Beautiful hotel. Great location near freeway and casino. Very nice hot breakfast including eggs, sausage patties, omelets, waffles, oatmeal and more. Two nice patios, one out front with fire features.

Comfortable and clean, friendly staff, 24/7 on demand shuttle to and from casino - never waited more than a couple mins. They also delayed check out time for New Year’s Day, which was fantastic!!

Everything was clean and up to date. Beds were comfortable. Pool area is nice and well maintained, though the pool itself is vey small (think backyard inground pool). We enjoyed the pool but I imagine during a busier time it would be quite crowded. Breakfast buffet was excellent, good variety and everything was well stocked and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Had to call shuttle 3 times to get picked up, it’s a 1 minute drive from casino to hotel and waited 40 minutes. But the worst part was the room was infested with ants

We checked in and we’re given keys for room 103. Went in and dropped our stuff to head upstairs and meet up with friends. Came back to our room and there were used towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste on the counter in the bathroom. There was also drinks in the fridge that weren’t ours

The overall property was welcoming and convenient. The transportation to and from the casino was nice. The room was below par however as it was very clear my bedding had not been changed from the previous guest. When I pulled back the bedding, there was an earring back and crumbs all over. The bedding was matted and wrinkled from the previous guest. Very disappointing to say the least when you are paying top dollar for this type of hotel! You should be able to come back to your room and go to bed rather than having to call (in the middle of the night) to have your sheets replaced. Not happy at all!

Stayed one day at this hotel and as a previous corporate travel agent I would give it a 6 out of 10.Our room was cleanas it should be but you could tell it is a older hotel with a upgrade to the room .There was a smell which smelled like a musty smell like a older room smell which didnt allow me to sleep very well a smell like you woukd find at a Red Roof Inn or similar. The carpet was a bit dingy .I did write a note about bringing my small dog which is a inside dog and I cant image what kind of room that would be if I had a problem sleeping in this room...I normally read reviews prior to staying at places most were very good but once I stayed there I wondered how people came up whith that.Possibly very good compared to a Best Western is what I could think of.I was definitely not happy with the old musty room smell that kept me up .I may have a dig but she is very clean and hypoallergenic. I would give it a 7 rating for being clean besides the carpet which looked a bit dingy.The staff was very nice .It was also extremely close to Seneca Casino which is why I stayed.The beds were not very comfortable as well as the pillows. The breakfast was decent for a family even the I only had coffee.

Coming off the highway you have to pay attention because there is no big entrance sign to get in. I missed it and had to turn around. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great. I figured out later the bathroom plug was not working and the lotion was too low to pump any out. Very minor things that would not stop me from staying again. The bed was super comfy. The tv was a good size. The ambient light behind the headboard was cool you could turn on or off. Another cool thing was the TV had a screen saver personalized welcome which was also cool. We did not stay for breakfast but it smelled delicious. I would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

We felt the property itself was very clean and still in “new” condition. However repeated nights of 3am wake ups from drunk and rowdy idiots in the front door kept us up and without sleep. If you can request a higher floor it may help limit some of the noise.

This hotel is new and clean. Rooms are well designed with all the basics. Bed was on the soft side, comfortable to me. The TV screen was large for a hotel room. The Keurig coffee maker was nice also. I also tried out the fitness room and it was clean and more spacious than in other hotels. I had a room on the 4th floor with a beautiful view. Walls are well insulated, so you don't hear noise from other guests. I also appreciated the black out blinds. It helped me sleep well. A perfect experience. Breakfast was nothing special. Could be better. Only thing I will say could use some improvement.

The 3rd floor room I had was mych better then the last time I stayed on the 2nd floor .This time there was no musty smell my room was very clean unlike the dog rooms which seem much worse..Only complaint was those beds hard rock hard not at all comfortable no matter what floor .The rest of the stay was nice.

The front desk employees were so unprofessional and poorly trained. I asked for my room to be cleaned and was told they do it every other day ridiculous covid is over I don’t pay 450.00 a night for a 3star hotel and not have my room serviced. The smoke detector went off at 7 am with no explanation of what happened and no water so had to check out at 7:45 without even getting a shower

First of all to start off with the moment I walked into the hotel 3.5 hours earlier then the check in time on a busy Friday! VICKI!!! At the front desk warms you with her beautiful smile and exceptional great customer service. I have stayed in many hotels and the check in IS ALWAYS THE WORST EXPERIENCE. My partner and I were in love immediately and felt at home. We sat down as she checked if a room was clean and ready.. promptly she came back to us and with the biggest smile said 😉 why do you guys come back around 1pm (2 hours before normal check) so we took a walk around outside which was gorgeous in October. Came back at 1pm and basically had our keys for our suite in her hands already. She was knowledgeable so very sweet. OUR ENTIRE stay Friday-Sunday was excellent. We received a message from the lovely young woman Ava. Who came in after Vicki ended her day. Asking if we needed anything … pillows, recommendations, shuttle etc. I never write reviews but whenever my day of made because other humans are being kind to one another I like to remind people to have a little faith - pay it forward. Our stay again was expectable! Thank you to Vicki, Ava and all the other staff that made our weekend so memorable.

Beautiful property with a very nice outdoor seating area for morning breakfast, afternoon relaxation or an evening drink! Shuttle service to Turning Stone Casino was easy, prompt and clean. Staff was friendly, especially Shawn at the front desk. Would definitely stay again!

The staff at the Hampton is very personable and professional. We asked for a little extra time on our check out date and it was granted with no problem. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Turning Stone Casino.

Good place. Will stay here again. Room wasn’t properly cleaned when we arrived (at night). Receptionist came up to our room and cleaned the various dirty surfaces. She was super helpful.

Great hotel, clean, new, comfy beds, nice shower, quiet, tasty breakfast, etc. Two flaws: Alarm that the last guest set woke me up at 5:30 AM. Would be good for housekeeping to have caught that before I did! Paper plates and disposable cutlery in the breakfast area need to go. In 2024 this is inexcusable.
