Great hotel full off character and charm. Loved the outside pool for an afternoon swim, breakfast was simple but exactly what we needed. Staff friendly. Beds comfy. Location good, short drive or 30 minute walk to central provision town. Would stay again for sure!

Check-in was fine but it seemed a little tense for the staff. The rooms were exactly as advertised and accommodated 4 people well. The grounds are kept well with plenty of space to chill out and relax. Breakfast was good, the muffins were a wonderful surprise as they were very very good. I'd definitely stay here again.

Our room was so cute and super clean. The resort had lots of activities (shuffle board, fire pit, corn hole, pool, grills, etc…). The free city shuttle came right to the hotel every half hour which was a super easy way to get downtown.

The breakfest is served in the pool area and is uncomfortable. The hotel lacks elevators and the stair steps are narrow . This made it difficult to manage as i am a large older individual. Staff was friendly and location is good to port and shoping . GREAT VALUE if you are confortable with the two things listed above .

This is a clean motel. The rooms are nice but the walls are a bit thin. Breakfast has minimal offerings that included hard boiled eggs, yogurt, muffins and cereal. The coffee was good. There was an outdoor but enclosed area for eating and gathering Pool was closed for the season. Bonfire at night was a nice option.

We had a great time at Cape Colony. Everything was clean and convenient. The staff was fantastic, accommodating, friendly and helpful. We loved the fire pit at night, the convenient location...everything. We had a great weekend with a large family group.

The room smelled damp. Even after opening the windows and subsequently using the AC the smell remained and condensation on the inside of the large picture windows. The carpet was dirty and left the bottom of our feet black, make sure you wear slippers. We didn't waste our time mentioning this to management after the unconcerned/ unhelpful attitude we had encountered already over a noise issue with the fridge which my husband has already put a review on trip adviser about and to which the Manager responded saying we had been offered a replacement which was not true. No replacement was offered.

Very small room; pipes bang all night long; walls paper thin & you can hear people talking & snoring all night long. Main AC broken, small backup ac hung on window had long extension cord and worked. Spiders everywhere, so keep your doors closed! Not walkable to town. Breakfast was ok average.

Great location in Provincetown, a very short walk to reach the end of commercial street. We stayed in an upper deck queen room. (Room 303) The room was strangely sweltering hot with no thermostat to control the baseboard heaters that were turning the room into a sauna. Opening the windows on a cool 50 degree night was not enough to bring the room to a comfortable temperature. We had to turn on and run the wall unit AC all night even though it was a very cool night. The room appeared clean but the bathroom had a number of ants on the floor, walls, and in the shower. While we loved the location of the hotel, the uncontrollable heat in the room combined with the ants running rampant in the bathroom left something to be desired. If it weren't for the ants and the issue with the room temperature, we would have had no problem with our stay here. But based on our personal experience, we will be looking into other options next time we're in the area.

I am a pretty picky traveler. There is nothing negative I can say about this motel! Friendly staff…. Rooms are great and super clean. Not a hot breakfast but name brand yogurt, yummy muffins and fruit.

I love it here. Ive stayed 3x now and its always a great experience. Lovely heated outdoor pool, 15 min walk to the heart of commercial street, friendly and helpful staff, and GREAT pricing for in season stays compared to the other places in town. Rooms are large and immaculately kept.

Room was supposed to be overlooking the pool. The only thing you could see out the small window was a roof of a tent constructed by the pool. The room was very small to even sit around the small table you could not walk bye it so you had to move the chairs to go to the bathroom. Old ac unit was very noisy. All the 300 number rooms were converted from a 2nd older home which had the office downstairs. No where to have the coffee and snacks in the morning but under a portable tent by the pool outside.

The single queen rooms are small and located above reception along a busy main road. No black out curtains, a/c was dirty and smelled of mold. Rooms need updating. Far ast side of P-town, trolley runs only every 2 hrs in September. Hard pass.

Very clean and comfortable room. A bit of a walk from the heart of P-town but doable. If you’re on the first floor, you will hear every step the guests upstairs take which prevented us from sleeping past 8:00 am.

Great value for convenient location near Commercial Street. Rooms are clean and modern. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Walls are thin and you can hear activity/movement in surrounding rooms. I did not like the shower controls, the one in my room was loose and would not stay in the designated temperature setting. I would definitely stay at this location again for the value as competitors on the same street charge much more without offering amenities to justify the higher rate. Well worth the money considering the proximity of popular sites/areas.

I’ll start with the pros, the shower had great water pressure! Other than that, the woman at the front desk was not the least bit helpful, however, she did it with a smile. The door was heavy, take your finger off heavy and the room was so small I barely had space to put my bags down.

