Went to show at Turning Stone and had great stay. Shuttle was so fast and easy to use to get back and forth. Cost so much better than Turning Stones room rates.

I didn't like that they had no housekeeping for my room while I was there from Sunday afternoon to Wednesday morning. On checking in I was told that on Tuesday housekeeping would give me some new towels and take out my garbage. That was all they promised and they didn't even do that. Also they were supposed to have a shuttle to take you to Turning Stone Casino and a sign on the check-in desk said that the shuttle would not be operating due to needed maintenace. I asked why they didn't just rent another vehicle for the guests who counted on this (I had no ride) and the receptionist said that it was offered as a service and they weren't obligated to obtain another shuttle for the guests. I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel and the only reason I did was that Turning Stone had no rooms available when I called.

The hotel was full but still very quiet. I loved the shower! The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the kitchen staff worked very hard to keep it cleaned up and replenished. It was nice to be able to walk across to the restaurant and we used the shuttle to the casino several times. The shuttle driver Christine did a great job.

We chose the hotel because it has a pool but the pool was closed for maintenance. There was Thruway noise and train whistles all night. We won't be back.

Nice property. Great staff! Our room was facing the highway and apparently that is not where you want to be. You can hear every car or motorcycle driving alll night long and if you are a light sleeper will keep you up all night. The staff switched us out to a room facing the parking lot which was way nicer and quieter. Good job! The pool was closed out whole 5 night stay which was disappointing for our small child that was looking forward to swimming.

All the staff we encountered were so friendly and professional. Our room was clean and comfortable and all necessary items were stocked. The free breakfast had many items both hot and cold; the seating areas were ample and kept clean. We didn’t get to use the pool or other amnesties but plan to return for future stays. We recommend staying here.

The free shuttle service to the casino was great. Our driver Kristy was really pleasant and a very efficient and safe driver. The breakfast selection was above average and overall quite tasty. In our shower was a used bar of soap which immediately makes one wonder how overall clean the bathroom was. The mattress was nearing the end of its life. It was still fairly comfortable in the middle, but rather saggy on the sides. The front desk staff were friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent directly across from the casino.

The hotel was average overall. It was NOT a $300 per night hotel. The rooms were cleanish but not superb. There was crusted peanut butter near the garbage can, stains on the ceiling and walls. The toilet was not sparkling clean, could tell it was barely cleaned as well as the shower. The bed cover insert was full of stains. Nothing more than average and certainly not worth what we paid. The shuttle service was awesome, and the breakfast was pretty good.

Stayed here , while seeing a show at turning stone . Our room had a great view of the towers to the casino ! They offer a free shuttle for the casino which was very nice ! Pool was closed which was upsetting , breakfast was good ! Very clean , staff was friendly!

First off it is a safe and clean place. But rooms were small, tv was old and had a large area with a dead spot on it. Beds were spring mattresses so they were super uncomfortable. I have stayed at much nicer places for the money they charge to stay there.

Service was great however we were unable to actually sleep for a a couple of reasons. The room 220 is above the entrance in which the doors open and closes all day and not as much but still used throughout the evening. You can hear it. As well as the person staying above us was very heavy footed. Breakfast was nice and staff were very friendly. While the accommodation was affordable we will have to seek a better place for our next trip.

The air conditioner in the room was very noisy especially when it came on. Our sleep was disrupted every time the ac unit came on. And one other matter. The use of plastic cutlery and plates in the breakfast room shows a disregard for the environment. There were no recycling bins. Just one general garbage bin. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice and clean room with microwave and complimentary breakfast. Interconnecting rooms available. Good choice for family road trip with small kids. Rooms on the side closer to the road are a bit noisy in the morning but tolerable.

The lady at the front desk that checked me in was so sweet. She saw I was a young female traveling alone and worked to get me a room on a higher level so I would feel safer. Everyone was absolutely wonderful and kind during my stay. The rooms are a bit small and outdated but they are clean and have everything you need. The free shuttle to the Casino is also a perk!

The check-in was just OK due to the training of a new employee who took an inordinate amount of time to complete the registration. However, the manager stepped in and helped to facilitate the process. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Add check in the receptionist was polite and helpful. However, the next night when I returned from a wedding, the room had not been touched. Bed not made, towels, not removed from the bathroom, etc. I notified the person at the desk and the housekeeper, who is a couple of doors down the hallway. The housekeeper told me that my room was not on her list. So I made up the bed myself, and since I was tired, I went to sleep sometime later, I was awakened by the housekeeper, trying to get in through the door.

Everything was wonderful, especially the kind staff and shuttle to the Turning Stone casino. The only issue we had was the check-in process, which was a mess because everyone was waiting to check-in all at once at 3-4pm. I have never seen this happen anywhere else before. It just may have been a coincidence. The check-in desk space seemed appropriate for the two staff members working. I’m not sure if a third employee could have made the process go any faster. The friendly staff did the best they could given the mass of people all checking in at once. The Tim McGraw concert at the casino, probably had something to do with it as well.

We booked a king room months in advance for a concert. Checked in and got to our room only to find they\'d given us a standard double. Called front desk, was put on hold and they didn\'t pick back up. We went down to the front desk to discuss the mistake, hoping to be moved to the correct room. However, they did not honor our original booking and downgraded our room choice because they had "overbooked." Staff referenced some policy giving them the right not to guarantee room choice. They did not offer a refund or credit for the difference in room charge. I inquired about a price difference. They stated all rooms same price, which does not seem accurate. This whole scenario would not have been so bad if we had been told upon check in that they didn\'t have enough of our room type due to an event (wedding, etc) as opposed to being unpleasantly surprised when we got to our room. The two front desk associates were very dismissive. The only positive was a convenient shuttle to the event center.

The desk person that greeted us was excellent. She was friendly and helpful, giving us tips for our event at the casino as well. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the hot breakfast in the morning was great!

Everything was exceptional until the people above me decided to slam doors from 10 pm until nearly 11pm. No one was available at front desk then or the next morning when I checked out. I called the hotel manager after my stay. Unfortunately, they were unable to do anything for me as I booked through this app. One sleepless night and a day of work don’t mix well.

Fairfield Inns jr. King suite was very comfortable and the people who work there were awesome. Microwave, refrigerator, 2 tvs, desk, and couch completed the suite. Not a separate room but there was some wall separation. Simple requests were done with smiles and their willingness to help in any way was much appreciated. The free breakfast was better than expected and the 24/7 coffee was also good. The place was clean and every time we left the room someone was cleaning something.
