The ONLY issue we had here was a parking one. My daughter met us there to get the grandkids to us to bring home for 2 weeks. She parked there for less than 1 hour and was charged almost $50.00. Ridiculous

Good for quick access to airport. Lots of black hairs over bathroom floor and bedroom very dusty. There is one restaurant on the harbour front 15 min walk away. We wanted to be outside with a view so didn’t try the hotel restaurant. Nice pool and well equipped gym.

My stay was great. Only downside was the parking which is $55 a night. I thought I got a good deal on the hotel which I stayed for 2 nights, but after paying $110 for parking, I would have much rather stayed someplace nicer which had free parking

Excellent stay location for an early flight. The only thing that was strange was the location of the pool. We had to walk through the center of the check in area by the front doors in robes and slippers and swimsuits! A little odd.

Great location for the airport. We left out bags as had a late flight. Staff great. I personally feel the room was run down. There was hair left on the glasses by sink, cracked tiles on the floor. The beds were comfy. Not over impressed with house keeping just walking in before 07:30 waking everyone up. I would stay again but feel the cost is high for standard of room

Normally have a great stay. This time our shower was dirty and not cleaned. We alerted the front desk. They did not do anything about it. We also did not have a phone in the room that worked so had to keep going all the way to the lobby to get something. Staff was not helpful at all.

The Hilton at Logan Airport is very convenient but it definitely feels like there needs to be serious upgrades made. Our heater in our room didn’t work properly, nor did the ancient phone in the room when I tried to call guest services. The room was also very dusty and could have used a solid cleaning. The staff were all great though, so that is always a plus!

Though conveniently located, the rooms feel and look outdated and stark. The attached pub is overpriced and the food, subpar, although the drinks were good. All of the hotels at Logan are way overpriced but this one in particular barely delivers a bang for your buck.

Quick check-in process which is good when arriving late. Room is comfortable. My one gripe is that my room had an adjoining door to another room and meant i could hear my neighbours. They arrived in the early hours of the morning which woke me up. Not great for an airport hotel where i had a limited amount of time to sleep and had to get up early.

Great hotel. Unfortunately, I stayed one night, and the Internet was not working. I called the front desk, and they gave me an internet customer service number to call. I contacted them, and after several minutes, the rep told me to reboot, and it should be okay. She told me she would call me back to confirm. Nothing changed with the internet, and the rep didn't call back. It was now an hour into this, and I tried calling the hotel's front desk again. This time, there was no answer. I assumed this was because they were getting many calls about this same issue. About an hour later, the internet rep finally called me back, and I informed them the internet was still not working. Now, three hours later, I gave up and went to sleep

The room was fine and the location was great. But the people working by the front door were a difficult when dropping off our bags before heading to return our rental car. The doorman said his boss was watching him and I assume it was the lady in front with the clipboard cause she also told us to move our car. I could understand if it was busy but it was late and no one was there. Rather than offering to help us, they just made us feel unwelcome. Otherwise, the location was good for an early flight and room was adequate.

When we arrived at hotel at 1230 am after a long travel day, we went right to our room and had the digital key. There was a guy literally sprawled out on the floor passed out cold right near our door. I called security and they came pretty fast, but anyone can come from the terminal and walk anywhere in the hotel even if they aren’t staying with you. Raises some safety concerns for a woman traveling alone, or anyone really. Would reconsider staying here in the future, even though it’s super convenient.

Staff was great - valet was so kind to us. I had my Mom with me who was handicapped and I was trying to get her to her flight and I was staying one more day. He was so helpful and made the process so smooth. The room was clean - best shower with wonderful water pressure. Shuttle in the early morning has a tone of people and he helped us all. I had house keeping ENTER my room a total of 4 ( FOUR ) separate times while i was preparing for shower, in the shower and two additional instances while i was on a work call- all the while, my privacy door hanger was clearly on display. The property was gracious enough to allow for a late check out, however with the overly aggressive an harassing house keeping staff, I suggest a table in the lobby for more privacy thatn the room offers.

It took forever to check in. The lobby was full of people waiting. The main issue is that it is just not located in a place that makes walking to the airport gates possible. You might be better off staying a few miles away and saving some money because you can only really walk to A terminal gates.

We waited over half an hour to check in. Only to clerks on the front desk for Sunday check in. Very good shuttle service. Long wait to get into the restaurant and then the food was just so-so. Good bartender. Coffee and snack bar closed very early. Nothing for breakfast. Parking fee was 55. Pool was good. Shower was awful up and down water temp. If it wasn’t for it’s location (next to the airport) would not stay here.

Overall, our stay at the Logan Airport Hilton was very good. We enjoy the Hotel, the Staff and the amenities. It's easy to get to with the Skyway Bridge from Terminal A to the second level of the hotel. The shuttle service is also excellent, reliable and on time. The drivers are very helpful, and cheerful. It's a great relaxing experience.
