Nice hotell with good design very close to the central station. The room was very quiet even though we had the window fronting the main street outside, so very good sound proofing. Decent breakfast. A bit disappointed that the roof top terrace and bar was closed even though it was 25 degrees in April. Maybe just open during summer months? But overall a good hotel for the price.

I had an amazing stay at MOOONS Vienna! The hotel offers excellent value for the good price—everything was perfect. The room was stylish and comfortable, the service was great, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. A special highlight was the fitness studio: it’s well-equipped, has great air conditioning, and offers a stunning view of the city. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Vienna!

Mooons är ett väldigt trevligt hotell nära Wiens järnvägsstation. Vi kunde checka in redan vid 10:30 av en mycket trevlig och uppmärksam personal . När vi checkade ut så kunde kvinnan vårt rumsnummer utan till och kom ihåg att vi kom från Sverige . Berättade det för en annan person i vårt resesällskap som hade upplevt det samma . Imponerande ! Hotellets takbar är magisk !

Ein sehr schönes, modernes Hotel. Es fällt auf, dass alles sehr durchdacht ist und auf die Umwelt geachtet wird. Schöne Rooftop Bar, moderner Fitnessraum. Das Frühstück ist vegetarisch, auf Wunsch kann man sich aber Wurst bestellen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist gut, anzumerken ist vielleicht, dass man etwas mehr Käsesorten anbieten könnte (insbesondere Frischkäse wäre wünschenswert). Ansonsten gibt es aber wirklich nichts zu beanspruchen!

Was at tail end of 3 week European excursion. Had started in Vienna (3nts) so explored most of “tourist” areas while staying downtown. Mooons was perfect for ending (2nts) next to train station with quick connections to airport. Train station provides countless options for quick bites. Roof-top bar not open (+ 4 C) but looks cool. Had surprisingly good gym.

Dejligt stille hotel selv om det ligger på en stor vej Rengøring var dårlig- den ene dag glemte de at gøre rent, de 3 andre dage tog de ikke brugte glas med og bordet blev ikke tørt af, samt en dag glemte de at komme med nye håndklæder , samt at de først var færdig med rengøring kl 16:30

The staff is really friendly and helpful and the location is really good: close to Belvedere and you can get to city center in 10 minutes with just one ride. I wish the hotel were cleaner though. There are stains on the carpet and the carpet on the hall is always a bit dirty.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the hotel is in a very convenient location close to everything I needed. I tried the breakfast for one morning, it was nice but a bit expensive. However, I did notice some issues with cleanliness. There were visible stains on the bedsheets, and one time I found hair on the towels. Also, even after I had run out of toothpaste, it was not replaced during housekeeping. With better cleanliness and housekeeping, the stay would be much more enjoyable.

Hotel moderno situato sulla strada principale vicino alla stazione centrale e quindi ben collegato con il centro città (raggiungibile a piedi in circa 35 minuti), dotato di giardino privato e terrazza panoramica con bar. Camera spaziosa e pulita (personalmente non amo la moquette, sopratutto se presenta delle macchie) dotata di angolo caffè/tè e piccolo armadio (con cassaforte, asse e ferro da stiro). La mia stanza affacciata sul giardino interno, quindi molto silenziosa. Bagno funzionale e pulito (in dotazione shampoo, doccia schiuma e crema mani/corpo). Colazione a buffet abbondante (vegetariana ma con possibilità di richiedere carne-salumi). Con la scelta green di rinunciare alle pulizie giornaliere si ottiene in cambio una bibita gratuita al giorno (vino o soft drink). Personale molto disponibile e cortese, possibilità di lasciare le valigie in deposito dopo il check-in.

Toom very small and warm air con not working moved rooms it wasnt much better there. Hanging space in wardrobe was terrible as was the height of it. The only ate you could sit to get ready had coat hangers all over the dresser area one if the worst room designs ive seen. Maid service at 8am like a demolition crew. 4 bottles if water cost 23 euro. Transport from hotel great so that was the consolation. Way overpticed for what it is. Think the city views probably draw ppl in

Mooons is a lovely hotel located not far from Vienna main station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room, although small, was very clean. Personally I would have liked a chair in room as visitors have to sit on bed. It was a great base to get around all the attractions and Xmas markets.

