The hotel were very helpful and messaged me about our stay and if we would like to request any preferences. We had a lovely light comfortable room towards the back of the hotel so no street noise in the evening. We ate dinner in the restaurant one night and along with breakfast nothing was too much trouble. The layout of the restaurant was light and airy which was very relaxing. The food was excellent quality and efficiently served. A great pint of Thwaites original in the bar too! With the hotel having it's own car park it made our stay absolutely spot on.

Fantastic hotel and a great atmosphere in the bar and dining areas, staff are all very friendly and can’t do enough for you; we thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and will return. Residents’ parking is really great, but need to number bays or restrict access to stop people not staying there from using it, it’s tricky to re park sometimes if you leave.

Room spotless, excellent cooked breakfast Some staff vey pleasant. Unfortunately others were quite brusque and offhand. Bar was massively overstaffed and slow to serve you and the younger ones were very casual and discourteous. Bedroom very cluttered. A shelf for toiletries in bathroom would be easy to install and a big improvement. Urinals in gents off the restaurant were filthy. An area of bar where you can sit with a dog would be welcome

We stayed at the Beverley Arms Hotel as part of my Mum's 90th Birthday celebrations. 1st class checkin, probably among the best I've experienced, very friendly and showed us to our room. We had a cosy double on the first floor which was very clean and had everything needed for our 3 night stay, great Lavazza coffee machine 😀 Breakfast was good with a wide choice available on the menu although service could be better, we waited 35mins one morning just to order ! The lounge area is very comfortable and was ideal for 13 of us to have drinks. The whole hotel has been totally renovated to a high standard, is ideally situated in the town centre and we wouldn't hesitate to pay a return visit.

We loved the Staff, the Service, the Food and the Room. However, we had a room on the front of the Hotel (Room 214). We strongly advise that you check your room location ahead of time, if you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night. This wonderful market town by day, turns in to a one giant party on a Friday and Saturday nights, until the very early hours of the morning (3:30am). Many many clearly quite drunk young people are on the streets, in the square, and in front of the hotel. So rowdy in fact, that around 11pm, the hotel places an iron bar diagonally across their front door, to keep these people out. Scary and Awful. The hotel needs to invest in sound proof windows...

The most welcome greeting by Vicky! She even led us to our room and let us in, carrying our son’s bag for him. The hotel was warm and welcoming! Our room was fantastic!! A view of the old church, large and spacious, immaculately clean and the most comfortable bed! My son loved the bunk bed and the spacious shower. Food was fantastic and great value for money! Especially the kids meals. Would highly recommend and will certainly be returning.

Two nights in this delightful hotel. Service was friendly and efficient. Food was good. Our room number 227 was large and comfortable with an excellent bed and very tasteful decor of restful green and gray. The bathroom was very well appointed and spacious.

Second time here and just as good as the first, very good condition, extremely comfortable room and bed and rear facing bedroom is quiet. Breakfast was OK but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel couldnt be located in a better position for access to the town and plenty of on-site parking.

The hotel is fantastic, the restaurant ace, the food great. But we had the room for a stay for a friends wedding and the room is tiny, barely any room to get ready and hang clothes. As soon as I booked a “double room” I received an email saying it was actually a 3/4 bed… not a double. The bathroom was also small resulting in water getting everywhere from the shower. For the price the rooms are not big enough. Everything else, fantastic!

Friendly and professional staff which is always welcome. Our room had an issue with the shower and we were promptly and courteously given a new room. A super location and they have got everything just right here. The only slight disappointment was the confusion with breakfast orders on the second morning which affected all guests and nearly made us late. The staff dealt with it all very well however.

The Beverley Arms Hotel is the ideal place to stay in the very centre of town. The street outside is quiet at night but my room was at the back of the hotel, even more peaceful but with the window open within earshot of the lovely pealing of the bells across the road from St. Mary's Church. A very comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom and shower, reserved parking behind the hotel, and excellent food in the restaurant. I was very contented with my stay.

Fourth time at the Beverley Arms hotel and have recommended to many friends who have since stayed. Ideally placed in the centre of town with residents parking, well furnished rooms and a great welcome. Highly recommended

Fabulous location in the centre of town and within a short walk of the Minster. Beautiful and quirky decorated bar and restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Rooms are a good size and the furnishings are tip top. Best of all though, the staff are Fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Didn't want to come home

The rooms are well equipped and our 'cosy double' was warm and inviting, very clean and of reasonable size. We have stayed here before as it is in the heart of Beverley and great location.

The hotel were very helpful and messaged me about our stay and if we would like to request any preferences. We had a lovely light comfortable room towards the back of the hotel so no street noise in the evening. We ate dinner in the restaurant one night and along with breakfast nothing was too much trouble. The layout of the restaurant was light and airy which was very relaxing. The food was excellent quality and efficiently served. A great pint of Thwaites original in the bar too! With the hotel having it's own car park it made our stay absolutely spot on.

I run out of superlatives when attempting to describe this wonderful hotel. Absolutely EVERYTHING at the Beverley Arms is just superb. All the staff from each department are top class, service, reception, dining, housekeeping perfection. I was exceptionally comfortable, thoroughly enjoyed both my supper & breakfast, & I look forward to working in the area again so I can stay here. !!

Friendly and professional staff which is always welcome. Our room had an issue with the shower and we were promptly and courteously given a new room. A super location and they have got everything just right here. The only slight disappointment was the confusion with breakfast orders on the second morning which affected all guests and nearly made us late. The staff dealt with it all very well however.

Everything easy no hassle at all made to feel welcome with my dogs. The only thing I didn’t like was the expensive rib eye steak Definately not worth the cost it was like a bar meal so next time we stay shall be looking for a steak restaurant. Other than that I would Definately recommend.

I have stayed here before always very comfortable the staff very attentive. Usually the food is good quality and well prepared. Unfortunately this time the quality was there but it was lukewarm and not up to their high standards. But I would stay again
