Room had a constant machinary hum. It was loud. Had no shower curtain and needed to request one. Got it quickly. The creek running through was empty and gross. Very expensive for less than mediocre experience.

Had a great stay at the lodge, clean and organized. Would’ve been nice to see the river running and operational but other than that was very happy with our stay.

While the property was beautifully kept and 99% of the staff encountered were amazing one exceptionally poor interaction with a front desk member was a stain on the experience. Myself and my 18 year old son were staying at the hotel and after a long day at a tryout came back to the hotel to eat and relax in the hot tub. Dinner at Brixx was wonderful and the waitress was amazing! We went back to the room and changed and got to the hot tub at 900. There are signs that say "adults" after 9 but do not specify an age. I consider an 18 year old who has graduated high school and can vote and adult. Apparently the front desk clerk did not. She came around pointed at him and said how old are you in a very abrupt and rude tone. He said 18 and she looked at him and said "get out, adults only after 900" I said "he is 18 and I am his mom" as the website says "children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent" she replied in an early aggressive manner "I don't care who you are he needs to leave" We got out and went to our room but I was not happy. I proceeded call the front desk to express my displeasure and the same.person
