Everything was great. Only thing that's a bit strange is the elevator arrangement - you have to take 2 elevators every time up or down, which was a small hassle but just how they built this hotel for some reason. Also it is not in Centro Historico, despite the name. It's out by the highway - you can't walk into the historic center easily. There are lots of buses and taxis available but anyone booking should know in advance that it's a 30 minute walk to the center.

Excelente atención y servicio. Desde la llegada, el personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos con el check inn. Está muy bien ubicado y con buenos servicios. La habitación estaba limpia, ordenada, cómoda, con refrigerador y microondas. El estacionamiento está práctico y con varios lugares disponibles. Los locales que están en ese centro comercial, te dan opciones de comida, súper, café, banco.

La estadia fue corta y no es la primera vez que me alojo en este hotel, pero en las ultimas dos ocasiones hubo tema con la limpieza y esta vez no fue la excepción, al entrar la habitación olia mal y al.dia siguiete descubrimos que el olor provenia del pequeño sillon de la habitación. Por favor no dejen de lado el realizar una buena limpieza a todos los elementos de la habitacion, no dejen que estos aspectos les resten puntos

No usamos el servicio de desayuno del hotel, asi que no puedo dar mi opinion del mismo!!! los vasos de plastico en la habitacion tenian moho, la limpieza en general de la habitacion es buena, pero que asco con esos vasos, nos proporcionaran vasos de vidrio, el restaurante en shoping center muy bueno, TOKS!

Buena ubicación, muhco ruido, las paredes son delgada sy se escucha cada que alguien pide el elevador y todo lo que ocurre en las habitaciones fe los lados y el pasillo. La limpieza no es tan buena, nunca me cambiaron las toallas mojadas y las almohadas son muy planas.

I have been coming to Stadia Suites for almost 2 years now...I even like the one in Mexico city! The staff are amazing people, eg: The Reception staff, Rosa in Housekeeping and Gerado, el Meseto....its spotless, great showers and everything you would want in a room. Simple and perfect! I suggest it to all of my friends

Me equivoqué y reservé una habitación doble 2 camas matrimoniales y cuando pedí que si me podían dar una con cama matrimonial , pareció que a la niña de saco Naranja le pedí que me regalara una estancia!! Me puso una cara de pocos amigos, me dijo por eso hay que fijarse bien antes de hacer una reserva!! Para la próxima hágalo !! Le comenté que si le provocaba mucho problema lo dejara como estaba, que yo me he hospedado más de 5 veces ahí y nunca me habían hecho caras. Contraté desayuno incluido y no estaba registrado En verdad PÉSIMA ACTITUD DE ESTA PERSONA!! Sin voltearme a ver solo en su computadora y ella NO era quien me atendía , era otra chica con saco negro. Para la próxima vez , @stadiasuites de Querétaro hagan bien su selección de personal , que en una industria de hoteleria y turismo , la actitud de servicio y atención al cliente es LO primordial! Me cambiaron de habitación haciéndome el GRAN FAVOR!! Y la habitación no tenía ni cafetera!! Gracias

PÉSIMO servicio de la recepcionista, MAL olor en habitaciones. MALA experienci NO está en el centro histórico en sí. El hotel se ve mejor en las fotos. Foto de sábanas manchadas y con pelos. Hicimos check in el sábado 6 de Septiembre aprox a las 4 pm y la señorita/señora que nos atendió fue MUY grosera, no supe su nombre pero era medio joven, tenía cejas pobladas, tez morena. Apenas le había dicho el nombre de la reserva, me dejó hablando y me ignoró. En las peticiones de Expedia pedí habitación LEJOS del elevador desde una semana antes, y en el check in le volví a decir a la recepcionista. Subimos y sorpresa, si me dejó las habitaciones FRENTE al elevador. Entramos a la habitación y olía HORRIBLE, olía a HUMEDAD Y PIES. Baje con la recepcionista para cambio de habitación ya molesta porque ella sabiendo bien lo que hacía y viendo que llevaba a una persona DISCAPACITADA, me dio mal las habitaciones. Con muy mala cara y cero disposición me cambió las habitaciones, me pidió las tarjetas le dije que se estaban cambiando de habitación (porque no podía dejar a mis adultos mayores de pie) que en un momento se las bajaba pero a fuerza quería que se las diera en ese momento, lo que significaba volver a subir y bajar, eso ya sentí que lo estaba haciendo para molestarme, ya que sé que las tarjetas se pueden desactivar sin necesidad de tenerlas físicamente. Ahí ya le dije que ya era suficiente grosería, desde que llegué me había estado tratando mal y que resolviera ya el tema. PÉSIMO

This hotel is amazing. It's clean, relatively affordable, great location, and what separates it from the others is the incredible service. I stayed there for a full month and got to know some of the staff at the front desk. They were always SO happy to help, so warm, and so accommodating. They made me feel like I was living there and a part of a little community with how great their service was. Little things like ensuring I had coffee, scheduling my room cleaning, and just saying hello. A special shout out to Monse, Pamela, Paula, Fany, and Liz the cleaning lady.. Thank you for making my stay great! Speaking of cleaning, my room was always kept spotless by hotel staff. Clean sheets, clean carpets, clean bathrooms. I didn't find anything to complain about, and I am picky!!!! Otherwise they have a good TV service, lots of channels, AIR CONDITIONING!, nice lounge area, gym, free laundry, free potable water, and even in room massage. In the courtyard there's a Starbucks, OXXO, and Domino's pizza right out the front door so you never need to leave if you don't want to. Very safe neighbourhood and lots to see and do in the beautiful neighborhoods surrounding it. I'm sad I had to checkout, but I'm grateful for the stay and how comfortable, safe, and valued I felt. Thank you Stadía Suites... I hope to come back someday!!!

The convenient part was to have stores and restaurants in the same building or plaza. Also there is free parking available and security staff. The inconvenience is that is next to the highway and sometimes you can hear trucks at night. terrible hiba llegar a hacer el check inn aprox a las 10 pm y pude entrar hasta la 1 am debido a las construciiones de las vialidades principales que tienen, no habia ningun tipo de señalamiento, las vialidades para ingresar al hotel todas cerradas no habia forma de llegar

El hotel en estos momentos está prácticamente imposible de llegar debido a la construcción de QroBus, la llegada al hotel está complicadísimo. Si puden evitar hospedarse ahí, háganlo, hasta que terminen los trabajos. El hotel en sí, es bueno, con habitaciones amplias y limpias.

Everything was great. Only thing that's a bit strange is the elevator arrangement - you have to take 2 elevators every time up or down, which was a small hassle but just how they built this hotel for some reason. Also it is not in Centro Historico, despite the name. It's out by the highway - you can't walk into the historic center easily. There are lots of buses and taxis available but anyone booking should know in advance that it's a 30 minute walk to the center.

Excelente atención y servicio. Desde la llegada, el personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos con el check inn. Está muy bien ubicado y con buenos servicios. La habitación estaba limpia, ordenada, cómoda, con refrigerador y microondas. El estacionamiento está práctico y con varios lugares disponibles. Los locales que están en ese centro comercial, te dan opciones de comida, súper, café, banco.
