DoubleTree by Hilton Rapid City Downtown Convention Center

I have stayed here before and at that time hotel was in good shape. About a year later and the hotel shows wear. We also tried the Mother’s Day brunch and the food was mediocre and in some instances overcooked. We just weren’t impressed this time.

breakfast was ok lots choices. can't believe you charger me 15.00 a night to park ............ think will try someplace else next time

The staff was kind. Teh hotel has seen better days. It looks worn out. The style is super old, the waterfall is a dated feature that was being repaired when it should be eliminated. The area was not great for eating or getting gas. Overall I would not stay there again.

We were taken care of at reception by Jennette. She truly is an asset to your Hotel and remember those people! It's what makes your business and your guests stay truly special. She was so kind and welcoming, she went above and beyond for my kids and I, which will have us coming back! Jennette aside, the room overall was clean. There was multiple hairs in our sink, which is always just a turnoff. Other than that, everything was fantastic!
