Crowne Point is a beautiful property in a great location in Provincetown. They have great amenities on site, and it is only a short walk to all of the shops and restaurants on Commercial St. Staff is very friendly... a special shoutout to Chris who was amazing during our stay. The made-to-order hot breakfast and afternoon wine and cheese were both amazing additions to our stay. We would give this facility a 5 out of 5, with the caveat that parking is very limited. But for the 6 available spots, you will have to park in the public parking at a rate of $30/day. Otherwise, great amenities in a great location with great staff. Highly recommend!

Everything that was available was amazing, it just kind of stunk that this weekend was when they were doing annual cleanings for their pool and hot tub so we weren't able to use them or the spa during our trip.

Great getaway love crowne pointe. Disappointed it was not disclose spa / hot tub not available. Spa closed for renovations outdooor hot tub not open. Staff super friendly would recommend but call to make certain amenities are operational.

Excellent Inn! The Inn is clean, and our room was very nice. All of the staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Breakfast is included and made to order. The omelettes were enjoyable every morning. The cranberry orange muffins are keepers! Very nice setting outside with the pool and spa area. Very nice bartender by the pool. She had been there for only a few days, Other guests are very congenial, and it was easy to have conversations at the spur of the moment. Something I don’t normally do is get a massage. The Shui Spa is very nice and my Masseur was excellent. Great location. Convenient to commercial Street, but enough off to have some quiet.

I really enjoyed my stay! Breakfast was great, and my room was spacious and super clean. Crowne Pointe is a lovely complex with patios, dining room, bar, and very attentive staff.I appreciated that parking was just across the street, and the hotel is centrally located. I'll book again, next time! Kudos!

Property is ideally located in an excellent location and that was the best thing about this hotel. Sadly that’s where the positive review ends. We found the room and common areas to be dated and tired. In addition to a broken safe upon our arrival, we also had a musty smell to our room which made us uncomfortable from the onset. When we went down to management to voice our concern, we were told to just open our windows and hope for the best. There was no real attempt to do anything for us or improve our stay in anyway. This is a pricey hotel and frankly doesn’t live up to the hype. The rooms and bathrooms are in need of a major renovation. We understand and appreciate preserving “historic” charm but for 5 star prices this was a 3 star experience (at best). Won’t be returning to this establishment.

Room was terrific. Very clean, great bed and decor. Fireplace in first room didn’t work but front desk staff moved us to a room with one that worked. Very nice staff. Hot tub in common area was nice and hot (wished the jets worked). Happy hour w wine/cheese/snacks was awesome and breakfast was very good. Great location and walkable to Commercial St. Highly recommend.

Terrible, unfriendly, incompetent front desk staff. Booked and paid for Executive king described as being 400sqft in size and Expedia photos show large room with separate sitting area with sofa. Room assigned was 200sqft, no sitting area, no sofa, looks like a standard queen room. Duty manager refuses to give me the room I booked and tries to convince me that an executive room is smaller than a deluxe king despite it being more expensive. Also tells me the room photos on Expedia for the executive room are incorrect and need correcting since they are “misleading”. No compensation or refund offered to take account of receiving a room half the size promised. Room feel tired and bathrooms have old tiling which looks and feel dirty. Towels are disgusting - “white” towels are a dirty great color. Positives - good location, good quality breakfast included. But given the fact they mislead you regarding the rooms and then lie to your face when you challenge them I will never stay here again

The Crown Point is a beautiful historical landmark and I chose based on all reviews I read. The room 206 needs a facelift it’s outdated. The closet is non existent. For the price we paid we expected better.

The Crowne Pointe is a very nice and centrally located inn that is convenient to shopping, eating and entertainment in Ptown. The service is always good and very welcoming. The beds are a bit uncomfortable and the noise factor can be a bit of a problem between rooms. I have stayed there several times and prefer to be on upper floors so that you don't have to deal with people walking above you.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Crowne Point. From check-in to check-out, they made things easy for us. Josh at check in and check out was very helpful and friendly! We got to enjoy some of the wine and cheese hour and the bed and room were comfy and cute. And it was close to everything- just parked our car and walked everywhere. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting PTown!

