Out of the 3 elevators, only two were working. But those took so long for people to come up or go down. There were couple of times I had to take the stairs due to to the waiting time. The staff at the coffee station were not friendly and the bell service person was very rude

Great hotel, staff was very friendly and accomodating. The amenidies were great as well. Enjoyed the pool area with the palm trees and watching the boats and yachts going in and out of the marina. Would definitely stay there again.

So this property that offers rates for each room from about the $195 - $350 range depending on time of year and what is going on in town has a business center BUT THE INK IS OUT OF THE $199 PRINTER SO IT IS AND HAS BEEN OUT OF ORDER. What the heck is going on at a HILTON HOTEL when the Front Office manager, the Operations Manager or the General Manager allow the guest accesable Printer at the little business center to go without a printer. Yes they allow you to email your project to the front desk but now the front desk has my private information that I needed printed. THAT IS BAD....... They even printed up pages to give to guest to give them the front desk email INSTEAD OF BUYING PRINTER INK OR A NEW $199 PRINTER. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT DECISION!!!!!!!!

Hotel is nice. In a good location close to airport and things to do in Fort Lauderdale. There is no self park. Valet is $57 nightly. Valet takes forever all day. During the day it’s about a 10-15 min wait. Night time is even worse. I waited 32 mins for them to retrieve my car Saturday night. When I came back no one was to be found I waited about 10 mins just as I was about to leave the keys on there stand he finally came back.

What a great spot! Watch boats at the marina, take a water taxi ride. However, it was the service we received at the front desk that made the real difference. Were were tired travellers and staff made it pleasant and easy to check in. Thank you and we will be back!

This hitel was definitely not fully renovated as they stated. The carpets are old, stained and dirty. The chairs and bench fabric were stained, the shower doors leaked a river in our bathroom, the doors inside the room were warped and chipped, the chairs on our balcony had bird dropping stains, and the air conditioning unit would drop below 65. Was hot in the niddle of the night. We had to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes to bring extra blankets for my kids, had to request extra coffee supplies and towels everyday, only 1 tiny garbage pale for the whole room, and my daughters fou d 2 palmetto roaches in their room! And whatwver you do don't ask for a cup with ice at the pool! The server was adamant about not ficing me a cup with ice! However, despite all these things, i must say the hotel was very friendly and accomodating when these issues were addressed. We travel in style and enjoy quality amenities. This hitel does not have that. No shower caps nor q tips but did supply quality shower supplies like shampoo conditioner and shower gel. The pool was beautiful but the food and drinks at the pool bar were ridiculously over priced. The pool bar was an eye soar. They need to make it a real pool bar and never reopened agter a short period of rain. We didnt rent rent a car because parki f was $60+ per day sonwe had to uber eveywhere which wasn't terrible. It wasn't terrible but it adds up! No airport shuttle. Only to and from the beach. The hotel restaurant was below sub par but a nice

Worst hotel experience ever! My son went to adjust his pillow and to our surprise dried blood on sheets! Not washed sheets last person got blood on bed and seems they just fluffed pillows and blankets without even bothering to change. That says enough to there standards. Oh and the best part when we called front desk the man who answered phone said we could go downstairs and get new bedding sheets since there’s no housekeeping. I guess we were supposed to make the new bed, Or worse come to worse we’ll put you in another room. Moved to other room had horrible smell in it and dirty blankets. Seriously dirty hotel! We couldn’t wait to get out.

Issue with AC with the room that I had. Let the Front Desk know went out to dinner. Came back after a couple hours. The room still was hot. Requested a change of room. I was patient and polite never made a scene or was angry about it. Manager Changed my room, but he made a comment saying oh where are you from and I said I am from here Miami. He’s like oh then you know that it’s hot and it takes a while for rooms to get cold. Didn’t appreciate the comment he needed to say sorry for the inconvenience. Here is your new room and the keys. Food was expensive For burgers and hotdog. And morning just to be able to get a yogurt, orange juice and a coffee you will spend more than $40 stayed at the Hilton just for the convenience of the convention center, which was great. But too expensive to overall.

I loved my king room with balcony view. The closet had a light and closed automatically. The service was top tier! I got bottled water whenever I asked and asked daily if I needed anything to improve my stay. The pool was cute, WiFi worked great and I had some of best sleep on that bed. It was the right amount of luxury and the convenience of 3 places to eat on sight was great. The only con was the mandated 20% on my takeout order from olive and sea and small portion. Otherwise everything I ate and drank was good.i enjoyed reading my book while watching the boats

When we got to property at 4 pm which is checkin time we where told no room available - explained the need for a room they found us one - but when we came back to the room at 11 pm AC wasn’t working correctly and no one could find us another room or get it fixed was miserable all night !

Convention center is in walking distance and also close to Port Everglades. But it is far from everywhere else like restaurants and shops. The room needs an update. It was odd that bathroom is huge while the room space itself is small. There weren’t enough space to unpack three small carriers. The thing we liked was they provide bottled water. Pool was nice too.

Very dated property. Great location and a very nice pool area, but the rest of the facility is fairly run down. Great bar with wonderful service but the restaurant experience was horrible. It took thirty minutes to receive a very average and overpriced meal. We had to ask the server twice about the meal and her response was "I have tables inside and out and I am very busy" but they still charged us a 20% mandatory tip. Ridiculous!! A perfect example of the service received when you don't have to earn your tips.....