This was my second time staying at Cape Colony Inn and I really enjoyed it again. The room was super spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean and well kept. I had a small issue with the bathtub, but it was fixed quickly, which I really appreciated. The young woman who checked me in was very nice and professional she gave me all the info I needed. There was another staff member who could be a bit friendlier, but overall, the experience was great. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I can safely say that I will never stay at the Cape Colony inn again. Firstly, the room I stayed in wasn't up to standard, having within it a barely functioning iron and a leaking shower head. Secondly, Steven Sleeper (or whichever manager I spoke to today, was extremely rude and condescending to me when I expressed a lack of understanding for the checkout time. That's the same reason why I didn't even bother complaining about the shower head or the iron because I just figured this would be the response I'd receive. There's a way to correct another person with tact, of which he clearly possesses little of, if not any at all. I would not recommend the Cape Colony inn to anyone.

Check in was super quick, beds were really comfy, and the room was very clean. Very close to main street without the high price tag. Will definitely stay again. Check out was very friendly and a nice breakfast offered in lobby.

I’m so happy we decided to stay here. The place is very reasonably priced, clean, has comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful front office staff. I was initially hesitant about the 25 minute walk to town center, but there’s a free bus that runs twice an hour and bike rentals across the parking lot. Also frequent pedicab options. Plus the walk is really pleasant - we did that half the time.

I love it here. Ive stayed 3x now and its always a great experience. Lovely heated outdoor pool, 15 min walk to the heart of commercial street, friendly and helpful staff, and GREAT pricing for in season stays compared to the other places in town. Rooms are large and immaculately kept.

Clean and quiet property about 1 mile for the main tourist area on Commercial Street. The walk downtown is pleasant but it\'s 20 minutes. In days of yore this would have been called a "Motel" but it was plenty good for a couple of nights. Climate control worked well and was quiet, plenty of hooks for beach towels and suits, and the on-site swimming pool was warm and clean. I love this motel - everything about it is so well thought out. It offers so much more than a “motel”. The cleanliness and comfort of the room, the great breakfast, the lawn with the outdoor activities, the walkability to town, and most of all, the general manager’s accommodating and helping us when hotels.com forgot to change our reservation - a lifesaver. A perfect stay here - highly recommend.

Very small room; pipes bang all night long; walls paper thin & you can hear people talking & snoring all night long. Main AC broken, small backup ac hung on window had long extension cord and worked. Spiders everywhere, so keep your doors closed! Not walkable to town. Breakfast was ok average.

The room was adorable and very clean. The location was awesome - we could walk to the main part of downtown really easily. It was super convenient but not right in the hustle bustle so it was very quiet at night. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We found the property very clean and wel-kept. We were very pleased with the layout of the room and second bedroom as we were traveling with our 18 year old daughter and the separate rooms for comfort and privacy were a nice bonus. The continental breakfast was good. A little variety day to day might have been nice (a suggestion, not a complaint.) overall we were very pleased with our stay and would stay again next time we travel to ptown.

Large, clean and airy room. The bed was huge and comfortable. The walls were a little thin so you could could hear some noise from the rooms next door. Breakfast was a self serve style, which could be taken back to your room or eaten outside alongside the pool. Breakfast had limited options, no cooked food, but what there was was tasty and well presented.

Check-in was fine but it seemed a little tense for the staff. The rooms were exactly as advertised and accommodated 4 people well. The grounds are kept well with plenty of space to chill out and relax. Breakfast was good, the muffins were a wonderful surprise as they were very very good. I'd definitely stay here again.

The breakfest is served in the pool area and is uncomfortable. The hotel lacks elevators and the stair steps are narrow . This made it difficult to manage as i am a large older individual. Staff was friendly and location is good to port and shoping . GREAT VALUE if you are confortable with the two things listed above .

I am a pretty picky traveler. There is nothing negative I can say about this motel! Friendly staff…. Rooms are great and super clean. Not a hot breakfast but name brand yogurt, yummy muffins and fruit.

Very clean and well maintained. We have stayed here a number of times and the staff has been friendly and helpful. Only criticism is that breakfast is from 8am-10am. Would prefer 7am opening for us early risers.

Run down motel with very unfriendly staff. No bathroom in lobby or by pool. Pool needs repair. Room in main building extremely small and a/c wasn’t working so they had to put in window unit only after we complained; no forward thinking. Breakfast was basic but good but coffee watered down. It is located far from center of town on busy street but free shuttle comes quarter after and before the hour right in front. High price for very basic! We won’t be staying again.
