Absolutely perfect! The hotel exceeded all my expectations, from the outstanding service to the comfort of the rooms. The location by the Danube River is beautiful, offering peaceful views while still being very close to the city center. The room was spacious, modern, spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff deserves special mention: kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. The hotel facilities are excellent, including a well-equipped gym, sauna, and a very cozy bar. Definitely one of the best Hilton hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I would come back without hesitation!

This is a typical generic Hilton hotel if you want an American hotel experience. Awful muzak playing, meh food, but nice staff, it was clean, recently renovated with comfortable beds, terrible public transit connections, and kind of a nowhere neighborhood next to the Danube. The pool is nice, empty, and freezing, which keeps people away. If you want to swim short laps, and the view of the river is nice.

Lækkert hotel, direkte ved vandet. Venligt personale, og fint værelser. Var i Wien i 30+ grader, så poolen var fantastisk at have adgang til. Negativt var at der var for mange mennesker til morgenmads buffet, lokalet var ikke bygget til den mængde mennesker rent støjmessigt. Parkering var også dyr, 26€ pr døgn!

Excellent hotel, clean and safe. Room was enormous and very quiet with comfy beds. Nice outdoor cafe seating, snall pool and loungers. Its a big hotel so sometimes service was a little slow. Food in the bar was excellent as was breakfast though it did get a bit chaotic with so many people. It is a 15 min tube ride to the city centre which was very easy but good to be aware.

While the views over the Danube are pretty spectacular and the location is great with a promenade by the water I found some aspects pretty disappointing: - they don't even offer you slippers or robes anymore (only the executive rooms have these) which I find ridiculous for a 4 star hotel - you have to pay for the parking an extra EUR26 per day - the swimming pool is not heated and the water is terribly cold even in August. How come a 4 star Hilton couldn't afford to have a heated swimming pool I wonder... - breakfast is pretty basic compared to other 4 star hotels I think a hotel as reputable as Hilton can certainly do better than this...

We had a great family holiday at this hotel. It is not in the town centre but the price reflects this and the transport links are simple and reliable. The staff were very helpful and the food was excellent. The pool is outside and very cold although my kids didn't seem to care about this. We would happily visit again.

Zimmereinrichtung war OK, Sauberkeit mangelhaft, fremde Socke unter das Bett, wurde trotz Reklamation in der Recepcion wehrend unsere Aufenthalt nicht entfernt. Duschkopf war beschädigt, duschen nur mit den Duschschlauch (ohne Duschkopf) war nicht ein Hotel der Marke Hilton würdig. Defekt wurde erst am nächsten Tag behoben. Reinigungspersonal hatte ihren Putzlappen einfach auf den Tisch im Zimmer liegen gelassen. Frühstück war sehr gut und empfehlenswert, Frühstück Personal war sehr freundlich. Lage direkt an der Donau war sehr schön. Bei Checkout wurden wir nicht gefragt wie unsere Aufenthalt war oder sonst eine andere Frage gestellt. Reception hatte kein Interesse gezeigt. Personal in der Recepcion muss kundenfreundlicher werden, ein Hilton würdig. Wir waren enttäuscht.

Fint hotel med lækker morgenmad - dog var de løbet tør for glutenfrit brød. Rengøring kunne godt være bedre under sengene, hvor det lå en gammel sok og et æble. Receptionen beklagede dette og vi fik refunderet parkeringen hvilket var fin service. Lækker lille pool til hotellet som er egnet til børn pga dybde (1,3 m)

Unser Zimmer lag im EG in der Nähe zur Rezeption und Aufzug. 5:30 Uhr war die Nacht zu Ende, da die schweren Zimmertüren laut ins Schloss fielen, der Aufzug zu hören war und man gefühlt jede Begegnung in der Lobby wahrnehmen konnte. Kein schöner Aufenthalt für uns. Das Wasser der Dusche war lauwarm, was nach dem Hinweis darauf funktionierte.

I only want one thing from a hotel, good uninterrupted sleep. Room 105 that we were given if right in front of a super powerful flood light that belongs to the hotel and colours the facade, so there’s lots of light entering the room despite the thick drapes around its edges. Room is also extremely hot even with A/C on lowest setting.

This is a very good hotel that I am happy to return to each time I am in Vienna. The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable, and they also provide a nice desk to work at, which is important to me when I travel for business. The breakfasts are also really good!

The airconditioner did not work. We asked for help from staff but they only gave us a fan and some cold waters. We were not able to sleep due to how warm the rooms were. Terrible experience for what we paid. Do NOT recommend.

