We had a lovely 4 nights staying here as a family. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and we enjoyed the amenities! I recommend booking a booth at velocity to use the driving range. The pool area was clean but a bit cold. The outdoor hot tub was popular and there is a nice steam room and sauna. Beds were comfy and rooms were quiet. We would return!

This is a totally new resort on a golf course. Rooms and facilities are “ top shelf”. Ultra clean with very user friendly nuances to rooms. Staff very friendly and eager to help. Free EV charging

We had a late lunch that was very good, mussels and steak et frites. All tasty and steak was cooked as asked. The room is amazing, the pool and hot tub much appreciated and EV charger available, we will come back.

Spa was quiet and peaceful. Pool area was a great spot for the family. Had a lot of fun at Velocity and a great dinner at Carve. Overall would come back! Only slight downside is that the rooms are not very soundproof. Heard people above us with a kid, and I'm sure people heard my toddler running around.

Large, comfortable room, with excellent bathroom products and care given to make our dog feel welcome. Excellent service from Lusan(sp?). We used the pool and hot tub, and ate two wonderful meals at the in house restaurant.

Just an amazing hotel and resort with a spa and golf course. The service is always five star and they have a floor that is dedicated to dogs, with two dog wash stations. A great experience!

Entire resort was very immaculate. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was on top of it each day and the pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room were excellent.

The property is lovely, the greetings from the doorman and the concierge was very welcoming and the outside pool and hot tub at night is beautiful!

Our son is an avid golfer so we surprised him with a stay at Naturally Pacific and he had the most amazing time! As did we because we used all of the facilities offered. Played a round of golf on the great course, spent many hours at the manicured chipping/putting area (I sat under the cover area reading a book while my kids did this), enjoyed an evening of food and range at the velocity lounge on site and swam in the pool/had a sauna in the evenings. The hotel is modern, clean and our one bedroom "suite" was VERY spacious including 2 bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the doorman team. The ladies at the Velocity lounge were a delight. Checking in and out was no problem for us at all. We will definitely be back!

Everything about this resort exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be returning in the summer for another stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, and the entire place was unbelievably clean and well maintained. I genuinely loved my time here, such a relaxing, memorable experience. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had!

The property is in new condition. However, the house keeping did not mop the floors, so hairs throughout the bathroom and the room floor. The ocean view is nice but you see a townhouse construction before you see the ocean view. Would be nice to provide more bathroom amenities like Qtips, shower cap and etc. Almost $40 CAD resort fee/day is expensive because we did not use any of the facilities

I recently heard about this new hotel and was amazed by its high review score. Expecting excellent service, I decided to celebrate my wife's birthday there. My initial concern was the cleanliness of the bathroom. Although it wasn’t completely terrible, I noticed dirt in the tub and around the drain. Additionally, the room provided only one bathrobe—even though it was meant for two. It’s ironic that the hotel offers a late 4:00 PM check-in and an early 11:00 AM check-out; the five-hour gap is clearly insufficient for proper cleaning. There was no hygiene kit, but that wasn’t the biggest issue during my stay. Feeling tired, I chose not to contact reception to request a room change. Later, I visited the pool at 9:30 PM, which was open until 10:00 PM. Despite the late hour, the pool area was crowded with children since the hotel does not offer any adults-only hours. The area was extremely noisy, with kids running around, and one child even got sick and vomited near the pool. I also discovered that some of the pool users were not even hotel guests. When I returned to my room, I found a hole in the balcony door. Although it had been patched with some form of insulation, a cold draft still seeped through, and it was very difficult to open or close the door without risking injury. To add insult to injury, I later realized that the hotel charged me an extra 20–30 CAD. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable but the room we stayed in on the 4th floor did not have great noise insulation as we could hear conversations from the corridor, room next door and waste water running through the pipes when the toilet was used in the floor above. The general areas of the hotel was well presented.

Beautiful, spacious room; wonderful service. The Molton Brown toiletries in the room are a nice touch. Highly recommend!

The hotel is easy to get to, nice views smd the staff was fantastic. The xmas decorations were stunning. The one thing that didn't live up to the description was the sound proof rooms. There were a lot of families on our floor and we could hear them running around in the hallways and knocking on our door.

We loved our stay! The room was spacious and very quiet while the staff were friendly and helpful. We’ll be back!

The balcony faced the golf course, which was very pretty with the trees. It was described as a mountain view, but it was misty and cloudy during my stay so i couldn't see that far. Bedroom was beautiful, nice bed and good pillows. I didn't get breakfast, but i did get in-room dining, which was lovely.

