When booking wasn't apparent that pool/weight room (both nice) were in a separate community recreation facility. Pool tables were in yet another location along with the mini-golf putting course, which was in very poor condition. Also not disclosed condo was multi-level, had to go up a flight to the living area, down a flight from the entry to the main bedroom, an issue for my 70 year old body. Some items needed repair: Badly damaged tiles in the entry, sheer curtain to the living area deck wouldn't slide open, outside entry steps poorly repaired and had sloping issues, those with moderate mobility issues could lose balance. HVAC system was atrocious, lower level main bedroom close to 10 degrees cooler than the upper main living area. Staff was pleasant but forgot to ask if we needed pool towels, had to drive back down for them (this property encompasses many acres/blocks). When departing the staff member was somewhat dismissive, not horribly so, but hardly a friendly goodbye. Stayed 2 nights, there was no housekeeping Aside from above the condo was nice. Main BR large jetted tub (didn't use), separate shower, fairly spacious. 2nd BR w/2 twins, smallish. Beds were just ok, not great. Kitchen fully equipped, cutlery, dishes, cookware etc... Great views form two private decks. No disclosure of MAJOR road construction in-town, BADLY congested (Sept 2025), couldn't get to about 1/3 of the downtown businesses. Mildly disappointed overall, but an OK value for price paid

This is a really nice place to stay. Was very impressed with the room itself, its huge and totsally up to date. Very clean, washer and dryer, exceeded our expectations by far. Only 30 min to wolf creek even on bad visibility and snowy conditions. Will definitley be back. Olympic size pool and large hot tub, full gym, boxing area, group fitness. This place has it all, and its all included.

We stayed in a lovely lakeside condo. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a dining area. There was a balcony with seating overlooking the lake which was nice. A little bit of extra cleaning would have been good especially around the patio doors as the cobwebs full of dead midges prevented me from opening the doors from the master bedroom. But that was the only negative, everything else was perfect and we had a very enjoyable, comfortable stay here.

Beautiful locale but in somewhat disrepair. Comfortable and spacious rooms but old. Housekeeping is poor at least in my suite. I'll recommend Wyndom Pagosa but with a strong warning about cleanliness.

The location is great the views were amazing and the staff were very friendly. Our room was not so good, I wasn’t satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. Crumbs on the table, couch was stained, no toilet paper, sheets were dirty and had stains. Although the location is in a great spot, I don’t know if we would stay there again.

Our unit was just fine, with the basic time-share amenities. However it was NOT clean. When we arrived, the door was standing open, which was strange, making us wonder if they had not finished the job. The floor still had crumbs on it and looked as if it hadn't been mopped in a long time. The countertop still had coffee stains, crumbs, and hadn't even been washed. Just because you fluff up the Kleenex and emboss the toilet paper, it does not mean the place is clean. Missing those simple things makes you wonder about the rest of the "cleaning."

While the overall cleanliness was good, there were some areas in our unit that had slatters on the walls. We stayed in a 1 bedroom condo and the kitchett was quite small. There was maybe 24" of counter space so we had to get creative with the coffee maker, toaster and cutting board placement. The are is on a pond, so the view was magnificent. And very quiet. We were there at the end of spring break, so not a lot of visitors. Our condo was on the 2nd floor and someone was staying next door and below us. We could abshear the person under us, cough and snore all night.

Wyndham is a cute little cozy spot to stay with stunning views! We loved our little condo. Peaceful lots of space and well put together. Front staff was awesome! Super helpful. Only reason i gave it a 4 star is because the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors and they can hear you. If that wasnt a thing this property would be a 10 out of 10! Either way you wont regret your stay here!

This is a beautiful property with lovely apartments of various sizes. Below, I will describe the problem we encountered, but want to emphasize that the management of Club Wyndham took excellent care of us. I couldn't recommend them higher. OK, here goes. The day we checked in, we were informed that the property was having a WiFi issue, an issue which persisted through all of Day 2. It was inconvenient, but not overly so. Then on the morning of Day 3, we awoke to a serious plumbing problem. Apparently, the fiber optics guy had accidentally punctured the sewer line. We couldn't use any of the plumbing in our unit, which meant no toilet and no shower. We had to drive to the main office to use the office restroom. We weren't angry, but we were a bit distressed, because we were missing our morning activity. But this sort of thing could happen anywhere and it in no way reflects any carelessness on the part of the Club Wyndham management. At the front desk, we were offered two options: 1) go find something else to do for three hours while the crew finished the repair and aired out our unit (it smelled like sewer), or 2) move to another unit. Both solutions were inconvenient, but we figured that if we could move, we could get back to our plans more quickly. The management very kindly offered us a massive upgrade, so we spent the rest of our vacation in a lakeside unit with a balcony--which we couldn't have afforded on our own dime. Best part of our trip! Thank you

My check-in experience was horrible. I tried to check in about 4:15/4:25 pm and my room was not available yet. It was not available until 4:40 pm. We were told we’ll be at the front of the line for checking into a room that we should be glad because there were about a hundred people behind us. Am I supposed to be happy to hear that?

Not our first stay at Wyndham Pagosa and it wint be our last. The property is always beautiful and well maintained. There was so much to do in town this weekend and the staff made sure we knew everything that was offered. Cant wait to come back.

We had a house keeper just walk into our unit and say they didnt tell him that we already checked in and then they called after we were already in our unit and said we needed to leave until it was ready, not a organized place at all.

Always a great stay at Wyndham Pagosa. Great front desk staff. Chris is a great manager that is always helpful. Condos are nicely appointed and the facilities (gym, pool, etc) are far better than you find at most resorts.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was beyond attentive and friendly. Only concern was the walkway leading to the door - the concrete was very damaged and a tripping hazard. However, I would absolutely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

The property was beautiful. We had a beautiful room, and view from our balcony. The one thing that can be improved is the lighting. It was dark as hell trying to find our building at night. Lighting is a must and larger signs on the buildings so that people can see the room numbers. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay.

the unit we had, had an amazing view--lake and mountains. the unit was very roomy. great wifi. comfortable. nice beds. staff were very helpful and nice. only 'negatives': the dishwasher and furnace/fan were kind of loud. we definitely would stay here again.

Club Wyndam Pagosa Springs is awesome! The unit I stayed in was an extremely nice one bedroom condo on the golf course. So quiet and beautiful. In the morning, while on the outside patio, I was greeted with several balloons taking their morning flights, beautiful! Staff were very helpful and friendly.

This property is within walking distance to groceries. The shower pressure is good and thermostat works great! Never too hot or cold. Very quiet area with wildlife around. The rec center is walking distance and is a superb facility for swimming, hot tub, fitness studio and plenty of other workout equipment.

Absolutely brilliant and big bang for your buck! With pool, hot tub, kitchens in the rooms, free movie rental with popcorn and hot chocolate. Free socials with drinks and snacks Friday to Sunday, craft classes, exercise classes, views to die for, and a friendly staff (especially Kimberly 😁) this is a must stop on your Colorado vacation. We booked for 2 nights and extended it to 2 weeks!!!!