Lage direkt an der Donau mit Außenpool. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Im Zimmer war der Wasserdruck im Bad viel zu niedrig und eine vollständige Verdunklung war nicht möglich.

The hotel is under staffed so there is nobody to help you. Waited forever to check in. Was in a “non-smoking room” that smelled so strong of smoke we couldn’t sleep. Couldn’t change rooms because nobody was available at the front desk to help. I would not recommend this stay and will not return.

Everything was great. No request was too much. All the staff were polite and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend. The views were breathtaking along the Danube and breakfast was awesome - loved the Austrian bread pudding and custom made omelettes. Had a yummy salad with a delicious mocktail on the first night too.

Der Check-In Prozess dauerte sehr lange, da ein Systemausfall die IT lahmlegte. Anstatt den Gästen mit guter Laune oder zumindest Freundlichkeit entgegenzukommen, war das Personal ruppig und unfreundlich. Aufgrund des langen Wartens auf den Check-In fragte ich freundlich, ob zumindest das Parkticket für eine Nacht kostenlos validiert werden könnte. Auch hier wurde ich unfreundlich abgewimmelt. Zum Zimmer: Das Zimmer war zwar sehr groß, allerdings scheint das Housekeeping mit der Größe der Zimmer überfordert zu sein. Haare vom letzten Gast im Bad, staubige Möbel und Rǎnder von nassen Gläsern auf den Nachttischen. Darüber hinaus eine sehr schwache Klimaanlage, die mind. 2 Stunden brauchte, um den Raum runterzukühlen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, der Preis dafür ist allerdings nicht gerechtfertigt, zumal das Personal Mühe hatte leere Teller abzuräumen bzw. Essen wieder aufzufüllen. Mein Tipp: Suchen Sie sich lieber ein anderes Hotel, dieses Hilton ist eine überteuerte Enttäuschung!

Breakfast was very nice with broad variety. Hotel room is a good size with 2 queen beds. Just not central but pricing is reflected accordingly. It is just a short walk to the Stadion underground station and one quick ride to the center/Vienna Opera House area. Transit is convenient and relatively easy to follow.

The hotel seems to be located off the beaten track but honestly U2 is just round the corner. In 25 minutes you are at stephansplatz. Nearby you have a mall with all the stores you need.

Easily walkable from stadion train station on the U2 line which is then a simple ride into the centre. While place clean and comfortable. Nice to watch the boats going up and down the Danube from the bar terrace.

Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Frühstücksatmosphäre eine Katastrophe. Auswahl gut, Kaffeemaschinen oft leer (entweder Kaffee oder Milch) für die Massen an Gästen nur drei Maschinen. Ich persönlich würde mich das nächste mal für ein kleineres und gemütlicheres Hotel entscheiden.

Hotel was proper, friendly reception and piccolo service. We stayed 8 days (long stay) but only received 2x bottles of water upon arrival (we were with 3 in the room). No refill during our stay. There is a minibar, but it's empty (for us not a problem). Basically just fridge use. We stayed during many occasions at different hotels (I even have a long work history at Inter Continental and Ritz Carlon Hotels), and were always offered service with a little more care especially when being a long stay guest (in this case Vienna is more a 2-4 day trip stay). It wasn't an expectation, it's more a remark to the Hotel Manager to pay more detail to these type of things. Replenishing water everyday and a little note with a chocolate bar, can make a world of difference for little money. (just a thought). Cleaning service was basic. Good but nothing special. The past 2 years we spend our vacation in Asia (Thailand and Indonesia). The housekeepers were very visible, left all kinds of attentions in the room for which we tipped them. A win-win situation. Hotel Manager: Empower your staff for more visibility. Bar/ kitchen staff had no clue. We ordered 2 diner dishes. 1 came 45minutes before the other dish arrived. Also very limited menu. And because of the price, we ordered 2x on different evenings the Cheese burger. Quality of the burger was good though. Breakfast was good. Not the top. Attention swimming pool lovers: At 14Hours it is in total shade. And very windy because the Donau.

Das Hotel an sich wäre recht schön. Es ist leider aber recht abgelegen. In der Nähe gibt es kaum Restaurants. Wir sind dann abends mehr oder minder notgedungen in das Hotel-Restaurant gegangen. Wir empfanden die Preise für normale Speisen überteuert. Dass zusätzlich dann auch noch Gebühren allein nur für das Gedeck (als Coperto bezeichnet) verlangt wurden, empfanden wir als unverschämt, zumal die Gebühren uns auch nicht im Vorhinein mitgeteilt wurden. Für eine Familie geht das dann richtig ins Geld. Wir fühlten uns abgezockt! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, leider aber völlig überlaufen.
