Loved the breakfast area and choices! Love that there is a dog area. Unfortunately, the room was a bit noisy at night…doors a bit too thin for nighttime sound-proofing. And although warned about ongoing construction, we were surprised at not having any WiFi available at all during our stay.

NIce, safe property. Would prefer that airport shuttle service actually exists. Was told that there was only one employee working over the weekend and service not available . Also told that airport shuttle service must be booked 48 hours in advance; this was not possible due to airline delays.

Stayed here with my 3 sons and thoroughly enjoyed it- Staff went out of their way to be courteous and helpful, great buffet breakfast, great little gym, close to shopping, we really could not have asked for more!

The room was a good size for our family. The pull out couch had a bent frame so it wasn't very comfortable. The air conditioning was good, just had very dirty vents that probably was the reason for the room to smell musty and like dirty feet. Breakfast was good and the gentleman restocking was very friendly and constantly had the food trays filled. Parking is very limited.

We stayed here before our flight out of Bozeman. We were in a newly renovated room and it was very nice, clean and spacious. All of the staff were so friendly, especially the young gentleman that was at the front desk at check in.

There was no wifi or television...., after having called to check what the problem might be with the front desk three times and still no wifi, we gave up. No WiFi or TV....In the establishments defense they are undergoing remodel which was stated in the comments section of reviews @hotels.com when I purchased the room, but nowhere did it say wifi and tv was not included in fact it was supposed to be part of the deal. Anyways it was clean and quiet and the Continental breakfast was great. Communication is key in today's day and age and wifi in such situation.

The first impression was bad—I entered the room for the first time to find the bed completely messed up. I tried calling the front desk many times but no answer. I walked back to desk and it took a long time to find a comparable room, and no housekeeping staff to make the bed in first room. They said the 3rd floor was closed off for construction but I heard people above me for two days. I did eventually get another comparable room. The outside is covered with scaffolding. I understand construction but was disappointed there was no warning about it when I booked the hotel, so this is advice for all future guests in the meantime.

We love the rooms and only choose your hotel , but this last time in Bozeman we got our room keys and when we opened our room we scared the heck out of the couple that was occupying it. It was fixed and we were giving the right room but it was not a pleasant experience.

The location was near the interstate and near the airport in Bozeman. The room was clean, the bed was nice our room was warmer than our liking and we could not get it to cool. My wife loved the shower, to me it was okay. I felt the shower was a little undersize, with the shower head too low (I am 6'4") and could have used a higher flow rate. We left very early 4:30 am for a flight, evening hotel staff state that we could get a breakfast bag to go. So we filled out what we wanted. Two bannas, a couple hard boiled eggs, and a bagel. No bag in the morning and morning staff seem to no nothing about the program. So that is why four stars and not five

I have always, in the past, chosen Holiday Inn Express for my stay. I was really disappointed that customers were not informed of the extensive remodel/construction in Bozeman. Customers should have been informed. It would have affected my decision to book there. My room was not ready at 3:00 p.m. but was ready around 4:20 p.m. The lock in the door did not work. You "have to jiggle it around". After four trips to the desk, reprogramming, new batteries, and new cards, only one card worked. My bed was not made properly, so I remade it. I may reconsider choosing Holiday Inn Express for my future stays.

Our stay was great, the complimentary breakfast was outstanding, the beds & pillows were very comfortable, everything was very clean. Our only concern was that the walls weren't very sound proof, however that wasn't a game changer for us. We will be staying again soon. thank you for your excellent hospitality.
