Elendig parkering i en ekstrem lille kælder der ikke er gearet til nytidens biler og personale hvor det kniber med engelsk. Selve værelse er rent og fint. Men sengene er ikke de bedste. Morgenmaden er meget polsk.

Obiekt dość stsry. Wnetrze rowniez. Niezbyt dobrze ustalony stosunek ceny do jakosci. Czysto. Śniadanie bardzo słabe. Co do obsługi i kominikacji to niestety bardzo niefajne doświadczenie. Dodalny brak uśmiechu, życzliwości. Mielismy wynajętą sale konf. Nie zostsła przygotowana na kolejny dzień, więc pogubiona Pani kelnerka kreciła się przez 20 min, aby uzupełnić braki. Pan, który rozsiadł sie na recepcji na pytanie czy moge prosić o pomoc, kazal czekać, aż koleżanka skończy z innymi gośćmi... Jeśli nie pracuje, to nie zajmuje stanowiska pracy. Totalny brak gościnności :(

The room was surprisingly large for 3 adults. We could use another chair while staying five days but we were very pleased overall. Breakfasts were excellent and staff very accommodating. Parking not for the faint of heart😉

Für die Erkundung der Stadt ist das Hotel hervorragend geeignet. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist perfekt, für Autofahrer gibt es eine Tiefgarage. Die Zimmer des Hotels haben den typischen Chame eines Altbaus: große Räume mit hohen Decken. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, der Service diskret. In der Umgebung sind fußläufig gute Lokale verfügbar. Insgesamt ist das Hotel jeder Bettenburg vorzuziehen, wir waren mehr als zufrieden!

Room was clean and very spacious. We stayed on 5th floor so the room was quiet and we did not hear any street noises. The AC unit is quiet and can be adjusted. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you choose to have a breakfasts at the Hetman Hotel there is huge selection of items including eggs, meats, cheese, breads, pastries, salads. We enjoyed are 3 nights stay at Hetman Hotel.

A very nice, inexpensive hotel. It’s not far from Old Town and there are several good restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast is very good and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is also very friendly. I would stay here again and recommend it to others

Wir waren vom Hotel Hetman sehr angetan. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen sehr nett und immer bereit,alle unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sehr ruhig und wie das gesamte Hotel sehr sauber. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Frühstücksbuffet.Es ist sehr umfangreich,alles sehr wohlschmeckend Hervorragend ist die gute Verkehrsanbindung,alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut erreichbar.

We really enjoyed our five night stay at the Hetman hotel. The room was big and very clean. We had little contact with the staff but when asking for extra pillows they were brought to the room within ten minutes. Excellent breakfast buffet with a very polite, hard working waiter.The area was around the hotel interesting with several museums and beautiful churches. Great tram and bus service to all areas. The hotel is excellent value for money.

Fin beliggelse sentralt i Praga området. Veldig nær offentlig transport så det er lett og komme seg dit du ønsker. Kun en kort gåtur unna har du zoo og et store kjøpesenter. Det er mange fine resturanger i nerheten. Frokosten de serverer er meget bra. De har alt du trenger for en fim start på dagen. En ekstra takk til mannen som jobber på frokosten han gjør dagen til barna med en ekstra oppmerksomhet hver dag. Renhold der bør de bli bedre vi hadde et opphold på 8 dager og etter 4 netter skulle jeg hente noe vi mistet under sengen. Der finner jeg ting som tidligere gjester har kastet under sengen og som absolutt ikke hører hjemme der direkte ufysjelig Dette ble ikke fjernet iløpet av oppholdet og det er noe du selv ikke vil røre.

A very spacious room and lovely shower, tea and coffee making facilities and mini fridge also. The hotel was very clean and very warm throughout, our room had air conditioning too. The buffet breakfast was very plentiful and very tasty and had a mix of cold meats, cheeses and eggs together with warm options of eggs and sausages finished off with a selection of fruit, cakes and fillled pancakes. The hotel was a 25 min walk into Old Town and was in a short 5-10 walk of various tram, metro and bus stops to take you to any part of the city at very cheap cost and very reliable service. There was a shopping centre 5 mins walk away with a number of shops, fast food and a large supermarket. Overall a very enjoyable short family stay

It was the loudest Hotel I ever visited. We would have stayed there 3 nights, but left after the first because it was so loud. No refund! Don't stay there unless you are deaf. On the backside of the hotel there are numerous fans that operate 24/7 at a high level noise and on the streetside, the streets are super loud because of their ancient surface and it seems to be a main road too. At last there ist also a loud noise in the rooms, like a huge pump operating, which starts occationally in the middle of the night, which lets you wake up even with plugs in your ears. Never again will I stay there.

While the décor is dated the rooms are well maintained and spacious with high ceilings. The bed is quite comfy and there is no street noise; assuring a good night's sleep. The only minor negative is the room cleaning is a bit aggressive even when you hang the do not disturb sign. The area is safe but boring with most good restaurants, cafes and shops two tram stop away in old town. However, there is a handful up the street across from the hotel but it's somewhat of a hunt. For the price you really can't go wrong and I certainly was happy with my stay.

First time stay and we liked everything about this hotel. While it's not walkable to tourist areas, it's just a few minutes walk to the metro, trams and busses that take you right to old town, central Warsaw and places of interest. Many restaurants and grocery shops nearby in the neighborhood. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good, with much variety incl fresh fruit. Staff were available, friendly and helpful. Not a luxury hotel, but so many good things at an affordable price.

We were not impressed with service. Breakfast was difficult as food selections were not labeled and staff did not speak English. I tried asking for a fork and that was a problem. Staff were not attentive when things ran out at buffet. Neighborhood is quite far from the center of the city. We had constant problems with our room keys and staff kept insisting it was our fault. Not our best experience.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. My flight arrived early and they allowed me to check in just before 11am. The room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was tasty. There are several places to see in the area. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an affordable but nice place. I’m looking forward to returning

Hotel simples, com café da manhã razoável e fica no distrito de Praga, razoavelmente distante do centro histórico de Varsóvia (40 minutos de caminhada). Mas o quarto é limpo, tem bom espaço para quem se hospeda sozinho e vale a pena pelo custo-benefício.

Ho scelto questa struttura per il costo e per le recensioni. L'albergo è molto bello, in buona posizione tranquilla. A dire il vero a piedi è un po distante da piazza del mercato e centro, ma già con una sola fermata di autobus o metro ( una tratta tra 2 fermate piuttosto lunga perchè attraversa anche il ponte sul fiume) , che dista 5 minuti a piedi, si è in centro storico. In sostanza per i servizi offerti, il costo e la posizione mi sento di consigliare questa struttura.

Spotlessly clean hotel in a convenient location. Staff not overly friendly, and despite asking twice, they would not let us have an extra pillow! Breakfast was basic, but acceptable and the bakery accross the main road was far superior for a croissant or sandwich if your booking didn't include breakfast.

The hotel location is good, close to metro subway and bus stops. The room is clean yet a bit simple. The breakfast is excellent for the price of 55 pln. It was so delicious. The restaurant staff was very friendly. The downside was that WIFI internet was slow and after 9 AM, it frequently flip. I am not sure if that was because my room position. They offer free bottle of water each day which I like.

Everything was perfect. The check-in at reception for our early arrival was cheerfully accommodated; the room was as described with good condition furniture and carpeting; the breakfast was one of the best we have ever experienced in continental Europe with a great selection of meats, cheeses, salads, a hot selection; fruit; and friendly buffet staff. Very close to public transport and ideal for close access to the city. We would definitely stay with Hetman Hotel again, and would recommend them.
