This was a learning experience. I had stayed in other Days Inn’s and had a somewhat similar experience, but this one looked better. Well, it was pretty much the same. The place is severely run down. Our room was giant, but shabby as can be. It had a separate living room room and kitchen from the bedroom, but while the kitchen had a stove, full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, sink and lots of cupboards, all the cupboards and drawers were empty. The carpet was ratty and stained, there were curious stains popcorn textured ceiling. The tub faucet was disconnected such that you could see the hole in the wall behind it. The bathroom doorknob was coming off and held on with one loose screw. The desk clerk that checked us in was annoyed that we were there and he had to check us in. There are signs around the motel like little Easter eggs all telling guests things not to do. The bed was tolerable, but not particularly comfy. The breakfast was not great. Both my wife and I got sick stomachs after eating breakfast. The only thing we both ate in common was the circular “egg” disks. Beware of the egg disks! The only reason to give this review 2 stars instead of one is the spaciousness of our room, and the convenience of being close to the freeway. Add this to my education that I’m officially done with Days Inn. Every one I have stayed in has been run down, dirty, with unfriendly staff and a pathetic breakfast. This one is all of that. Give it a whirl, you’ll see.

The workers are very kind, but unfortunately, the hotel is very outdated and not the best maintained. The lobby smelled of pine sol and moldy mop heads, which I ignored, but when we got to our room it smelled very stale and of grime. I immediately got allergies. The room was not clean or well ventilated. The curtains were stained and dirty, along with the floors. The bed smelled clean, but the sheets had multiple stains on them like the curtains and the furniture. The breakfast was okay, but we had to remind the staff at the front desk multiple times to refill items that had run out like the bread, coffee and sausages. In its current state, I am unable to recommend this hotel to a friend or family member.

Room was clean upon arrival and cleaned every other day which was nice. Breakfast was great and free. Cable TV was wonky as all hell and the AC worked oddly. Had to unplug it to reset it as the buttons locked up. Otherwise place was good. Would stay here again, very convenient location.

The staff is very nice. The property is a bit neglected with bad paint, broken door latch chain, slow drains, dirty bathroom floors, etc. The breakfast was a great value!!