I reserved the Deluxe king with a fireplace. The fireplace did not work but overall my room was actually a small studio with a separate living and bedroom area. Breakfast was good, they offer a wine and cheese get together every night from 5-6pm. We did not eat dinner in the on site restaurant. We were there from Ocy14-19. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed a quick getaway in Ptown at the Crown pointe. Very friendly staff, comfortable and clean room. Enjoyed easy walking to dinner and exploring town. Enjoyed meeting other guests at wine and cheese hour. And had a delicious dinner at the Pointe.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The GM went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed from the time we stepped foot. He was so kind, and even stuck around during wine and cheese happy hour and gave us all the tips and tricks for a return trip when the weather gets nicer. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back!!!

We were very excited to stay at this place due to all the nice reviews however, it was very disappointing from the day we arrived. The staff is not friendly at all and they all seem to be in a bad mood at all times and also seems like they do not to like latinos or others who aren’t white. What happened to being inclusive in a town like this? We were told to watch the smoke in the smoking area which makes no sense and the breakfast they advertise is very misleading with very small portions and not fresh baked goods. They advertise a hot tub which was one of the main reasons I choose this hotel but oh surprise it was closed for the season already since they are getting ready to close entirely until the summer. I will not recommend this place and we will definitely be staying somewhere else during the summer when we come back. Very disappointed this was my first experience in Provincetown. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

Had an enjoyable stay. Location, food, and staff were all five star. Loved the breakfast and the daily wine/cheese hour. Would have given a five star rating overall but: we were offered a room upgrade and accepted; assumed it was complementary. When we arrived home and reviewed the bill, we saw we had been charged an upgrade charge of $50 per night. Upgrade charge should have been mentioned.

Some minor things that could improve the property .. clean rugs or replace them even in service stairs etc .. replace some worn old tile bathroom floors .. some of the staff seemed to be inconvienced by the people staying there .. somewhat cranky or not happy at all .. the grounds crew were hard working individuals .. very beautiful gardens

A wonderful location, just one street uphill from Commercial Street, so most shops and restaurants are nearby. Limited on-site parking, but the hotel has additional reserved spaces in a nearby church parking lot. Staff was very helpful throughout our stay. There is a wine & cheese hour from 5-6 pm that’s included for all guests, as is the made-to-order breakfast. Dinner served in the restaurant was very good, as well. Our room was small, but had all the amenities, and looked out onthe terrace and pool.

The inn is a lovely property and seems well-cared for. It’s nice to have breakfast included, however some more interesting food items/options would be better such as more fresh fruit, waffles, home-made baked items, egg-white omelette, etc. The menu was the same every day. The atmosphere is nice and the spa features are a bonus, but the hosts are not overly welcoming or friendly. They never even greeted me during my entire stay or explained any property amenities. I felt like just a number to them, which was rather unpleasant. The room was large and well-appointed, however it had a very musty odor. Based on this stay, not sure I’ll go back. It’s too bad because, with a few minor adjustments, my stay could have been excellent.

Excellent location. Property needs some upgrading. Linens and towels are not what you would expect at a hotel of this caliber. Restaurant and bar were not open when we were there. Evening wine and cheese is lovely and breakfast is awesome

Breakfast below average: tables not properly cleaned, plastic cups and paper plates, low quality continental breakfast buffet, no service from grumpy staff as you have to order and pick up your hot breakfast from the kitchen yourself (you get a pager). Absolutely no value for money.

Crowne Pointe offers a comfortable stay with a great location and relaxed atmosphere. I stayed there with my 84 year old day and his wife, and my husband (so 2 rooms). The happy hour from 5-6 was such a nice thing to walk into. We sipped wine and had cheese and crackers outside. The breakfast was great with made to order omelets. We will come here again!
