The manager and staff was very nice didn’t get much sleep the first night due to another guest would have loved to have been accommodated besides an apology! No pool and no breakfast would be a reason not to return but the staff were amazing so I’ll stay again

Great place! Lots of room. The only downside was they only have one luggage cart. So if someone leaves it in their room overnight and you leave early or arrive late; you have to carry bags in.

I will be back. The layout of the room is great and there was plenty of room. Having an oven was so nice and they had the perfect utensils needed to cook breakfast. It was so nice have a regular sized coffee pot. The general manager was so kind and every worker I came in contact with said hello. There are plenty of places to walk your dogs. I wish I had been able to take advantage of the fire pit in the courtyard but it was just too cold! Can’t wait for next time.

I was only there for one night but could easily have stayed longer. The room was clean and spacious. Great grassy area out back for walking dogs or just letting them sniff around. Super friendly staff.

The property is very brand new and clean. I was very impressed and plan to stay again very soon when I visit the Little Rock area or other locations where APT suites are available.I hope that the management team and cleaning staff take notes that maintaing the property cleanliness, structural area, and the landscape are important features and will have me as a returning customer. The outdoor courtyard was very nice woth the fire pit and gas grill! The laundry room and excercise room needs a little more attention. Even though onsite staff was limited due to holidays but the reponse time and attention was amazing. This is definitely a great hotel to stay at if you don't want to deal with the hassle of renting an Air BNB

Stopped here for the night, very clean, friendly staff, and very comfortable accommodations. First time traveling with a pet, very pet friendly. Would definitely stay here again passing through Little Rock.

The couch was comfortable enough to sleep on but it also pulled out into a bed. The bed in the bedroom was a very comfortable king and great pillows (5). Two TVs allowed kids to watch quietly while we slept in the bedroom. The kitchen was fully furnished with a knife to cut a watermelon, plenty of eating utensils, pans, plates, bowls, etc and had a dishwasher. Bar stools were comfortable as well. Very competitively priced room. Rebooked and same experience the next night. Was able to watch our YouTube account on the TV. It didn't have a swimming pool which was okay by us but may not be for other families. The shower worked IF you pulled down on the faucet head underneath the faucet. We didn't know that our first visit and the tub was too small for larger people in the 250lb plus range. Thankfully we had large cups 😉

I liked the room. It was very clean and extremely convenient with the full kitchen. The laundry room was clean and also convenient for my use. I talked to 3 staff members. Two of them were exceptional. Nice and friendly! Answered all of my questions with ease. One of them seemed like he was “under the influence” of some sorts. (Or maybe that was his personality, but take that how you will). It was overall, 9 out of 10. Nevertheless, I really like this place for a short stay. (emphasis on short)

1. I was told that they do tax except.. When I got there I was informed that they dont. I am a government employee. 2. I get into the room everything looks good, but the toilet was nasty. There was hair everywhere. 3. Went to wash my dirty dishes in dishwasher. Not only did the dishwasher not work, there was dirty dishes inbthe dishwasher. It smelt horrible. I really wanted it to work out cause it was 5 minutes from my training facility. But im highly disappointed.

Overall, this property is a great place for any family looking to stay in the north Little Rock area! It’s affordable, has a grocery store within walking distance, and very close to Chenal shopping center. The staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. The rooms are a great size and the in-room kitchenette is stocked with the essentials. The absolute only complaint and reason I could not give the full five stars is that the cleaning service failed to clean the pull out sofa. This was a bit of an inconvenience, as one individual was supposed to sleep on it. However, in between the sofa cushions was left over crumbs and cereal, and the bed itself had a fitted sheet that was obviously dirty with noticeable stains. We were all family so we split the two queens but were disappointed that we had to. Everything else was pretty spotless; it just seemed like the sofa/sofa bed was forgotten about. Also, in our room, there was a gap between the door and the panel so a few flies kept getting in. Again, overall it is a great apartment style hotel that I would book again.

Great location, close to lots! The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. The young man that was working the desk was super friendly. Very helpful, very patient and very friendly. When I go home to visit.. this will be my choice. It's an actual apartment with real kitchen size items. It was great.

This was the dirties room I’ve ever stayed in as far as hotels go. Stains on everything, bedding, carpet, towels. There was no conditioner, and we didn’t have enough towels or washcloths for more than one night (we were staying for two). We also had bugs in one of our beds. Just not an impressive hotel, and I would suggest staying at a Motel 6 before staying here.

Amazing room with clean, stocked, furnished kitchen. We only had a problem finding how the shower worked and never did figure it out. No knobs or buttons anywhere to push or pull to activate the shower head.

Worst stay at a hotel ever. There is no overnight person. They give you an after hour number. There was a group of people partying all night long yelling and screaming. They were still going strong at 330am. What a waste of a nice room. We got no sleep with all these antics. Great room as long as you don't want any sleep. Crazy way to run a place. Had a reservation for return through, but cancelled that as soon as I got to where we were going.

My family and I attended the First Pentecostal Church of North Little Rock’s campmeeting and we decided to stay here for the week. It was very clean and had more than your usual hotel. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We had no complaints at all.

A great stop for the night traveling from the Gulf… Sam at the front desk was as sweet and wonderful as can be! Will definitely stop there again when we head south again! Highly recommend!!

Amazing, brand new, spacious apartment-style hotel rooms. The facility seems spotless. Unfortunately the room I had on the night I stayed was incredibly noisy-- not the hotel's fault. Take ear plugs. Slightly sketch area of Little Rock, and it might attract long term residents (?) I felt a little wary as a woman traveling alone. There was a man with an ankle monitor hanging out at the front door, leering.

I found this "hotel" under a search limitation for "pet friendly" and "free breakfast". When we got there we learned they do not provide breakfast because they actually bill themselves more as an "apartment bldg" than a hotel. Them when we got in our room, the Internet was not accessible even when we followed the instructions. There was also some evidence in the building that it wasn't actually done being built. Painters tape on the baseboards and dirt and grass on the stairs.
