A little out of town but within 5 min drive . staff was great Only had the breakfast buffet and it was very good and then a drink in the bar at night which also was very nice . there is a shuttle that goes into town but we didnt take it . its there if you dont want to drive your own vehicle . When we in town again will definately stay here again

Recently renovated exercise room, steam room, sauna and indoor hot tub facilities. Outdoor hot tub overlooking the mountains was also great. Excellent and attentive front desk and restaurant / lounge staff. Very clean throughout. Only minor issue in the room was a couple of plugs that weren't working properly, other than that minor inconvenience it was a great 3 night stay at the Coast Hillcrest in Revelstoke, BC.

The hotel spa amenties were well worth it. Reallt nice sauna, steam room, indoor and outdoor hot tubs. We stayed in a suite with a balcony and it felt very private. There was a jet tub in the room. We were impressed with the sirloins we ordered at the hotel restaurant.

Very nice and clean hotel. Disappointing spa (quite small) and very busy. Hotel has a strange policy that you have to pay to use a bathrobe or available for higher level rooms? One of the weirdest policy’s I have heard as you need to walk through the lobby to access it? Also it’s winter! Left a bad taste but decides that a nice hotel.

Front desk nice welcome balcony outside our bedroom room did not have divide between room staff in evening were great but breakfast was grim " help yourself " food was not hot but if one choose to have a menu staff were SO attentive looking for a good tip our sever could not have made it more obvious to my husband & myself Chinese tour group were their priority ddlining room carpet needs replacing .

We spent one night at this hotel. It’s placed in a very beautiful area with beautiful mountain view. It’s an old hotel but it’s kept very clean and protects the log look. Loved the lobby area interior and even the restaurant interior. Rooms were spacious, air-conditioned, very comfy beds, clean and well equipped washroom. Had a coffee machine and mini fridge too. Only thing the room didn’t have was a microwave. Staff was very accommodating and friendly, always helps with a smile. They are lovely. We had the breakfast buffet, the food was fresh and tasted good. Breakfast was not included for our booking, we paid separately. The hotel has a hot tub facing the mountains but it’s next to the restaurant patio. The front garden of the hotel is well maintained and beautiful. All in all it gives you a luxury feeling. We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely will return to this hotel.

The view out of the room was horrible, and there was a constant hum of the electric generator coming from the outside. We also discovered giant beetles in the room. The ice machine was broken and there was no complimentary water in the room.

Zimmer komfortabel ausgestattet: viel Ablageflächen, qualitativ hochwertige Pflegeprodukte im Badezimmer, gemütliches Bett. Aber: Zimmer 222 liegt sehr ungünstig! Viel Lärm durch Klimageräte an der Fassade in unmittelbarer Nähe. Hinzu kommt Küchengeruch, der von draussen hereindringt. Vor diesem Hintergrund erscheint uns der Zimmerpreis zu hoch. Schade.

Nice hotel but on the third floor their is a continued noise from some unit above, likely the heating, air conditioning or kitchen exhaust. It switched off at 11pm, thankfully, but was on again around 6am. Recommend asking for a room on the lower floors. Great view of Mount Begbie from the dining room, lounge.

The Coast’s location is perfect, located just outside of downtown Revelstoke (easy 7 minute drive) with great views and quiet. Our room (booked through Expedia) was at “the back of the bus,” but was big and comfortable. A craft brewery within walking distance was a nice addition. My wife and I enjoyed our stay.

The staff was amazing. One of my friends had issues with flight cancelations, which led to shuttle rescheduling. And they were happy to help her in any way possible to make sure she was taken care of. The hot tub was fantastic. The view from the balcony in the room was beautiful. It's not walkable to town, but that didn't impact us at all.

This location received two stars due to the check-in experience and the room. In short, I received an email from the hotel the morning of my check-in offering a selection of “available” upgrades. I chose one and approved of the additional cost. When I checked in I was told that the property was full and no upgrades were available even though the offer via email said numerous upgrade choices were available. To make it worse, I was given a room with a view of a tree. I didn’t drive that distance and pay that price to have a view of a tree. Unacceptable. The upside of my stay was that the dining and lounge staff were friendly and courteous.
