms and some renovation noise but I think this will result in a new outdoor patio and adjacent bar.

Seems like the Kavia group has taken over small hotels and renovated them, but it needs more attention in small details!

The room was comfortable, but the air-conditioned doesn't work well so it feels warm. There were a little mold in The bathroom. Nobody help us to take our luggage upstairs or when we left. The swimming pool need more clorox, there was full of bugs. and even when I told the staff and I repeated ask the same about the swimming pool with bugs the person repeated said it's because the wind and the trees. In the 3erd. Floor there are no trees to start in the 3er. Floor ,second a lot of bugs 🐛 on the pool is because is not cleaned or maintenance with clorox, and is not safe for kids. Good location. Good beds. And room. Some improve .