We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely hotel. The room was spacious and nicely appointed. The nespresso machine and coffees, and kettle with teas were appreciated. As well as robes and slippers which were perfect when using the pool and hot tub facilities. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Especially Thea our waitress at breakfast, which was delicious. My husband enjoyed the Velocity golf. We took our dog Kodi and he loved his welcome gift of treats and a squeaky ball. It’s a beautiful new hotel with gorgeous grounds. I can’t wait to visit during warmer months to appreciate the grounds and golf course.

The hotel in general was excellent. That said, we had difficulty sleeping given the noise level. The room across and above our room had very loud and noisy guests which kept us from sleeping. It appears that sound proofing the rooms was not a priority when constructed? This was very disappointing.

1st impressions matter. While the property is new, clean and modern. The front desk check in staff I had, was terrible I had prepaid the room through expedia, upon check in, there was some sort of problem with it. The front desk girl had someone else come and try to determine the issue, at no point did either of them tell me what the issue was, they both kept staring at the computer screen clicking the keyboard. After 10 minutes they obviously figured something out then took my card to preauthorize for the resort fee that would still be due. There was still no applogy for the delay or what the problem was. Upon checkout, had to present my card again to be charged the resort fee. Told her my card was already authorized and the fee captured at check-in, was told no, we dont have a card on file and we need to charge it again. So while the property is very clean and nice, the check-in/checkout experience is enough to taint my view of the hotel.

Check in was slow and confusing, outdoor hot tub needs some sort of cover over it. We made a reservation months ago for a large group at the Carve restaurant , and upon arrival we had one waiter for 30 people, the food came out a different time, some people were done their appies and main course before others got their appies, not acceptable for a restaurant of this calibre. The chef would not allow us to bring a cake for my wife’s 60th so we had the cake in the lobby and it was a fight to get plates and cutlery from the chef to have cake in the lobby. Given the fact we attracted people to the hotel for the eeekend and occupying 10 rooms I thought it was pretty lame

This property felt like a true retreat away from the city. The food was outstanding, and the staff consistently went the extra mile to ensure every guest was happy. While it’s rated as a 4-star property, the service exceeded expectations and felt more like 7-star hospitality.

Firstly, the staff are all great. Almost everyone I passed by, smiled at greeted me. Check in and out was quick and painless. Rocco was very friendly. Helping us with our bags, when showing us to our room. We had to shorten our stay, and even though we booked through Expedia, they didn't charge us any fees for the change of dates. The rooms are huge. We had a king bed, and small dinner table with two chairs, and a corner love seat. And the space still seemed roomy. We booked the cheapest room, so no balcony and it was facing the carpark (partial water view in the distance). The inside pool area is decent. There's a lap pool, sauna, and a steam room (both rooms fit 4-6 people). The outdoor hot pool area is great, with a few corn hole games and giant cheese board. There's a large outdoor kitchen area, that we didn't use. But it would be a great way to eat in the summer. The gardens are all beautiful. There's about half a dozen private patio areas, with propane fire pits to hang out anytime. I don't play golf, but the course looks beautiful maintained from what I could see. Velocity (virtual driving range) is a lot of fun. The food is excellent (especially if you can take advantage of the weeknight happy hour. There's also a standard driving range. Patio area for eating, and indoor tables too. The entire resort is beautiful, and clean. Highly recommend. Especially off peak rates <$200 nightly, is really great value.

We arrived at this hotel at 6:00 and our room was not ready.it was 2 hours after check-in. They did the official check-in process, offered a free drink in the lounge and a downgrade of a room. They had no idea when the room would be ready. We did not take the downgrade. We were very tired and frustrated and as they didn’t really know when the room would be ready, we decided to take a ride into Campbell River and check out the area. They said they would call when it was ready. As we left the hotel, they put a hold on our credit card for I think $600 for an incidentals for a room we didn’t have nor could they tell us when we would have it. It added insult to injury. We didn’t get a phone call but returned at 8:00 to find “ Oh we were just going to call you. It’s ready. If you want that drink you have to go to the lounge in the fine dining establishment not the casual eating area .” So basically we got nothing for not having the room we paid for for 4 hours. Wonder how much they would charge me if I checked out 4 hours late. The hotel is brand new so it is beautiful. The room is big and spacious. The view of the water is from far away- you are not seeing any wildlife from here. It does not have a Vancouver Island feel but more an Arizona golf resort feel. There i construction across the street and a lot of traffic noise if you sit on the balcony. The staff never greets you. The manager never contacted us. They informed as I was checking out that they charge us for water.

This is a beautiful resort/hotel. It exceeded our expectations- especially the staff! Every single person we encountered; from the front desk to the restaurants was amazing!! I cannot recommend this resort enough!

