Breakfast was great, service and upkeep were great. Check in was ok, checkout was great. Pool area was warm and clean. Small pool towels. We had a full kitchen including dishes, stove and dishwasher. The late night noise outside didn't bother us, but it might others. Tons of nearby locations to visit. Would stay again.

We loved the ambience of this remodeled factory building. The room had tall ceilings with exposed beams and brick that gave it an upscale feel. The breakfast was decent. The gym is small and was too warm to comfortably exercise during our stay..

The staff at the hotel is great. They assisted us with a late arrival as well as a late check out. They were attentive and very friendly. The room was very clean, and the property was well taken care of with the exception of the pool. Breakfast had plenty of options and was kept well stocked. However, the pool area was not as clean as I would expect. Many of the lounge chairs were dirty from deteriorating flooring in the pool area which is also unpleasant to have stuck to your feet and in the pool. The bathroom in the pool had stains all over the wallpaper. The pool was cloudy, the water was cold, and there were no towels. More attention the the pool area would have made the stay perfect.

The downside to this hotel is that there is no parking. I didnt realize this until after we made the reservation.They do have a valet service for about $50 a day. We chose to use a parking garage for the weekend it was maybe a block away. Other than that. Our stay was awesome. The bed was comfortable. The room was beautiful. We had a full kitchen. The fridge had an ice maker. The only hiccup with the hotel had the morning we were checking out the elevator was closed for maintenance and we were on the 4th floor. Which really sucked because when i woke up my leg were so sore from walking around the city all weekend. They only have the one elevator. With all that being said our stay was awesome! Room was very beautiful with tall ceilings and a full kitchen.

Booked Homewood because past great experience, especially their breakfast. But this time Breakfast was very disappointing. Standard continental breakfast no better than discount hotel like Mobile 8 or Comfort Inn. Pool water was not very clean with debris at the bottom of the pool.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Homewood Suites. The room was clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was great. We felt safe with security checking room cards during the later hours. If we had to come up with one downside is there is only one elevator. But the stairs always an option!! We would love to return!

A great place to stay in DT Indy. Close to everything. Great staff. Valet parking is $49/day. But the service is excellent and your vehicle is safe and secure.

Homewood can't be responsible for the horrible loud, and disrespectful night life that goes on all night, however they should warn guests. Despite police sirens and cops yelling at kids to go home right outside our window intil 4 am, the hotel refused to extend our checkout by one hour. Rooms are spacious and clean but bed linen and towels are stale smelling. Valet was attentive especially Jeremiah. Ill never stay at this Hilton again.

We love staying here! Just this past stay the room was dirty. Candy wrappers in random spots of the room, crumbs too and the toilet was definitely not cleaned, had old pee drops on it!

Check in was fine but then pool was dirty, room was not very clean, ceiling fan remote never worked after changing battery, breakfast was good but then we were locked out of our room- after two separate trips to the front desk after 4 trips the night before, it turned out our door lock was dead and needed replaced. We called for towels because we only had 1 We called for sheets for the pull out bed and then they only have us the bottom sheet so we had to call and go down again

All of the staff was extremely friendly. The valets went above and beyond to help me with my kids every time we arrived or left. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety for everyone in my family. The pool area was very clean and had plenty of towels & seating. Our room was clean, well stocked and had plenty of space.

It was a terrible experience. We couldn’t leave our room all together because our keys wouldn’t work, even though we were promised that they would come with a new battery of some sort to be able to open our room. The rooms were also incredibly hot. we tried to adjust the air conditioning, but it wouldn’t go below 74 when I mentioned about the key again the next morning no one offered to do anything differently like give me a discount or say anything to me. The only thing that was pleasant was the person that worked in ballet who brought our car back. I was very displeased, and I will never stay at this hotel again.

Hotel was in a great location. A block from Gainbridge, across from Circle Center and just close to everything downtown. Room was really nice and clean. The biggest issue we had is we were at the very end of the hall and there is a club next-door and on the weekends you can hear the loud thumping music until 3 AM. So while I would stay here again, I would not accept a room at the end of the hall. I would ask to be closer to the lobby area. The walls seem to be paper, thin as I could even hear my neighbor, coughing, and hacking in the mornings. The three star review is based on the lack of sleep. I got on Friday evening due to the lack of noise control in the room. They should provide more insulation or soundproofing in those rooms. Also, the front desk girls were not very friendly. They were OK, but just seemed annoyed we were there.

Room was very spacious and clean. Our room location was quiet as well, no street noise at all (saw a review where someone was complaining about that). Breakfast had a pretty good selection as well, a little something for everyone. There’s also free cups of ice water in the lobby which was nice. BUT, the beds were terribly uncomfortable, we didn’t get much sleep because of this. Another let down was the shower, water pressure is not good. This would be an awesome room if the beds get replaced, a different shower head, and a curved shower curtain rod.

The property used to be an 18th century shoe factory. Many of the love characteristics of the historical building were preserved but moverized. The room was large with a full kitchen and living space. Location was perfect with a short walk to to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. From the outside the building does not look appealing because they preserved the old look. But it beautiful, clean and modern on the inside with a touch of the past.

Lisa was absolutely amazing to check in with, she was very personable and attentive. The rooms were huge, I love that is was close to everything yet still had that cozy feeling when you got back. Breakfast was good and the entire staff very friendly. My new go to stay in downtown Indy for sure.

I had booked this room several months out. I got a decent price and it was close to the Arena for the Fever game. I was on my way and couldn’t get to my phone. They called and cancelled my reservation. They said my ccard had been denied. That was a lie. I had used the same card earlier in the day and used the same card to book a room elsewhere after they cancelled. I think they did it on purpose to sell the room at a higher price. Even if not, bad bad service. I won’t use Homewood ever again and tell everyone I know what happened. Words cannot tell how upsetting this was.

It’s a really well appointed hotel with large rooms and a nice vibe. But there are homeless drug addicts in the alleyway constantly screaming and causing trouble. I needed a late check in due to a late arrival (airline caused me to miss my connection into Indy and caused me to have to stay overnight at my layover location). The room was paid for but the staff was adamant if I don’t arrive by “night audit”, I would forfeit my room during a very busy convention weekend. It was extremely stressful as it was out of my control. It took numerous calls to Expedia and Hilton honors to get them to hold my room. The night staff was rude and uncaring about my circumstances and refused to give me the name of any manager. Thankfully Hilton Honors helped me resolve the issue.

Everything would've been perfect except for the maid wanting to clean our room at 8 o'clock in the AM the next morning when we had till 11 o'clock to check out knocking six times on the door and then trying to enter the door then realizing what she couldn't get in because of the safety lock, she ran down the hallway. And then a half hour later another knock again from the maid, trying to clean our room, which I informed her we would be using the room until 11 o'clock when we checked out. Never EVER have we experienced this!

Everything was great during check-in. We left in the evening to go to a movie. When we returned, the street was blocked off. I’m told they block it every Friday and Saturday nights. A nice police officer let us in after driving around trying to find a way. This should be something that is shared at check in either by the front desk or the valet. Even a sign would’ve helped. Not cool.

Great location in downtown Indianapolis! Just a couple minutes walk to Lucas Oil Stadium and the Convention Center and right by Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Travelled with my kids and the entire staff was friendly and helpful! Rooms are spacious and clean

This is a very nice hotel in a horrible location! Located in the heart of party central! The hotel is completely surrounded by nothing but noisy bars, homeless people, and cars speeding down the street performing burn outs! In fairness, this behavior only occurs on the weekend evenings. Beware, you will hear the cars and music throughout the entire hotel at night. 9p till they're tired of partying!
