It's a nice, reasonably new property. They had a stereo plane in the hallway into the middle of the night kept the awake until you realize that it was some kind of house system they were running at 4:00 in the morning and the hot tub was not particularly warm nor did the Jets work well

A few things: The sofabed had no bedding on it, so we had to go ask and wait while the employees found bedding. When we opened the sofabed, there was some paper garbage in the bed (receipts, etc). When we opened the cupboard, there was an open bag of chips and other food from previous guest. I then went to the gym and there was no cleaner for the equipment, the wipes in the gym room had no cleaning liquid. I have serious doubts about the cleaning protocols of this hotel, I don't think we would stay there again.

Better than last time but the hot tub jets could be fixed to be more powerful and a breakfast offer would be nice at their restaurant as no free included breakfast here like most other BW's. I used hot tub early this am as open at 7 am and out of towels and some dunny other guest left his many spit out sunflower seeds all over a wicker table, how dumb of him! I know it is a guy as ladies do not do stupid things like that! Maintenance too should check on this when the pool doors are unlocked!

fairly new hotel. clean and easy to get to. Parking lot is narrow and not super easy to turn around in. Parking stalls are tiny and parking a full sized vehicle is a challenge. everythign else was great

This is a new building which is nice. The room was large and the bathroom was a nice size. There were lots of lights in both the room and the bathroom. My only complaint is that the hot tub was cold.

The facilities were absolutely disgusting. Room wasn’t ready on time, the room was dirty, the bed was stained and the couch was stained. The room was ready 30 minutes late and the service didn’t do anything about it. The room was nice overall but was not clean in the slightest. Not worth the money but is in a nice location

We had an absolute grotesque experience, first room they checked us into was disgusting hair in the bed, someone’s belongings still in the room hair all over and he shower. After we complained they switched us rooms that resulted in an even dirtier experience…. Dirty or yogurt and milk all over the crib - nightstands covered in coffee stains & dry food ect, again hair all over the shower and Sofabed stained sheets. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and have never been experienced uncleanliness to this extent … not very safe with children!

Dirty room. Shared my complaints with management. He gave a discount. The tub/ shower hadn’t been cleaned in days/weeks- actual dirt build-up. Dirty floors- had not been vacuumed/washed in days. Stain on top sheet. Would not stay again.

The hide-a-bed pullout couch was absolutely horrible. Ridiculously thin and uncomfortable. The room is sold and was booked as 4 adults, that bed is not appropriate as such. The relatively new table almost fell down due to how poorly constructed it is. No coffee in room, just decaf and tea. The coffee maker in lobby was Out of Order and appears to have been that way for some time. Rate was reasonable, room was barely satisfactory. Should not be sold as appropriate for 4.

Had a room across from the pool. It was very noisy, could hear slamming doors and then the people above us were noisy. The room was big a clean , but the air conditioning ( which was great) but sounded like a motor running so it either kept you awake or woke you up when it turned on and ran.

No, the room was not in good condition. Power outlet coming completely out of the wall creating a shock hazard. And the room wouldn't go above 62 degrees Fahrenheit as the split was not working.

I was supposed this hotel had such good ratings. The door and window let in so much light. It was insanely noisy. The walls were so thing that we could hear our neighbours phone conversation including the person they were talking to! The people partying at the lobby bar sounded like they were partying in our which was at the end of the hall.

We appreciate the front desk staff for extending our one week stay for two more nights. They made it easy for us to stay in our existing suite saving the need for packing up. The facilities are great and our maid service very kind and attentive. We look forward to our next visit.

The front desk staff was full of excuses. There were no luggage carts for 2 days and all they said was. It’s in someone’s room we can’t do anything about it. We had a single hand towel and bath towel in our room. No bath mat or facecloth. When we mentioned it to front desk they said they’re busy and ran out of clean towels. But then gave us some pool towels like they were doing us a favour. The shower had long black hair in it and the tile in front of the shower was cracked. Room temperature was hard to regulate Totally unimpressed with staff and their unhelpfulness. Will never stay at this hotel again. Several other guests were running into same problems as us

We were here for a sports tournament. The teams gold medal game was done at 10am and we asked for 30 minutes extended check out, so the girls could have a showered before travelling to Calgary. We were told it was only possible if we paid $24. NOT IMPRESSED!

As a hotel, it’s fine. But the way they handled my deposit was ridiculous and unprofessional. I left a $50 damage deposit and was told part of it would be refunded after deducting a restaurant fee. According to them, I was supposed to get about $34.88 back — but I was also charged separately for the restaurant fee, so I should have received the full $50. Weeks later, I still haven’t received anything. I’ve spent way too much time calling back and forth, and every conversation goes nowhere. Honestly, it feels like they’re hoping people just forget about their deposits so they can keep the money. That’s not just sloppy management — it borders on dishonest. Frustrating experience, terrible follow-up, and zero accountability. I won’t be staying here again.

On arrival we were told by this hotel that we had an "unconfirmed" booking which was confirmed as booked on our end. They did not help at all and told us there was absolutely nothing they could do to help except get a number for expedia for us. When i spoke with expedia, our reservation was confirmed and they had sent the information to this hotel. The hotel didnt even offer to even provide us for a hotel for even 1 night (which we would have taken and paid for) until we were able to make other arrangements. I think this hotel made a mistake on their end and wouldnt own up to it or offer any kind of help. Terrible customer service !!!! I wont stay or tecomnend this hotel to my many traveller friends.

All was good but when we arrived a patron said her dad’s truck had just been attempted to be stolen. There is a noisy road quite close to the building so I heard traffic late I to the night and someone yelling in the parking lot late at night.

We were disappointed that there was no breakfast included of guests. They offer a 20% off on made to order breakfast. I messed seeing that on booking. Had I seen it before booking, we would not have chosen this hotel. The rooms are clean, and there were no issues otherwise. So, I do recommend it for all o that. Just the breakfast issue.

All was good except the restaurant. Eggs not made to specification, toast was “white” not browned, could not provide receipt because paper machine not working. They were not busy at all so not sure why things were not up to par. Considering what they charge this should not happen.

Restaurant was terrible. Not a soul eating at 740pm when we arrived. Went down for supper only couple there, 3-4 groups showed up within 10 min. Took 50 min to bring out our order - steak sandwich and a pasta. Steak was way over cooked and chicken Alfredo pasta came out as penne with butter and Parmesan cheese.. no Alfredo sauce whatsoever. Waitress brought water and a pop and was never seen again. Room was decent and clean, but would not stay here again based on restaurant.

We had dinner at your restaurant with my family, and unfortunately, toward the end of our meal, we found a long blonde hair inside the potatoes. It was extremely unpleasant and disappointing. While we did receive a refund for the dish, the experience left us feeling quite uncomfortable. Although we appreciate the gesture, we likely won’t be dining at the restaurant again in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

The parking area was well lit and felt safe. The staff were courteous and polite. We stayed at this property two years ago when it was newly opened and found it had been well maintained. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. I would recommend NOT laundering the bedding with a scented fabric softener as it makes sleeping difficult for those sensitive to scents. Dining has limited afternoon hour but there are many nearby eating establishments so it is not a hardship. This property is pet friendly. Having said that there are NO suitable exterior areas to walk a pet or to allow a pet to relieve itself.