I love this hotel and we always try to stay here despite it being more money then most hotels. This time I was given a room facing the street and it was so loud we could not sleep. We woke up to a new convention center being built and it was continuous noise and beeping from moving construction vehicles. Great hotel if you stay away from rooms facing street.

We got off our cruise, arrived at 9AM and tried to check in. I was told our room was ready but it would be $40 to check in early. That is ridiculous. So we sat in the lobby for 5 hours and then got the room we could have had at 9. Food options are minimal and very expensive ($16 for a dry sandwich) They are clearly more interested in profits than customer service.

Your security staff is amazing. I mistakenly left a very important medicine in the room fridge and was leaving on a cruise in less than 2 hours. Security answered the call quickly and was very nice on the phone. They located it quickly, and called quickly to say they found it. They also met me in the lobby to bring it to me since I was rushing back to get it and the ship was leaving very shortly so I had to get back to the ship. Please thank them for me again. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the front desk made me feel unwelcome. I was told that because I booked through a third party, there were extra fees and the tone made it feel like I was a problem for doing so. I accepted an upgrade, but it was a huge mistake. The room (607) smells strongly of bleach, which is overwhelming—especially with my 2-year-old with me. The bathroom door is broken, the fridge doesn’t get cold, and the entire room feels old and dirty. Definitely not what I expect from a Hilton. At the pool, there were no towels. I asked twice and was completely ignored. After waiting 30 minutes, someone finally said, That’s housekeeping’s job, and still didn’t help me. Even when I went to get coffee, the staff didn’t greet me or offer any kind of friendly service. I chose this hotel because it’s near the port for my Disney cruise but this will be my first and last time staying here. I expected better from Hilton. Spend your money elsewhere.

The hotel was lovely and clean and we enjoyed our 1 night stay. The main reason for the poor review was that we were charged $90 on our credit card for no apparent reason. The hotel was unable to tell us the reason for the charge or reverse it. We had to try sorting it out through our credit card. Overall frustrating experience.

I usually do not provide negative reviews or would just ignore all together but this not a way to treat paying customers or people travelling from other countries after early travel times when you are exhausted with kids. Did not have our room ready for the 4pm check in (we were told we didn’t pay the $25 to have the room earlier and someone had a late check out so we could not get our room…my thought was how do they clean it? And they would have kicked that person out?). Finally, got our room at 4:30pm after a rush cleaning. We were not provided water bottles like other visitors or the $20off voucher to the hotel food area (had to ask for the voucher the next day when we found out about it). When provided a room the side table had tiny bugs so had to be moved to another room/floor. We were given no discount for any of the following and barely provided an apology, simply no care or desire to help. Will not stay here again which is too bad because the outdoor marina area is nice and it’s close to the cruise port.

It is imperative that effective measures are implemented to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. The offered compensation of two drink/breakfast vouchers feels inadequate considering the hardship experienced. This gesture appears dismissive of the challenges faced by me and my family on my son's birthday. So we called a day after for a more comprehensive approach to addressing these concerns with a manager since During our stay, we encountered several issues and promptly reported them to the hotel staff. Despite our repeated attempts to address these concerns on-site, they were largely dismissed.

I liked the location of the property for our stay. It’s next to one of the water taxi points. The staff were friendly and the rooms and hotel are nice and bright. We stayed at the beginning and end of our trip but unfortunately both times situated next to the ice machine station. The Olive and Sea restaurant offered good food in the evening but we didn’t opt to have breakfast there as there was only the buffet, which seemed expensive when you only want a regular size breakfast. The coffee shop within the hotel offered fruit and pastries and the coffee was good, no need to go looking for a Starbucks, I got my oat milk vanilla latte right there! I would stay here again.

Great service! Very nice/beautiful hotel. The balcony room we had was beautiful on the top 14th floor. Catherine at check-in was amazing and so kind and helpful. We also ate at the Olive tree restaurant and the food was very good. The restaurant was beautiful and the service was great.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Property was nice and well maintained. Front desk was extremely busy at all times, and I couldn’t get service from the room phone. I had to go down to the front desk and wait in line to get extra towels. Also the food service time/ availability is strange. No room service offered, and some things are available during the day (pool menu), but after a certain hour you can only get food from their restaurant (Olive and Sea) and they can’t take to go orders from your room. Must go to the restaurant order and wait there- and there’s a 15% gratuity automatically added. So a decent amount of inconvenience in the food area if you wish to stay on property to eat.

The pool was amazing and that’s it! They changed over $ 66 dollars for WIFI… (found out after reading very small print)… 2 days at $33 dollars a day. Problem is that we weren’t even there over 12 to 15 hours… Then that breakfast they mentioned? $36 dollars a person for buffet and no other breakfast choices other than “snack” area choices.

We have stayed at this hotel for several years prior to our cruises. I do like the new restaurant but the dinner menu is very avant-garde and not to my taste. Buffet breakfast and service outstanding. HOWEVER with this being said BRING BACK THE WATERSIDE DINING VENUE BAR AND RESTAURANT......IT IS SORELY MISSED.

Beautiful, fantastic views and pool! Food options not great, coffee out of service, breakfast at hotel restaurant for 1 child and 1 adult cost $75 and no better than holiday inn express.
