Rooms are clean and comfortable. Lighting in the room is very dull and gloomy but otherwise ok. No AC. Family rooms are large with plenty of room. breakfast is decent. No luggage storage by the hotel but they have lockers that coins or credit cards. Conveniently located close to the train station. The area around the hostel is a bit shady but not too bad.

Hotel pres de la gare et des bus tres pratique pour visiter la ville . Il y a un centre commercial a cote avec un parking sous terrain pour 17h les 24h . Petit déjeuner tres correct

Il est dit sur le site que l’établissement a un parking. C’est faux. Le parking que m’a conseillée l’hôtesse m’a couté 16€ pour garer ma voiture (1 jour). De plus, c’est à vous de faire votre lit.

Convenient location, rooms are big with luggage storage and laundry rooms. Would have been better if larger standing fans are furnished for the hot summer especially in the rooms with smaller windoss.

They have cleaning staff come in the room daily, walkable to grocery store, train/bus station. Gaining access to the laundry room was a tad annoying since people take away / forget to return the key card to front desk. Have cash ready for necessary deposit because the ATM they have on site has bad convertion rate/fee. No adjustable aircon, and it was bit hot sometime, you have to make deposit to get a fan. Room door auto closed loudly, every day when a new guest came it when I was sleeping, they let the door closed itself and the slam was very loud. Hope they will fix it to soften the sound.

Sometimes there seems to be hassle with their booking system (same in A&O Munich Laim) of the rooms. Got a key to a room that was already full. The reception gave me a new room and that problem was fixed. Just a bit strange.

Om man har stannat på ett sånt A&O-hotell/-hostel har du stannat på alla. Det är samma sak var man än åker. Rummen är rena, det finns bar och gemensamt utrymme tillgänglig runt receptionen, receptionister finns tillgängliga 24/7 och frukosten är ok men inget fantastiskt (man förväntar sig kanske lite mer för det priset).

Der Rezeptionsbereich ist großzügig und schön gestaltet. In unserem Zimmer ging der Fernseher nicht. In der Dusche hingen Dichtungen raus. Das Zimmer war fürchterlich dunkel. Auch mit allen Lichtern an was es sehr duster. Bevor unser Zimmer bezugsfertig war, besuchte ich die Toilette im Rezeptionsbereich für die man extra einen Schlüssel an der Rezeption bekommt. Finds der beiden Waschbecken war total verdreckt und beide seifenspender waren leer.

Wir haben hier 3 Nächte übernachtet. Die Badetücher für 3 alte Leute über 65 Jahren wurden nicht ausgetauscht. Am Abend des 3. Tages kam man um die Tüte des Abfalleimers zu wechseln. Wir haben bei Rezeption reklamiert. Keiner ist dafür verantwortlich und gab uns eine vernünftige Erklärung. Wir bitten um unsere Reklamation an den Manager zu übermitteln. Nichts haben wir feedback bekommen. Schade, dass eir Euch keine gute Note in Sache Hygien geben. Zum nächsten Mal werden wir dueses Hotel nicht besuchen.

Meine Bettdecke war angekac** inkl. Wurst. Das fand ich richtig Kacke. Auch die anderen Decken hatten Flecken.

櫃檯服務人員非常的好，整體乾淨，廚房的用具大致可以用需要清洗，地理位置家要去任何地方的公車走路5分鐘都可以到達，網路訊號也不錯

They have a bed at knee level in front of 2 bathrooms in a 6 bed dorm. NO ONE. Should have to sleep there. Never mind that the bed had a non working outlet! It was plugged in, but I had dead devices by morning time and missed my alarm. Should really be testing these things out for travellers. Bathroom needs to be cleaned more often aswell. Floor was completely dusty

Leider war mein Aufenthalt im A&O Hostel in Salzburg enttäuschend. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig – ich konnte jedes Geräusch aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören. Während meines Besuchs war zudem eine große Gruppe Schulkinder im Haus, die bis weit nach der Ruhezeit laut durch die Flure rannten und lärmten, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Auch die Auswahl des Frühstücksbüfetts war sehr begrenzt und insgesamt wenig ansprechend.

Outlets in the room did not work, my check in was delayed by over two hours because the room “had not been cleaned yet.” Staff were great, and room was clean. Good for the price, but not amazing.

This is a hostel so it doesn’t have some of the amenities of a hotel but it was very nice. We were a family of seven traveling and we had plenty of space in our room. We felt very comfortable and it was nice and quiet. I would recommend this place!

The room have No air!!! If someone have heart problems they can be die of it. No airconditioner and No fan!!!. Room over 80 C. Finially they find a broken fan and ask for deposits!!! It is Not should on the market for people to stay!!!Staffs tell different storys!! If i could i would give 0 star!!!

Ok til prisen, men hotellet ligger ved siden af en klub (et sted med meget højt musik). Man kunne høre basen meget tydligt ind til de lukkede kl. 3 om natten, hvilket resulterede i at vi ikke kunne falde i søvn før de lukkede. Venlige og hjælpsomme receptionister.

Everything expected from a hostel. No airconditioner.

My only complaint about this property is that the rooms were way too hot, making it hard to sleep some nights. They need to turn the heat way down---or at least privide windows that open for some air. Otherwise, it was fantastic!

