Todo bien, áreas de caballerisa, tennos y basquetbol se ve abandonado. En la habitación el espejo de la recamara es de herrería y tenía MUCHO polvo acumulado (Muy sucio, deben aspirar). Las habitaciones, la historia, la comida y los precio muy bien, se siente la administración de grupo las Brisas. Gracias

Pude usar el spa mientras esperaba mi habitación y esruvo increíble! la atención del personal en todo momento tanto en el spa como en la recepción fue excelente, la habitación perfecta, limpia, cómoda y , sin embargo, en el restaurante fue regular, porque no quise el bufet (porque tenía yo una comida) entonces pedi a la carta y los meseros no me pelaban pasaban de largo y molestos d eque pidiera yo a la carta… fuera de eso, todo estuvo increíble, la recepción, habitación, spa y todo muy bien, espero volver pronto! 😊 pero no se si al restaurante… 🤔

Me encantó el hotel. Excelente sus servicios solo una observación, los juegos para los niños ya están viejos y descuidados. Deberían poner más atención en eso porque el hospedaje de muchos fue familiar

La hacienda es preciosa, el cuarto Excelente, el restaurante muy rico, pero a la alberca le hace falta mucho mantenimiento, el fondo le faltan tantos azulejos que te cortas si pisas. Eso si es climatizada esta a 28 grados

The service in the restaurant and in the hotel is excellent I give it 5/5 stars. The service at the pool was terrible I give it 1/5 i would ask for a menu or drinks or food they would say yes and not show up. I would go to the pool bar and ask and they the staff would say yes and not show up with any drinks. I was very polite with staff and tipped well. I don’t know if I was a foreigner and that was the reason they did not want to serve me. This is my advise to management. It’s hot outside so the dress attire outside should be different than inside. I think this might be one of the reasons they didn’t want to serve me or guests outside. They the staff were wearing three piece suits outside in 30 degree weather. The hotel was gorgeous and the room beautiful and I would stay again. Going forward I would go to OXXO for drinks at the pool and order uber eats for poolside food because I could not get food and drinks at the pool.

El hotel es bonito, el servicio es lo mínimo que esperarías de un hotel de esta categoría. Pero lo que sí es lamentable son los olores de los pasillos y de los baños. Se ve que el departamento de mantenimiento es muy pequeño.

En general esperaba más, el servicio del Front desk deja mucho que desear. El spa fui dos veces y estaba cerrado, les comenté que en mi cuarto solo habían dejado café descafeinado y me dijeron que no habían pedido y que tardarían una semana en llegar Lo peor es que había chinches en la cama. Me extraña por ser un hotel de este tipo. Ojalá tomen en cuenta los comentarios

I have stayed her several, several times 5 times in the last three months. This time I was extremely disappointed. Mosquitoes and sewage smell filled my room. I called to get a new room and was told I would get a call back - never happened. Normally this is a nice hotel and great food and friendly staff. Make sure you book the room in the Business Class area of the hotel. It's newer and no mosquitos.

Nos tocó la habitación 226 y se conecta con otra habitación y no tienen llave las puertas, por lo que yo podía ver la habitación de a lado. Por ello, solicitamos cambio de cuarto y nos ofrecieron la 211 y 207, pero también se conectan, estas si tenía cerrada la puerta para la otra habitación, pero la nuestra no se cerraba. Me dicen que me dan upgrade pagando una diferencia, obvio no. Por fin nos cambiaron a un cuarto que no se comunica con otros, pero sin ventana (obvio todo obscuro, no sabes si es de día, tarde, noche), por ende cero ventilación, además sin refri, servicio de café y la coladera de la regadera se tapa. Quitando esta mala experiencia de las habitaciones, la Hacienda es muy linda, la comida deliciosa y el personal atento.

El staff de la recepcion poco servicial, se le pregunto si podiamos cambiar la recamara con una cama king size por la que nos asignaron con dos camas matrimoniales. El hotel estaba vacio, sin embargo no dio acceso al cambio. Los colchones de esyas camas matrimoniales, vencidos. Las almohadas nada comodas, fue preferible dormir sin ellas. Pasamos muy mala noche por la incomodidad

Excelente hotel es una hacienda muy bonita las habitaciones hay dos opciones el área remodelada que son las habitaciones BBC estan nuevas y muy bonitas las recomiendo mucho. La comida del restaurante es excelente de muy buena calidad. Volveremos pronto!!

Hermoso hotel, pésimo servicio. Desde que llegamos el de Recepción pasó al lado mío y ni un "buenas tardes" ni nada. El primer día comimos en el Restaurante del Hotel. Llegamos, nos sentamos, pasó el tiempo y nadie nos atendía, hasta que me levanté a decirle a la mesera si nos podía tomar la orden, y se enojó, hizo caras y fue a la mesa. La habitación cómoda, pero en nuestra segunda noche unos borrachos no nos dejaron dormir, se llamó a Recepción en repetidas ocasiones, pero al final, no los pudieron controlar, y la fiesta se acabó cuando los borrachos se cansaron. No dormimos. Traté de planchar un vestido y la plancha toda quemada y sucia.

Excelente en la atención de Front desk y gerencia resolvieron de inmediato un detalle de la reserva. Dando solución y haciéndose responsables me dieron mi acenso de categoría. Dando la mejor atencion, todo excelente desayuno bufete muy rico y muy variable. La comida bufete excelente!!! El gerente de meseros excelente trabajo muy atento en todo y los meseros muy atentos igual felicidades! Por eso siempre regreso!!

amazing experience from start to Finish! contacted the property concierge MAURICIO REYES days before arriving and his help getting transportation took stress out of getting a ride from the airport. Mauricio's help throughout the trip made everything run smoothly! ALFREDO bar waiter / restaurant staff (egg station lady wonderful)/ was also outstanding as well as everyone at the front desk. SPA area is small, but very clean and the service is just amazing!

La propoedad es bonita y cuenta con varios espacios verdes, además de alberca, áreas verdes, espacio de lectura, entre otros. El buffet es excelente. Sin embargo el nivel de atención y calidad del servicio no fue adecuado. No hubo ninguna explicación del complejo y sus áreas comunes. Lo que me desagradó fue que a media noche alguien intentó abrir la habitación en la que me encontraba. Afortunadamente tenía el seguro. Aparentemente era un hombre que le habían dado una llave de mi habitación. Es un error inaceptable para un hotel de esta categoria. Lo reportamos en recepción al día siguiente. Ni si quiera una disculpa y/o información de seguimiento del incidente. Decepcionados en nuestra experiencia de calidad de servicio.

The service in the restaurant and in the hotel is excellent I give it 5/5 stars. The service at the pool was terrible I give it 1/5 i would ask for a menu or drinks or food they would say yes and not show up. I would go to the pool bar and ask and they the staff would say yes and not show up with any drinks. I was very polite with staff and tipped well. I don’t know if I was a foreigner and that was the reason they did not want to serve me. This is my advise to management. It’s hot outside so the dress attire outside should be different than inside. I think this might be one of the reasons they didn’t want to serve me or guests outside. They the staff were wearing three piece suits outside in 30 degree weather. The hotel was gorgeous and the room beautiful and I would stay again. Going forward I would go to OXXO for drinks at the pool and order uber eats for poolside food because I could not get food and drinks at the pool.

Overall it was a very nice experience. The pool is warm, the buffet is definitely a most. What can be better at the rooms is the ventilation; we could feel the smell to insecticide and there was no way to turn on the AC to make it last so it felt very humid.
