It’s worst experience, in morning, suddenly their bathroom pipe broke and room was flooded with water, no one came to clean for 2 hrs, even after complaining. There was no maintenance team. No breakfast as kitchen was also under renovation. Room was not cleaned and furniture was broken.

Hotels.com said the rooms had microwaves, there was no microwave. Black mold was under the sink and in the bathroom, we first smelled it when we walked into our room after checking in.

Went wrong right from the get go. Had to wait for 15 minutes because they were out of room keys. Room had a strong smell of some kind of cleaner. Had to change rooms. They have tried hard to make this hotel nice, but it was a bandaid fix. They tried to charge us $10 for the airport shuttle the next morning and we showed them the free hotel shuttle posting on Expedia and he backed down. Won’t ever stay there again. The joy of low price is long forgotten after the taste of poor quality is experienced.

Was great! Hotel was clean and smelled great. Hot tub was nice and relaxing and the staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. The man at the front desk opened the hot tub a few minutes early when he saw me waiting and let me know about the gas station 3 feet away!!! Great location as you never have to leave the hotel!

The refrigerator didn’t work. One of the windows was missing a curtain so it was really hot in there. The washer and dryer didn’t work either. It was broken so I wasted five dollars on nothing overall terrible experience.

Original room booked had filthy bedding. Stains galore. The secondary room the bathroom had pubes and urine stains under the toilet seat which was broken. The mini fridge was also broken. The gym, which was the only reason I booked the room, was “under renovation”. The clerk the day before said he would let me in, but when I went to work out the next day, the clerk said he couldn’t let me in, the other guy had to. He smiled and basically tried to pass it off on another guy. App said the hotel was 7.2 miles from the Dos Equis, it is 17.2. Also dead bugs in the light fixtures.

For the price it is what you get. It smelled weird and the air conditioning turning off and on wouldn’t let me sleep and the hotel in itself looks old but the staff was amazing, I was picked up from thw airport super quick and even the drive was sweet. There is no elevator for 2nd level - ing a big deal for me but be mindful. Location is close to 7-11 and a few restraints. Can’t complain. It was exactly what I expected for the price I paid.

The front desk attendant was very professional. the grounds are filthy ! Bad need of a complete power wash , gum , spilt, stains everywhere even the stairs. Nothing was clean! The room , one pillow was completely covered in make up so it was never changed . Bathtub, has peeling paint, why paint a bathtub ? Sofa covered in stains ! This location gave Redroof a bad name , i will never stay at these hotels again. Dirty Everything!

We walked into the room smell of heavy cigarettes smoke was present. Shower curtain was moldy, bed sheets had stains. Second night here we walked into our room to have no sheets towels or blankets I guess room service forgot Idk. Came here with a group of people and everyone’s experience was the same had to change rooms as well. It’s literally what you can expect for a motel.

Paid for the reservation and check in time is 2pm. I went to check in at 7:30 pm and went to the room and it was still not cleaned from the previous guests. Had to leave for a concert at 8pm and they wanted us to wait for it to be clean so we left to the concert. Came back and the room was still filthy. The toilet bowl had piss all over it and there was poop stains all over the inside of the toilet as if they never scrubbed the inside EVER. The door where the peep hole was non existent, so anyone could walk by and peep through the room. The pull out bed had stains all over it, no sheets or blankets. Insane, I have never stayed in a hotel like this before in my life. It was completely disgusting. For $200 for a night, unsafe and unsanitary dirty room, no breakfast, noisy all night from people screaming in the next room. DID NOT SLEEP AT ALL. This is not a hotel, more like a motel crackhouse hotel. Save your money and book elsewhere.

The mini fridge was covered in some strange substance, there was a dead cockroach on the floor, and I found multiple blood stains on the linens. Also I didn’t receive towels, and the neighborhood is sketchy. The key card has instructions about how to avoid break-ins by double-locking your door, which is unsettling. Avoid at all costs.

Shuttle service hours should be stated. Kept trying to call the hotel but there was no answer so ended up paying $40 for Lyft service. i was traveling alone and did not feel safe in my room. I was given a room on the parking lot side. A lot of people walking past/standing outside my room and talking thru the night. When I checked my window to make sure it was locked it slid right open so make sure to check the windows!

The room was in need of repair the ceiling had water damage sink was cracked and the floors were covered in the previous guests hair. Not clean and the door appeared to have been broken into possibly before. Didn’t even use the jacuzzi tub as it was dirty as well

Convenient for a quick overnight stay between flights. Condition of the room wasn't great but good enough. Bathroom door didn't latch closed. I think the worst part was the bedding, or lack thereof. The blankets were basically just sheets. Not thick at all and not warm. So it was basically like sleeping with 2 layers of sheets. Overall it's fine for a cheap stay by the airport.

