Great central location. Well lit parking lot. Plenty of parking. Someone was always at the front desk or very responsive to the slightest sounds when customers approached the front desk. Pet friendly. For the most part, patrons kept their dogs, quiet. && PLENTY of towels! Staff were very friendly & helpful! They were very informative and directed me to a reputable auto shop with my car engine light came on. Only thing missing was “Do Not Disturb” signs. “Breakfast bar” could use a few more non-dairy & egg-free options.

The hotel itself was clean, rooms were a good size. We did have some damage to a piece of our trim in the room and a large crack in the exterior window. These issues weren’t significant to me, but they do charge you a refundable $50 deposit for damages. I made sure to bring these to the attention of the staff. There is also a lot of road noise as you’re right on a busy highway. Breakfast is grab and go so not much can be expected there. Overall it was an average stay.

The property was great. It is an extended stay but didn’t offer any dishes or anything like that to use the actual kitchen. I had to ask the front desk for a blow dryer and they just handed me one. Didn’t ask which room I was in or anything. Made me wonder why they aren’t in the room in the first place. No cleaning service unless you ask for it.

Nice, new hotel. The room was really nice with a nice kitchen set-up. The bed was easy to soft but, unfortunately, that seems to be the norm with most hotels. I was traveling for work with a truck and a trailer so parking was a little tough but there was an empty building next door so we parked in their lot. I would stay here again.

Good facility to use for a long time trip. We were in FL for a week and wanted to not spend as much money on food, so the kitchen helped. The laundry facilities were great. Their breakfast that they offer was way below standard but at least they give you something. It's better than nothing. The only complaint is..... make sure you get a room on the 4th floor or you will hear every step, chair roll or bed move above you.

We drove 8 hours from st.petersburg Florida and when we arrived the room was not ready we couldn’t check in till almost 5 o’clock they offered us a 20 dollar discount that I have yet to receive and it was also a bloody towel left in the room they half cleaned

Overall good stay and location. Not far from downtown or the beach. The only issue was the cleanliness predominantly the bed linen and towels. Everything had long strains of hair which I could have understood one strand.. pushing it at two but it was several everywhere. Not very sanitary unfortunately.

It was a nice new property, but it definitely lack in the cleaning department. Our shower had hair in it and our bed linen had hair in it and on top of the cover.

I'll say the location was convenient. We weren't happy about the construction going on right at the threshold to the 4th floor off the elevator. It made bringing luggage up difficult. There was no floor runner in the room, meaning you had to dust your feet off each time you got in bed. There was a stain on the fitted bed sheet. There was someone else's hair in the towels. Please do better.

We only stayed one night. Room was very clean and nice. Very reasonably priced and close to base. The customer service was great! Those who like breakfast I will say it was basically granola bars on the continental breakfast. Would definitely stay there again!

This is nice, new property with a full fridge. It was clean and decor was new. My only complaint was the bed. It was a platform bed with no box springs and just didn’t feel very solid or sturdy. Like hearing the metal platform shift and squeak every time you moved. Otherwise, shower was great, we got up too late to do grab n go breakfast.

The room was large and clean. The full-size refrigerator was nice as was the microwave and stove. Check in was easy and the front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. The staff were also super sweet to our dogs! I’ll definitely stay here again!

A new hotel is almost always great. However, they must have installed subpar air/heat system because it is VERY noisy and will interrupt your sleep! ESA should check warranty for the air handlers! Others have noted this as well. Took a few minutes to check in because of phone callers. The overnight desk clerk was good. She tried very hard to assist with an unplanned early checkout.

PROS: This place is brand new in late 2024, my room was pristinely clean, and all the front desk staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. CONS: I echo a prior commenter who noted how loud both the air conditioner and refrigerator are. They were surprisingly loud, which you wouldn't expect in a new place with brand new equipment in it. The fridge is constant but the air conditioner takes a commanding lead when the condenser kicks in. I'll assume it would be too expensive to replace all of that equipment, but they really need to.

