Upon check in staff could not find reservation. Another staff member rudely stated that my room had been moved to another facility. Told it was comparable and that their pool is broken so we should be grateful? Chose this hotel property for hot tub. Moved to Hampton Inn which is nice but no hot tub.

Fresh Lemon water all day. 24 hour shuttle to entertainment. Great customer service. Very clean suites with Pots for cooking, glasses for drinking and bowls for storage in kitchenette. Nice comfortable beds… wonderful stay

It's atrocious that I have to watch an ad to access Wi-Fi. I will not be staying at choice hotels again if this policy remains. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Hot tub was VERY toasty and clean also very very chlorine loaded. Staff is lovely and breakfast area was clean with many options. I switched to the Oneida mansion hotel and I'm much happier.

This place is a gem in the rough! The drive into the hotel is a bit sketch but the hotel property is amazing! Staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was like a restaurant. So many choices of food! Free shuttle to the casino. The games and puzzles in the lobby was a nice touch and fun! Lots of places to relax and sit by a fire right outside the lobby doors. The place was so clean! The room was spacious and well equipped. Very clean as well. 10/10 would stay here again!

Mold in shower, bad smell in hallway near maintenance room, no hot water in room! Went to the front desk to tell them about the hot water issue. Waited over 5 minutes for someone and no one arrived. I had to go to the breakfast buffet staff yo get the front desk lady. Was asked my room number and told that room normally heats up fast and that they would get back to me with a phone call about what they could do after the manager arrives. Did not receive a call back!

Property and room were clean. You had to leave the shower running to get the hot water. The air conditioner unit was noisy. I asked for additional towels because we were running out and they didn't always dry out completely. I got the impression I was asking for too much and we never received them.

The hotel was not bad. I would suggest spreading the guest out when they don’t have a lot like when we stayed. The floors and walls are so thin that you can hear the neighbors snoring or walking to the bathroom. Overall it was a nice place. Well maintained and in good condition. Just noisy.

We upgraded to suite for in room hot tub . Suite was HUGE! It was more like an apartment. Had a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop . Living room w pullout couch, the bathroom was very large , very very clean w a huge walk in shower and jetted tub. Granite countertop, bedroom was giant with the most comfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel. Super soft sheets and down duvet. 5 pillows all supremely soft and sink into quality. I would absolutely stay here again...they have a shuttle to and from casino which was so convenient. Free breakfast was good, lots of selections.

Generally , the hotel is excellent, the staff were outstanding, helpful. The building very clean. The “but” happened with attempting to connect to the WiFi. It never happened and the attempts resulted in my laptop completely shutting down. I am locked out . I needed it to help with travel, if you advertise WiFi access, it should happen.

Hotel was beautiful, clean we enjoyed the board games with our family throughout the evening. The breakfast was good too! Earl I believe that’s his name checked us in to the hotel. His poise, demeanor, attitude and just his kindness is unmatched by anyone I’ve interacted with before. He’s a kind soul and deserves a raise. And there was a woman who I believe her name was Shawn. She had such a kindness to her. We will come back again. If for nothing else but the kindness we received. This company is blessed to have such amazing staff members.

This is the nicest room we've stayed in in forever! So clean and looked to be recently renovated. Not sure if we received an upgrade but our king room had a comfy new chair and sofa with pillows to enjoy while watching TV or reading. Many lamps around the room and lovely plush towels and washcloths in a sparkling clean bathroom. A tub you would want to sit in! The lobby was spacious and the breakfast buffet had hot and cold options. This property far exceeded our expectations for the price. A great value and experience.

Just opened 3 wks ago. Good bed, nice bathroom. Not really a fan of the newest decor style, very minimal, sterile, generic, cold, white walls, cheap abstract art, 4 identical lamps in our room. 2 staff did come to our room for sudsing out the tvs.

Turning Stone for my birthday! We chose Comfort Inn Verona because of the rates, it was half the amount of the hotels around it, and still very nice. Vicki at the front desk was awesome!!! Very friendly, and sweet. After finding out it was my birthday she upgraded our room to a suit. The room was so nice. The air in the bedroom didn’t work, I told staff when we checked out. But the air in the LR area was cold and we just left the doors open.

The hotel was very clean and the staff when we did interact with them was great, however, we tried to call while we were out to see what shuttle we needed to get back and no one answered the phone. Then in the middle of the night we had kids running up and down the hallway outside our room making all kinds of noise, once at 1:30 and then again at 3. I tried to call down to the service next to complain but no one answered again.

Came down to Verona for a wedding and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Check in was listed as 3pm, however the wedding I had to attend was 330pm. I called that morning and they advised me they would do what they can to get me in early. Luckily they called me and I checked in around 12pm so I had time to get ready prior to wedding. The room was spotless and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable. If I am ever back in the area I would 110% stay again! Thank you!

The hotel was great. However multiple staff had quite the stand off attitude and felt like we were an inconvenience. More over, they had an issue with my card even though it had been authorized and I had the transaction I’d. They made me feel as though I did something wrong. Then 2 days later It was charged again for full amount plus the amount we spent at the lil store there, even though we paid cash for the store. So I was charged twice for every single thing. That is stealing! I have worked for Hilton as a front desk manager for 8 years and I have never witnessed such poor customer service and business practices. So no I will never return to this property nor its sister hotel Hampton Inn in Verona. I have contacted Choice Hotels corporate office and initiated an investigation. I work hard for my money and while the stay was alright all and all the price at which this is now costing us not worth it along with the inconvenience of this mess. Your night auditor and front desk manager, as well as your front desk team, need more training with the computer system and how it works. OnQ? Opera? Or PMS (Advantage)? I’d be more than happy to give you a training course on any and all ☺️

They had tried to run my card the night before and apparently the card didn't go through. I didn't understand why but after speaking with my card servicer found out that they had tried to process the card seven times which is why it was declined. Since Travelocity had already authorized the card when I booked the room, the hotel attempting to do so at the same dollar amount looked fraudulent . I've never had a hotel. Tried to reauthorize my card again after Travelocity had already done so .My information from Travelocity including my phone number and email address did not carry over to the hotel's information so they could not contact me, so they canceled my room. I was very upset with the desk clerk so she got the manager who apologized and found a room for us. Which I appreciated because I had an event that evening and had nowhere to shower or change. Although there was a problem they did rectify it and I have to give them credit for that. A lot of hotels would not have done so. Given how accommodating they were and cooperative after the issue I would give them four stars. They only left off one star because I've never had a The hotel do this. They said several other Travelocity reservations with the same declination, so I'm going to assume they're attempt to authorize the evening before after Travelocity had already authorized it once. Also created fraud issues on other people's accounts. I would suggest they reevaluate this procedure.

Stayed for the Eagles tribute band show. 24 hr Shuttle service was great and no wait. Hotel no was clean and comfortable sitting area within the room. Mini fridge and microwave. Surprisingly they didn’t have a blow dryer in the bathroom. Maybe you have to ask? The morning breakfast was great with nice variety and I especially enjoyed the sausage gravy and biscuits. Would definitely stay again as opposed to the pricey rooms at the casino. Great stay, friendly staff.