Ich finde es wirklich unglaublich, dass Personal Mitten in Österreich kein Deutsch spricht. Was ist auch schrecklich und unglaublich, ist dass Mann nicht bekommt was bezahlt wurde. Mitte Gespräch mit mir, dreht sich die Frau von Rezeption und lässt mich stehen und warten, weil sie jemanden anderen angesprochen hat und einfach so weiter gelaufen ist, dass war schon beim Check-in. Obwohl ich Babybett reserviert habe und extra Nachricht geschrieben habe, nur auf 3 Nachfragen und extra Bitte habe ich es irgendwie bekommen. 15 Minuten lang keine frische Tasse und selber ansammeln und putzen nach ANDEREN Leuten finde ich auch unhöflich, von der Seite jeder der beim Frühstück war. Rezeption antwortet auf meine Frage ob jemand den Aufzug entsperren kann (den der auf -1 geht, da ich Babywagen auch schiebe) mit „Sie müssen den anderen nutzen“ obwohl es ganz bekannt ist dass „der anderen“ geht nur bis 0, auf gar keinen Fall auf -1; sage „unmöglich, habe Babywagen dabei, warum muss ich jetzt oben und unten Treppe steigen und tragen, das ist komplett sinnlos und unnötig weil es Aufzug gibt“, bekomme ich „ja, sie müssen mit anderen zufrieden sein oder tragen“ aber wirklich unhöflich. Ich wollte mich vor Ort beschweren, wusste aber nicht wem, mit keinem kann man sprechen anscheinend. Ich habe es gerade probiert auch auf noch zwei weitere Sprachen eine Bewertung zu schreiben, gibt’s aber kein Platz mehr. Ich bin fließend in noch 2 Sprachen und sie kennen ja sowieso kein Deutsch. Furchtbar.

Zimmer halt einfach, aber ok. Die Lage ist super, nachts war es auch ruhig. Preislich war ein Zweibettzimmer für 50€ völlig ok. Der Rezeptionist war furchtbar. Es hat ewig gedauert, er konnte nur Englisch (kein Deutsch in Österreich) und hat uns ein bereits belegtes Zimmer gegeben. Daraufhin erhielten wir einen Blick von ihm, als hätten wir den Fehler gemacht... Unfassbar!

A fine budget hotel right near the station. No frills, but was fine. Check in process very long and room wasn’t ready when we arrived.

退房時間是10:00，但是我們下午辦理入住時已經接近16:00，房間確還沒好。本來預計入住後的當地旅遊行程，只能取消。櫃檯辦理入住只有一個女生，後來才有一個男生加入。櫃檯態度很差，說我們下午3點可以辦理入住，並沒有說一定給你房間。那請問早上10點就要客人退房，如果你們的房務整理不過來房間是我們的問題嗎？一大堆的人都在等待櫃檯有點忙不過來，我們等了快要兩個小時才拿到房間鑰匙。本來說房間好了，會告訴我們。但實際上都要我們自己去櫃檯詢問。如果要住宿看清楚他們的規定，他們樣樣都要額外收錢。只因地理位置好，住房費比當天的best Western 或其他飯店都貴，還算是青年旅館？真可笑。我們住宿期間公用的冰箱還是壞掉的。從五月份開始薩爾斯堡就提供交通卡，但是櫃檯不會主動給也沒提供任何資訊，一定要客人自己開口問。他們雖然有電梯，我們是3開頭的房間，電梯到3樓還要爬上一段樓梯，再穿過許多房間後，再下一段樓梯。所以實際上，我們搭另一邊的電梯到2樓再爬上一段樓梯較近，但不會有人告訴你，如果你到歐洲是帶大行李的，你光搬行李就很崩潰了。

Helt igennem elendigt. Under check in valgte medarbejderen at ekspedere en anden mens min telefon fandt kvitteringen frem, for det gik åbenbart ikke hurtigt nok. Da jeg så viste kvitteringen, sendte han mig over til et bord hvor jeg selv lige kunne foretage Check in. Det foregik ved, at jeg selv skulle udfylde en papirs blanket med kuglepen. Værelset var 40-45 grader varmt. Der manglede sengetøj og håndklæder til 4 personer. Vi blev vækket kl. 05:30 af konstruktionsarbejde på den byggeplads der ligge lige ved siden af og værst af alt, er at prisen ud fra ovenstående var urimelig høj. Jeg betaler mindre for 4-stjerner i København, hvor der er morgenmad, Spa, Fitness og gratis parkering inkluderet. Helt igennem elendigt (bortset fra rengøring…den kunne der ikke sættes en finger på.)

Tried the fast check in on arrival but this didn’t work and had to go to desk to check in. This then took an age as staff also serve the bar and only one member of staff was on duty. Room was ground floor and quite noisy as it was at the end of a corridor nearest to the entrance area. Room was fine although we had been given the accessible room with walk in shower for some unknown reason. Was shocked to be woken up by loud drilling noises at 07:30!! Obviously some work taking place in the building. If I had to stay here again, I would avoid this room (43) due to its location.

Gute Lage, 2 Minuten vom Bahnhof Einfach, aber alles Sauber neu. In die Innenstadt ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuss, oder schneller mit den Zahlreichen Verkehrsmitteln vom Bahnhof

Easy walk to the train station and the room was decent size. Enjoyed our stay. Convenient to local transportation.

Excellent emplacement près de la gare et des transports. Le tram 5 vous dépose au pied de l'auberge. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais manque de viennoiseries.

It is clean but so big it feels industrial. Waiting line to check in was long! They do not have any food so make sure to eat before you go back to the hostel in the evening. Location convenient but maybe a bit shady late at night.

I’ll be honest - we wouldn’t have chosen to stay but the marathon was on and the city was v busy. Our first hostel experience was good, staff were great - really friendly and helpful, breakfast was fine, the place was clean and bright with a real diverse mix of ages of guest ( we are 50s). Walking into town was easy and quick. Room was en suite and basic but fine- worst but was the waterproof mattress covers and pigeon noise from the courtyard.

It is mostly a hostel, but with some hotel style rooms too. So fairly basic. Breakfast was good. Location was near the train station, but on the opposite side as the main attractions in the city. Fine for 1 night.