First off .. When we arrived Jay was the one who checked us in ! Give that man a raise! He was extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to. We got to our room and it was very clean. One thing I will complain about is the loudness of the surrounding doors when you open/close and the AC in our room sounded like one of the blue angels jets getting ready to take off. The woman in the morning working at the front desk wasn’t very friendly but maybe she hadn’t had her coffee yet?! Then Jay came back when it was time for check out and one again was a very pleasant interaction. Breakfast was a little disappointing since that was one of the eye catchers that made me choose this place but it was just 1 night.

Terrible service i got to my reservation after a long day at 9:00 pm and the from desk tell me that she current give me my room due to and insident they have but nobody call me or let me know earlier because my room was supposedly be ready by 3:00 pm . Finally i needed to go and find another hotel at the time please becarefull when you reserve at this hotel. Hope nobody goes thru this again

Excellent customer service while checking in during our stay and checking out. We checked out and it took us a minute to load the truck. As we were leaving the gentleman from the front came out to let us know my mom’s cane was left in the room. He ran Back to our room to get the cane and bring it to us. While we were waiting for him to return the cane. A gentleman who worked at the hotel asked if we found my grandsons football. He saw earlier the day before we were looking for something that had fallen out of the truck. It was my grandson’s football. After we pulled away the gentleman found it and set it on the post near the entrance. He was very kind pick it up for us and then follow up to see if we got it when he saw us again. Thank you all for great customer service.

The property was located close to the Naval Base, which was convenient for me, b/c I was there visiting my son who attends A-school on base. It was clean, & staff was super nice. My check in was seamless (Thanks Jay)!! In addition, it's close to the beach (Perdido Key Beach), fast food dining options, & stores for shopping. I will definitely return, & I highly recommend.

One thing I will complain about is the loudness of the surrounding doors when you open/close and the AC in our room sounded like one of the blue angels jets getting ready to take off. The woman in the morning working at the front desk wasn’t very friendly but maybe she hadn’t had her coffee yet?! Then Jay came back when it was time for check out and one again was a very pleasant interaction. Breakfast was a little disappointing since that was one of the eye catchers that made me choose this place but it was just 1 night.
First off .. When we arrived Jay was the one who checked us in ! Give that man a raise! He was extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to. We got to our room and it was very clean. The hotel was very nice!!!! I noticed it was updated or maybe even new!!! The room was nice , I enjoyed the shower size!!! ! The staff was polite! My husband was disappointed in the television programs. The hotel area was not favorable, noisy, & traffic sounds including sirens. May I suggest serving hot breakfast. Thank you!

The property was located close to the Naval Base, which was convenient for me, b/c I was there visiting my son who attends A-school on base. It was clean, & staff was super nice. My check in was seamless (Thanks Jay)!! In addition, it's close to the beach (Perdido Key Beach), fast food dining options, & stores for shopping. I will definitely return, & I highly recommend.

This was a last minute booking to attend the Blue Angels homecoming airshow. My Pensacola-based hosts cautioned me not to venture out alone at night as the area around this hotel is notoriously unsafe. There's no restaurant, only light snacks, water and soda available via vending machines (which were empty and property mgt just shrugged saying 'not my job'). And it was expensive, not a good value at all. For me, this is a 'last resort' going forward. Book early, book elsewhere.

We only stayed one night. Room was very clean and nice. Very reasonably priced and close to base. The customer service was great! Those who like breakfast I will say it was basically granola bars on the continental breakfast. Would definitely stay there again!

Difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. Only 1 entrance /exit. Not much to walk to near by. Breakfast was very limited. You need to get your own groceries to eat breakfast in.

Please note that the access to the Blue Angels practice field is very easy. However, it is misleading for the facility to state they provide "breakfast." Breakfast consists of prepackaged granola bars and quarter sized muffins. One could not even obtain coffee, juice or soda as the machine was broken. I mean, how difficult is it to make coffee??

The beds were a little squeaky and u might want to get the very top floor rooms, we was on the 2nd floor and it seems children was on top floor and noisy for 3 nights, we could barely get any sleep, You can hear them stomping. Place was very convenient as it was close to everything and 20 mins from beach. We would stay again but would only book a top floor room.
