Roof top bar is amazing. Hotel decor is stylish Underground parking is available, even though bit expensive. I had type of room, that they call "baseline", bit tiny, not much space for luggage or clothes. Saying that price I paid was quite adequate considering this is Vienna

La decoración y ambientación del hotel es muy bonita y original. Buen desayuno. Buena ubicación. El único pero sería que el personal de recepción no hablaban nada de español y que el parking del hotel donde hemos dejado el vehículo que alquilamos estos días ha sido caro. Pero en general, muy recomendable!

The rooms are not clean. Very dusty and poor ventilation. Rooms needs to be vacuumed and cleaned every day to prevent this. Using eco as an excuse is not acceptable. Dust builds up and gets in the airways, especially when the heating is turned up. Toilets also don’t have good ventilation which is unhygienic.

Despite a rocky start with bloodstains and a giant web in the initial hotel room, the staff promptly relocated me to a clean and comfortable space. From there, everything was smooth sailing, with attentive service and a pleasant stay overall

El hotel está cerca de varias atracciones turísticas . Lamentablemente no dan un buen servicio de limpieza en la habitación . Nunca aspiraron ni cambiaron de sábanas . Y cosas tan simples como poner un frasco de jabón nuevo o papel higiénico si es que no se les notificaba . Así que por esa parte no nos gusto .

Hotel in posizione eccellente: mai avuto bisogno dei mezzi pubblici per esplorare la città, eppure in posizione tranquilla e silenziosa, in una zona carina e vicina a molti ristoranti. Colazione ottima, personale molto cordiale. Stanza abbastanza spaziosa e con letto molto comodo e riposante. Tendeva ad essere un po' polverosa, forse per effetto del riscaldamento (abbiamo dovuto chiedere la pulizia della camera un paio di volte), e devo dire che il box non permetteva di farsi la doccia senza allagare il pavimento...

Wir hatten ein überraschend geräumiges Zimmer. Leider sind die Badezimmer hier offen im Raum verbaut. Das ist anscheinend inzwischen genügend Gästen auf die Nerven gegangen, so dass an der Dusche ein Vorhang nachgerüstet wurde. Die Armaturen im Bad haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Auch die Tapete kam an einigen Stellen schon von den Wänden. Zwar nur am obersten Ende, aber dennoch. Und ich bin mir nicht ganz sicher, ob sich an den Stellen auch schon etwas Schimmel breit gemacht hat. Der Rest der Einrichtung war aber ok. Gut finde ich die Zimmerausstattung mit Wasserkocher und Nespresso-Maschine. Interessant und unerwartet war der Plattenspieler mit der Möglichkeit Platten an der Rezeption auszuleihen. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt nur auf Anforderung. Das kann man über WhatsApp erledigen. Das Angebot an Speisen im Restaurant und in der Rooftop Bar ist äußerst überschaubar und hat uns gar nicht angesprochen. Die Rooftop Bar bietet aber eine hervorragende Aussicht über die Stadt - auch wenn das von den Innenplätzen eher zu erahnen denn zu sehen ist. Das Personal ist freundlich (man wird durchgehend geduzt, was ich angenehm finde), der check in und check out gingen schnell. Erstaunlich fand ich, dass beim check out nicht gefragt wurde ob alles in Ordnung war. Das war für mich eine Premiere.

Gutes Hotel, würden es wieder wählen. Das Zimmer hatte ein sehr bequemes Bett, die Klimaanlage war leise, die Reinigungskräfte ab 9 Uhr eher weniger. Das Personal ist jedoch insgesamt sehr positiv zu erwähnen. Leider haben wir an einigen Stellen im Zimmer, darunter um den Handtuchhalter deutlich sichtbar schmutzige Stellen entdeckt. Auch hatten wir leider keine sauberen Tassen im Zimmer. Natürlich war es kein Problem neue zu erhalten, nur könnte so etwas natürlich vermieden werden. Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt und ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Room was large and clean, bed very comfortable. Didn't have breakfast but we enjoyed the rooftop bar several times. We were on the first floor and the noise from the groundfloor bar was really loud on the Saturday evening. Didn't affect us and wouldn't stop us from staying again, but can imagine it would be annoying if you had kids or an early start (maybe request a higher floor). Location was great for our visit.

Check in was friendly and welcoming, but not a good selection of records. Very clean room, but the bathroom is a see through glass stall in the middle of the room. It worked fine but water got everywhere. The bed was a nightmare. Literally hard as a rock. Great location, right in the middle of everything.