The room was amazing, some of the best views we have ever had in a hotel, was absolutely spotless and had great amenities. You can opt out of having the room cleaned each day in return for drinks vouchers at the bar, which we chose to do, but even then they make your bed and fill your amenities each day. The bar in the hotel is also great, with a relaxed vibe and a great range of drinks; including cocktails. If you’re looking for modern luxury in the heart of Vienna, with great views, immaculate rooms and well within reach of all the best things to do in Vienna - this is the place for you. We will be back !!!

We really enjoyed this quirky hotel. It’s clean, comfortable and welcoming. The room was nice with great shower. The best part was the the huge circular window looking over Vienna. The hotel is close to the train station and a walk to the sites.

Had a lovely 2 night stay here in Vienna. The hotel was very close to the bus and train station. It was a lovely walk into the old town, but the metro/teams stopped close by if the walk was too much. The room was clean, bed comfy. The roof top bar is a must for a drink as the sunsets, the views over Vienna shouldn’t be missed.

Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit TV, Kühlschrank und Kaffeestation. Allerdings war es, wegen der ständig laufenden Lüftung, da das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden kann, etwas kühl im Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eher etwas für Vegetarier und Veganer und nach Wurst musste man fragen und bekam dann einen kleinen Teller mit Schinken und Salami. Dafür war die Brötchen- und Gebäckauswahl reichhaltig.

Hotel was clean and updated. We stayed on the top floor and had the credible views of the city well worth the upgrade. Right around the corner from Belvedere and across from the train but would never know. Room was very quiet.

When I got to the hotel, I had to wait closer to 45 min, no water nothing. Even the hotel offers online check-in, there was a group of 8 were checking in and they didn’t do online. The first night, when I got back to my room it was so cold that I needed to turn off AC. No one was at the front desk to help me. I ended up sleeping with two blankets. And the breakfast choices were poor. It doesn’t worse the money. And the rooftop was closed during my stay.

The modern, sizable room, shower and location were fantastic. Roof top has great views of the city and was staffed with friendly bartenders. The check-in process needs a lot of work. Even though I checked in online as requested (several times actually, bc I never got a clean confirmation) I still had to wait in line to get access to my key. The lobby gets so crowded that it's hard to navigate. The online system does NOT seem to be in synch with the systems at the small, unmanned check-in counters. Staff hides behind glass windows so that interaction guests is difficult.

The hotel itself was very clean. It’s in a great area, walking distance to lots of amazing places. Very safe. The only thing I wasn’t thrilled with was the lack of reception area for if you had any questions or needed help, no phone in the room to call down if you needed help. Otherwise hotel is great, breakfast was good, location was amazing.

Check in is unnecessarily complicated, especially if you’ve booked more than one room. Why can’t they just scan your passport like better hotels do?? Only there for 10-15 minutes before the electricity went off for approx 5 hours!! 😳 No one took control of the situation and kept us informed of what was happening, just left to fend for ourselves. No lift/TV/WIFI/AC or light in the bathroom! Finally offered free drinks at the hotel bar- but only allowed 2 SMALL beers or house wine over a 5 hour long wait! We weren’t even offered any drink of our choice- disgraceful! Breakfast was extremely poor- no meats at all and just a choice of 2/3 cheeses. No bananas available, just apples. Selection of bread was poor as well. Wish i’d stayed in bed to be honest! Easy checkout, but still no explanation or apology for the previous days failings. Would not return ever.

We really enjoyed our week here at the end of October. The proximity to the main train station worked for us as we toured around Austria and other cities in Europe on day trips. The tram into the inner stadt was close by and it was a small matter of minutes to our Vienna destinations. The hotel is clean and quiet and the staff super friendly and supportive. We didn't eat at the hotel but occasionally had a drink at the bar. We had a roadside room but couldn't hear the traffic. I had read that some reviewers found the rooms too small, we had a standard and it was ample big enough with lots of storage etc. Our only small issue was we found the room a little too warm at times even with aircon on but this wouldn't stop us from recommending this hotel to anyone who reads this review. Perfect hotel for those who plan to be on the move especially.

Lots of good restaurants nearby, and close proximity to the train station. Really easy to get into the core of Vienna or anywhere else. The only thing that could be improved is a better restaurant menu, as the selection was quite limited.

Vriendelijke ontvangst bij receptie, fijne ruime kamer met een goed bed en een goed werkende douche. Ook het uitzicht op de tuin was leuk. Ruime keuze in radiozenders. Het ontbijt was in principe vegetarisch, maar je kon een vleesbordje bestellen, hetgeen het ontbijt compleet maakte met genoeg keuze.
