The fridge and microwave were nice to have.

Nice decor, great shower pressure and loved the contactless key code for check in. Luggage storage is free and came in handy when we arrived early and good you can grab fresh towels as and when needed. Location is a little far out which we knew but the free transport Salzburg card came in handy which was free via hotel booking. Main downside was the pillows were far too soft and the duvet also seemed like a single on a double bed, duvet didn’t cover the full bed which was annoying when there’s a couple in the same bed

Lovely property. I was apprehensive since everything is electronic and doesn’t have a fulltime, in person reception but their customer service and apps were easy to use and had fast response times. The room was well appointed and had everything we needed. I liked having the free lockers available as well as laundry facilities (paid) in the building. I would recommend this property. It was a little far from the central tourist attractions but the weather was nice and we enjoyed walking so it was not a problem for us (maybe a 15-20minute walk). It was great for us because we enjoyed getting out of the busy tourist area.

Highly recommend this location!! Grocery store , restaurants, and most sight seeing is within was within walking/short driving distance. Parking is a little pricey overtime, but you there is a price for that extra security.

We enjoyed our stay at this facility. Check-in was easy, although our room wasn't ready until an hour after check-in time. The room and facility were clean. They have large baggage drop lockers that you can access all day, prior to check-in. Laundry facilities were on-site; 4 Euro for a washer and 3 for a dryer. The machines dispense laundry detergent so you don't need to bring any. There is an endless supply of towels, boxed water, toilet paper, tea, and paper towels. There are at least six grocery stores within blocks of the property, including ones with international, GF, and vegan options (note: they are closed on Sundays). The property is in an area of hotels, car businesses, grocery stores, and a variety of other businesses. It is a 10-minute walk to touristy streets and 30 minutes to Old Town (Altstadt). There is a bus stop in front of the building. There is a tiny fridge that holds a single depth of items. Overall, the building was quiet. We had great issues with using the TV; the streaming did not work well, and we couldn't get support.

The room was well sized and clean. Basic amenities such as bottled water, kettle, microwave, fridge, showering gels, towels were provided. Shared washing machine and dryer are available at the basement level and you can easily use it via the wewash app. The staff was extremely helpful. He showed us how to use the storage lockers. The storage lockers are big enough for large sized luggage. The area is very safe and rather convenient (by bus or tram) to the central station.

Firstly, there is bike storage in a lockable bike shed inside the underground garage. I have no idea why they could not answer this question despite it being asked several times. No surprise that we were the only two bikes stored in the garage. Secondly, I find it rude and incomprehensible that we are told there is work going on in the ground floor after we have paid and no longer refundable. This work has clearly been going on for quite a while and furthermore, work was going on way past midnight and kept us awake with banging going for the three nights we were there. At first we thought it was a noisy guest upstairs but the thuds were in groups of four and it was loud. It kept us awake. The rooms were fine if a little cramped but other than that and the multiple times you need to remember your four digit code to enter the lift, room, entrance, washing room etc., it was well equipped and well designed, one quilt and two pillows each. ok storage if you do t have large suitcases.

Preis/Leistung stimmt hier nicht meiner Meinung nach. Wir hatten überall Haare gefunden - I'm Waschbecken, an der Gardine, im Duschabfluss.... Das Zimmer wird nicht gereinigt, der Müll nicht entsorgt. Um frische Handtücher und Nachschub für Toilettenpapier muss man sich selbst kümmern. Der Kühlschrank kühlt minimal, obwohl er auf max. stand. Es gab nur eine Bettdecke (ich hasse es, eine Decke zu teilen). Das Frühstück für 16 € ist nur ok. Man bekommt eine Tüte vor die Tür gestellt. Leider viel zu viel Belag/Aufschnitt für drei mickrige, labberige Brötchen - man schmeißt einfach viel davon weg.

No breakfast booked so useful to have a kitchen and fridge. Hotel within reasonable distance to the centre and buses nearby useful. Room never cleaned - we had a 3 day stay. No staff visible. Very impersonable. Ok for a budget hotel but felt we didn’t get value for money. Entry codes took some getting used to

It was a great experience. Everything was great. Communication, the room was super clean and it had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was great. It has microwave and mini fridge. The check in and checkout process was super easy. It was the very first time we stayed at NUMA, but we will definitely do it again. We really enjoyed our stayed.

First class boutique style hotel. Excellent amenities, great shower, bed, noise isolation. My only cons is that there is no place for large suitcase, except from on the floor under TV screen. I was by myself in the room, for two this would be problematic. Even for me I had to jump over to get to the window blinds. Small design fault, otherwise great place to stay.

The mattress is too soft and uncomfortable. Feel pain after two nights sleep.

Totally automated hotel, everything accessed by digital code. If there is a problem, you access a ‘bot’ in WhatsApp. Must say, I prefer a person. Medium room was smallish, but clean with a comfortable bed. Huge shower. Could hear people moving in nearby rooms. Booking use of washing machine on an app was an issue… gave up. Generous resources room for more towels, toilet rolls etc. Had to ask for the Guest Mobility Pass that allows free public transport to guests staying in Salzburg. It was an ok stay.

It was not mentioned during or after booking that this is a self serve hotel. If it wasn't that I was so lucky to come across a very kind gentleman who let me in and told me to check in online, I would've been outside the locked building in coldness for another hour trying to figure things out. That gentleman was even nice enough wait until I finished checking in before he proceeded to his room. On the contrary, when I came across a staff in the hallway, I was gonna just ask a simple question. The moment I started talking :'Do you know...' She acted all frantic and cut me off and said:'NO! NO!!' As if it's a huge sin for her to be seen, since it's supposed to be self serve? She dashed into the staff elevator, and yelled something not German or English to me and closed the door. I do want to say the hotel is nice and clean and comfortable. If it wasn't for the above experience I would have given it a better score. I'm not against self serve - if only they had clarify it during booking or in the confirmation email, so that I was prepared. It does justify the price considering the quality of the room. The kitchen ware and microwave are very useful. I did also come across a much nicer staff two days later. She was cleaning another room, and I asked her a simple question and she was very nice and helpful. The breakfast could use some more variety though. It's ok, not bad but not impressive either. Since it's dropped off as a lunch box, there's very limited selection.