This hotel is by far thé worst experience I have ever had, and I stay in hotels often. I stayed the first night, checked in about 1am, the next morning extended the reservation and paid, no problem. The third day I did this and was told no I couldn't extend, that o had to check out, even though I had paid $86 already. I was told I had to leave for three hours. On the end, oi had to pay $20 more just to stay, making the total $106, for a room they charge $69.99 for, just to sleep. I've paid over $300 now for 3 nights and I couldve bought a week somewhere better. I feel like they are robbing and disrespecting me. and I need that $20 for gas. I work hard EVERY DAY, and these people are greedy jerks.

Our flight was canceled and we needed a convenient hotel. I made reservation 3 hours before we arrived. Upon arrival the host told me they did not have the room I reserved and the only way to get a room was to pay an $18 upgrade. When I questioned why I was asked to pay more than advertised rate he called me aggressive and called the police. As I waited the same thing was told to 2 more guests. The manager blamed hotels.com for the unavailability of a room. This was clearly a bait and switch gimmick to get more money from guests. He also charged $10 more than advertised for the hotel shuttle. Horrible hotel, horrible staff, horrible experience. The only bright side was the police officer drove us to a new hotel.

The manager here was a complete SCAMMER! He was rude, disrespectful and lied. He said we checked in on a day we were not even there and then made us check out 2 days early after locking us out of our room. To which then he had a physical altercation with another customer due to his scamming! This hotel was a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!! NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND !!!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Red Roof. It was quiet and clean, I had a great sleep. Management was extremely accommodating. I had a late flight, and they allowed to stay on the property after check out while storing my bags. I was even able to use the airport shuttle long after check out time. The location is between Walmart and McDonald’s with no need to cross the highway, which was extremely convenient. There are also many other restaurants within walking distance. If I find myself in Dallas again, I’ll definitely come back.

1. The reception clerk was on the phone and took forever to attend to giving my room. I had to tell him I needed my room. 2. The room’s tv was not connected to the internet so I couldn’t watch anything or even set the WiFi for the tv to work. 3. I could not review call the reception from my room because the hotel’s phone was not operational.

I was there from 18.-25.7.25. Would recommend Hotel as it is near the Airport and offers free shuttle to it, Hotel Room was nice, clean, modern and with air condition. Hotel is surrounded by large Walmart, small shopping area with bakery, 7 eleven. Located near freeway. Only issue is the bad communication with front desk on the phone. One had a hard time to understand them at all. Additionally they are not directly able to reach by email and our emails had not passed through by the company's head quarter.

My flight was cancelled due to weather so I needed a place with a shuttle close to the DFW airport. Price and reviews for this property was the reason for selecting it. Remodeling is going on right now so it did not have a breakfast or elevator. Bo,the shuttle driver, was very friendly and helpful.

Room service/cleaning staff woke us up @7 am AND 8:30 am just to ask if we were staying or leaving so they can clean…. EVEN though checkout is @11. And no breakfast, even though it’s advertised that they serve breakfast, which is fine if they don’t but really need to update that on their website if so. Only thing provided is coffee and no creamer just half and half. Would not recommend.

I don’t know where to begin…It took us 3 rooms to get one where everything in the room working. The first room the TV didn’t work and there was a light fixture off the wall. Wires sticking out of the wall. The second room the TV AND all the lights in the bathroom didn’t work. The third room everything worked but the toilet overflowed with every flush. The people at the front desk did not care at all. They also would not take any responsibility for the issues. Told me they could not offer any type of refund and that the manager would be in Iater. Awful breakfast.

Friendly staff, room was clean but smelled weird like someone had been smoking in it and they were trying to cover it up. I got this hotel specifically for the airport shuttle and free breakfast and they had neither. False advertising!! It made an already awful night much worse!

I knew that I would be arriving at DFW late in the evening, so I chose an inexpensive hotel near the airport that offered a shuttle. My flight arrived at 12:05 and when I called for the shuttle, I was told that it doesn't run between midnight and 5am. I had to summon a rideshare, which added 35% to the cost of my stay!!! The limited hours for the shuttle were NOT disclosed or mentioned in any way in the Hotels.com listing. Otherwise, it was a decent cheap hotel: Attractive appearance, smell of disinfectant when entering the room, coffee-maker but no coffee, soap but no shampoo, thin blankets, cheap pillows, etc.
