What a gem! This historic boutique hotel truly did not disappoint. The staff were, by far, some of the friendliest and most personable we have encountered in all our travels. Alexis, who tended the hotel’s small, intimate bar, was professional, welcoming, and a pleasure to chat with. She knew so much about the history of the house. James, the concierge, has been with the hotel for more than 20 years. His passion for the property was evident. He genuinely cares about his guests and goes above and beyond to ensure they have a wonderful experience. Our room was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The charming courtyard garden was such a lovely touch, and the morning breakfast was absolutely superb. Even the hotel souvenirs were thoughtfully chosen and clever. Rather than the typical items you might find at a hotel, these were things you would genuinely want to purchase and use. I can only imagine how magical this historic boutique hotel must be during the Christmas season. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay. We look forward to returning!

Breakfast was the worst. Everything was cold including the coffee Front desk person was not very pleasant and would not let us check in until 5 minutes before 5. Water pressure was dismal. The woman who was in charge of breakfast was extremely helpful and polite

This is a beautiful property right in the heart of the historic district of downtown Cleveland. It’s a great place for taking walks around the property, and the hotel itself is beautiful.