역이나 주요 관광지에서 다소 먼데 대중교통도 편한 지역은 아니라 조금 애매한 위치이지만 시설 대비 가격이 착합니다. 다만 완전 무인운영방식인데, what's app외에는 연락이 잘 되지 않고, what's app으로 문의해도 메크로 답변이나 동문서답하는 경우가 꽤나 있어서 이점이 많이 아쉽습니다. (기본적인 주차장 입구정보, 숙소 체크인 동선, 지하 유료 세탁기 사용방법 등을 보다 자세하게 설명해두면 더 좋을 듯 합니다.)

At the time of booking, I did not realize that this property had no check in staff on site. I received multiple emails from them, through Expedia, asking for payment of the city tax, which I did not pay because Expedia cautions against that. I finally got a check in email which I attempted to do but couldn’t because the process involved scanning of our passports. Upon arriving at the site, we were lucky in that someone coming out let us in. There in the entry, we could use a QR code to download the app and complete all of the required steps to check in and get a pin to give us access to our room. The room was fine and communication through WhatsApp was fine. There were just a lot of unexpected steps.

In terms of hotel quality, everything was fine. Clean room and actually a nice hotel. What we didn’t like is there were no staff on the property - so the check in process was completely done by phone. When we approached the property, it was close to 100F (38C) and couldn’t get inside without checking in and receiving our passcode. Afterwards, we had to pay 10 or 20Euro for “early check in.” As soon as I paid the fee, I got a notification saying “your room is ready” almost immediately - meaning that it was ready to begin with. That felt like a cheap move. We found the digital / no contact / staffless method more problematic than convenient. I likely wouldn’t stay here again, but if you don’t mind the no-contact method then it’s a perfectly good hotel.

Very easy to access and get into. Luggage storage was a huge plus. A little bit more of a walk to get to the old town area but very close to the train station which made it super easy to get to and from with luggage!

I think no reception is good. I prefer digital key. placed far from hbf, but 5min by bus. confortable bed room.

The studio is clean and comfortable. It’s away from the tourist center by about 30 minutes on foot. The train station is 15 minutes on foot. We prepaid for breakfast. They have fixed options for you to pick. A breakfast bag is delivered at the door each morning. On the whole we enjoyed the stay.

Property was so great - so clean and such a bright and comfortable space. Easy to access the old part of Salzburg by no.21 bus and to the airport by No.2 bus!! We loved our stay

Clean, convenient, reasonably price, easy to access without checking in hustle. Not so central but walkable to tourist spots.

Clear communication and nice, modern room great for single travelers at an affordable price. Not in the city centre or near many food spots, but an easy 15-minute walk from the main train station. Highly recommend the one nearby restaurant Fuxn for an outdoor lunch or dinner. Lockers were free, big, and great after checking out. There was construction while we were staying there, which meant less open, social space, but that didn’t impact our friends’ trip.

The property is away from the main attraction which is the old town and city center. It’s about a 15-20 mins walk in a very quiet neighborhood which doesn’t have much around. The room is simple but clean. The biggest issue for me is that there is no staff on site and virtual check in was a bit of an hassle. Overall, if you are looking for a clean room with a reasonable rate, I would recommend this property. However, if you don’t mind paying a little bit more, staying closer to old town will give you a better experience.

Really a good and would recommend numa hotel, the breakfast was good and convenient

property was great. about a 15-20min walk to the Salzburg hbf. there’s also a bus station right outside the hotel (however it rarely came on time on the 4 days we were there) and another bus station that’s a 5min walk (we found this line was more reliable). check-in and check our were seamless, didn’t need to talk to a staff at all. they have a luggage storage available for free. they were also very accommodating when i requested for an early check in at 11am and they sent me a notification with the PIN code at the time of the availability. they even had umbrellas for rent at the main entrance and you can tap your card to pay. there’s no real lobby but the locker storage area has some couches. the only room for improvement would probably be vending machines especially since the e rooms have a microwave, it would be much more convenient to have those options available food/snack wise. overall the stay was great! would love to stay here again.

Well, it’s clean, new & functional. Our first time with no staff checkin. Actually there’s no staff at all, for any help. There’s no restaurant, nothing close, no recommendations for one, but apparently you can order a breakfast box ahead of time. iI’s probably a 20 minutes walk to anything to see, do, etc. Knowing that now, I probably would not have selected this place.

Un peu déstabilisant au début de ne pas avoir de réception mais la communication est excellente. On sait exactement quand et comment entrer dans l’édifice et la chambre. Les casiers sont parfaits pour les arrivées avant l’heure du « Check in ». La chambre est spacieuse, neuve et propre. Aucun bruit. Le petit dejeuner est excellent. Je recommande fortement.

Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis, super Speiselokal im gleichen Gebäude. Rundum alles super, leider kein Snackautomat im Haus, wo man Kaffekapseln nachkaufen kann.

Für unseren Aufenthalt in Salzburg war das Hotel perfekt. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Da wir sonntags angereist sind, wäre eine Snackautomat o.ä. vielleicht noch ganz nützlich, hier mussten wir auf die nächst gelegene Tankstelle ausweichen. Ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt.