This is a beautiful hotel with great amenities. The staff is great and food great. This place is beautiful the issue I had is that they charge as if they are a big time resort and they dont even come close. $35 per night resort fee which gives you nothing. They have beautiful sitting areas and pool area but you can not get "resort service" here at all. While checking in multiple guests complaing about the resort fee. Hoping management reads this as this resort fee is the highest I have ever paid and there is nothing for this value. This would keep me from going back.

Just be careful to check your bill. I unfortunately got charged twice for our room but they did promise to rectify the mistake. Time will tell & fingers crossed!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Beautiful views of Discovery Passage from the front rooms. Rooms were huge, more than enough space for a family of 3. Pool was great. Staff were very friendly. Only slight criticism was the random per night charge for the child’s bed which we assumed would be included given we booked for the family but that was resolved swiftly. Ample parking. Probably a little far to be considered walking distance in to Campbell River but still a great location.

Newly built hotel with great facilities. Helpful & friendly staff. Close to whale watching and bear watching operators. We had fabulous days out with Aboriginal Journeys (superb day whale watching) and Homalco Adventures (Bear watching). Strongly recommend both.

Amazing view of the ocean

We had a great stay. The property itself was lovely and staff were helpful and welcoming. There is not much within walking distance of the hotel, but you can reach town, walking trails and the oceanfront in a few minutes by car.

Beautiful property, great amenities and facilities. Pool, hot tub, corn hole and other games, fire tables! Beautiful rooms. My only complaint is not one the resort has control over- the construction site across the street is so loud. I had an ocean view room, I was hoping to enjoy my morning coffee on the balcony but it was SO loud even at 7:30am that it wasn’t enjoyable. Once that mess is done I’d love to come back.

The resort is not on the ocean as most places seem to be in Campbell River. It was built adjacent to a golf course. And we aren't golfers. Nonetheless, we had a great time. The hotel is brand new. The rooms are large and well-appointed. The staff is professionally trained, helpful and friendly. Pro-tip #1: ask for a room on the back side of the hotel with a mountain / golf course view (see photo). We booked an ocean view room only to check in and find that the hotel is located on a busy, noisy street. Full marks to the hotel for accommodating our request to move rooms without a fuss. Pro-tip #2: Take some extra money. I was surprised to learn I would be paying a daily "resort fee". It covered multiple "free" services, few of which we could avail ourselves of, being out and about each day. It felt like a cash grab but a minor annoyance at best. Bottom line: we would be happy to stay at the resort again on a future visit to Campbell River.

From the moment you are greeted at the door, your experience begins. Check-in is fast and friendly, smells great (due to the spa entrance being right there as well) and the lobby is beautiful. Open the door to your room, and you’ll be stunned at how clean and modern it is. Our room faced the back, so from our 5th floor balcony, we could see the beautiful golf course and other resort amenities. Carve restaurant is beautiful, food is great and service is top notch. Velocity restaurant and driving range is nice as well, but service really failed in our opinion. We were sitting at the bar for 15 mins, while the waitress continued to ignore us, then when we finally asked a young gentleman who was cleaning glasses, if he could get someone to take our order, they finally did. While sitting outside by one of the fire tables, a staff member walked by and could see I was a bit chilly so they offered me a cozy blanket, which was very nice. Overall, this is a resort, not a hotel, and it was a nice few days away. Prices are a very reasonable for what you get.

Liked the lounge and the outdoor fire pit seating areas. Not thrilled with "The Carve". Both times we ate there there were mistakes or over seasoning.

Beautiful rooms and property. We ate at the restaurant Carve for breakfast and dinner. The food was excellent, service was great. We were very disappointed in our mixed drinks from the bar. Bar tenders did not seem like they were very experienced. Many of us ordered mixed drinks and none of us liked them. Otherwise highly recommended!

Beautiful property in every way, the amenities, the reception lobby, room was spacious and bed very comfy! Happy Hour at Velocity every day for the chicken and pulled pork tacos was perfect, and the eggs benny we ordered from room service was quick, hot and delicious. Service and staff wonderful, we will definitely go back!

Great stay, beautiful, luxurious rooms and clean. Very impressed. The waiting time to get food at the Carve Restaurant was too long however and they were unable to make the simplest of drinks (lemon drop, cosmopolitan) The pool, hot tub and sauna were amazing. The dog washing station and the dog run out back was definitely a winning factor for our family pet. The facility is beautiful and well taken care of. We also enjoyed heading to the velocity pub area to have some food. It was a bit cold and the service there was a bit below what we expected. The food came to the table warm. We had pizza, fries and nachos. All was not enjoyable. We probably won't eat there again. Next time we will probably eat the the restaurant in the hotel. We also asked for a Mocha and the waitress brought basically a cold glass of milk with chocolate syrup. That was a bit confusing. The Hotel was absolutely breathtaking and outstanding. Next time we will try the spa and mineral pool.