The room was good size and had a nice patio. The air conditioning was not working well enough. We were on the 7th floor and it would not cool the room. The front desk staff tried, but there was nothing they could do. It was 80 degrees F outside and it just could not keep up. I would not stay here if the temperature was above 65 F.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and though the hotel is a little further from the centre it is a fairly quick and easy 20 minute walk to the main city centre. We had no issues with this walk and actually enjoyed it. This is also local to a more lively hip area of the city with a nice high street for shopping very close by. The hotel is very unique with the rooms style and the record player where you can choose vinyls to take up to your room. Rooms very unique and they were very clean and we have no complaints here, the king sized bed was perfect. Only complaint was we were on the 4th floor and would often hear (assumed) cleaners or other guest scraping furniture around early in the morning Extra bonus is the rooftop bar on the 7th floor with fantastic views of the city with nice and fair priced drinks.

Jaz in the city hotel is a real gem! We felt welcome from the moment we set foot in. We were welcomed with big smiles and the check-in was quick and super easy. The room was big and clean and had everything we needed from super comfy beds, to coffee and tea facilities, to aircon and our own vinyl record player with lots of options that you can pick up from reception. We even had a swing in the room which is perfect for when you’re reading a book and listening to some music. The TV also has screen pairing option which is perfect to watch your favourite shows, something that most hotels don’t do. The room was incredibly quiet which made for a an excellent night sleep. The staff was lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. It just made our stay in Vienna that extra bit special. We live this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

I decided to stay an extra night and booked it at the same hotel in advance. While I do understand that I have to change room keys before the last night, the receptionist who did this for me threw my key on the counter instead of handing it back to me.

Very clean, tidy and unique hotel. A majority of the staff are excellent except one guy on reception who needs to realise he is in a job that requires him to help the customers not think he's right and the customers are wrong !! Only couple of downsides were that we were given the wrong room on arrival as I'd asked and paid for a bassline room with an outside area. Instead we were given a middle floor room with no balcony or outside area. It took a day to move us and the guy that did was extremely rude about it, and tried to convince us we had the right room. I would go back, but maybe certain staff need re-training !!

Staff. Superb. Cannot fault. Bed amazing. Location brilliant. Blackout curtains.... total. Great place. Small niggles.... that stopped it being perfect.... Towels small thin and very budget hotel. All plug sockets at floor level. None anywhere near mirror. Hairdryer cord short. Have to sit on floor to dry/ style hair.... without mirror. Shampoo/conditioner. Was just shampoo. Someone else was complaining at desk re this. Reception contact by wattsapp. But there is never a response. Rooftop bar... fabulous. But closed for private party saturday night!!!!

We loved our stay at Jaz! Super friendly staff, awesome breakfast (the sparkling wine was a nice treat on a Saturday morning), beautiful room, comfy bed, quiet, great location, great vibe. We would definitely stay here again if/when we come back to Vienna.

location is decent, walkable to some good sights and shopping area, very clean room, overall I thought for the price, it could have been better. The guy that checked me in had a weird attitude and this really put me off - I travel 9/12 months a year and for hospitality, I found him very poor.

Jaz in the city hotel is a real gem! We felt welcome from the moment we set foot in. We were welcomed with big smiles and the check-in was quick and super easy. The room was big and clean and had everything we needed from super comfy beds, to coffee and tea facilities, to aircon and our own vinyl record player with lots of options that you can pick up from reception. We even had a swing in the room which is perfect for when you’re reading a book and listening to some music. The TV also has screen pairing option which is perfect to watch your favourite shows, something that most hotels don’t do. The room was incredibly quiet which made for a an excellent night sleep. The staff was lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. It just made our stay in Vienna that extra bit special. We live this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent advice from the front desk about Vienna, room was spacious and comfortable, location is excellent - museum quarter about a ten minute walk and U-Bahn station about 5 minutes. And if you stay, check out the Raimundhof, a wonderful little passageway just a minute from the hotel, with great cafes and shops.

Overall a great hotel in a good location. Bars were great too. Johannes at the front desk and Jacob st the bar were both great! Jacob in particular is a great asset to the property. My only complaint is the charge of 2 euros each for mayo and ketchup with a hamburger. I mean what’s with that!!!!! First time ever been charged for that and since I wasn’t told of the extra I was pretty annoyed. That alone dropped from a 5 start to a 3 for me!!

Absolutely fabulous hotel, staff lovely and cocktails on the roof a must. Only gripe was that foodwasnt available 2 of the 4 nights and the towels are useless they are so small we did ask for more but they were barely above a hand towel.

Our only suggestion would be to offer more hot breakfast options, as the selection was somewhat limited. A special thank you to Nadja at the front desk.
