Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral , meinen Parkplatz habe ich vor reserviert , was ich empfehlen würde zu machen … alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt.

Parking was impossible— I guess you needed a separate reservation for it, but that was unexpected. A/C in main floor and corridors, but not in the rooms!! Open windows were okay but the tram started before 6 am. Best breakfast of the trip.

J'avais demandé 1 grand lit à la place de 2 lits jumeaux. Réponse positive au tél par un agent d'Expédia qui a contacté l'hôtel mais a mon arrivée rien n'était fait. Pareil pour la réservation du parking que j'ai réservé avant mon arrivée mais ma réservation n'était pas validée. Pas de savon dans la douche minuscule. Pas de clim.Chaleur étouffante dans la chambre. Literie exécrable. Je ne conseille pas cet établissement

The hotel is conveniently located near a lot of attractions. Its clean and the staff is very helpful. However, if you don't reserve a parking space in advance, there's a very little chance of getting one upon arrival.

So pleased we chose this hotel. It’s within easy walking distance from the main station and old town main square. There is a convenient supermarket directly underneath. It’s not much to look at from outside but stylish inside. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was plenty big enough for three of us, with lots of clothes storage and plenty of towels which were refreshed daily. I asked for a kettle in our room which was provided with sachets of tea and coffee but no milk. We just purchased milk and left it on the balcony outside as it’s February and cold enough to keep it chilled. We requested a room facing the road, which didn’t really have much of a view apart from the buildings opposite and quite a busy road and even though it could be noisy we were so worn out each evening the noise didn’t bother us. However large groups of school children do seem to stay here and they did keep us awake one night so maybe next time we would request a room as far away from them as possible! We had three single beds which were perfectly comfortable but we are all of small build so not sure how good they would be for larger frames. We had to leave our room at 11am but as our flight was not until the evening we left our luggage in a locked storage room at the hotel. An excellent base for the train station, sight seeing on foot and Uber taxis. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect gelegen hotel, met schone en ruime kamers voorzien van goede bedden en alle gemakken die je wenst. Er zit ook een uitstekend restaurant in het hotel.

Lovely hotel, modern decor and clean. Great location for getting about. Had a great stay

The hotel was perfectly located near to the main square which was 5 minute stroll away. We stayed for a week on a room only basis. We tried the breakfast one of the mornings but it wasn't to our taste. We had a front facing room, which had a balcony, which was fantastic. On the downside the windows should have been triple glazed, because we were on one of the main tram lines which ran quite regularly into the middle of the night. Another point to mention is that none of the rooms had air conditioning, so I would imagine in the height of summer they would become unbearable hot at night. On the plus side, the staff were extremely friendly and the cleaning staff were excellent. We had fresh towels every day and the hotel was spotless

Hotel was clean and room was exactly as described when booking. There was a kettle in the room and tea, coffee and water available at no extra cost. It was next to busy road but I couldn’t hear the traffic at all. Bathroom was clean and towels were provided. Staff was friendly. It was a one night solo stay, but I’ll definitely book it again when in Krakow.

Cons: Long walk to go to the elevator if you are in the back section. Only one pillow and what a Gigantic- monstrous pillow it is. I'm amazed how anyone can sleep on it without breaking his/ her neck. Room is tiny and hot. If you open the window for cold air - you will hear lot of noise. I had to wake up at midnight and go and ask for a smaller pillow and a fan which they brought me. Thank you. That is why my rank is higher. Only one bath towel and one hand towel ( to be fair i'm in a twin room). No water kettle to make coffee. No free coffee at the lobby, Check out at 11 - both are in contrast to Even a cheaper hotel i Stayed in krakow. Just a hotel that is into upsetting its guests. Not worth the susbstanial money. Wifi signal is bad for youtube videos. My cell phone has even faster internet. soap / shampoo container in tiny shower was empty. Pros: They did give a free wine bottle in the room . If you can hustle they did. Give me a tiny pillow and a fan upon request. Upon request check out at 12. Close to the old town. Nice lobby and restaurant.

Shower stalls could be bigger. Very noisy outside. Air conditioning would be great.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean but very compact. No Aircon in the room which meant leaving a window open, however due to a main road it is very noisy. Breakfast was continental style.

The check in was so easy and the room was perfect. Couldn't wait to come back after a day of sight seeing to enjoy a shower and the super comfortable bed. The balcony was lovely and you are just steps away from the famous walled city!

Clean, nicely decorated, convenient location. Extremely noisy though, walls paper thin so could hear everyone around us from very early on, impossible to sleep beyond 7am

We got a room at the low level that is closed to parking lot. We can hear people talking late at night.

Great location but very noisy if you are located on the front because of traffic and Trams including the early hours of the day. Air con is required through the summer months but was not fitted to the bedrooms.

This hotel is in a great location—close to the train station, old town, and plenty of restaurants. The front desk clerks were always kind and very helpful. My first room did not have AC or a refrigerator, but I upgraded, and the new room was perfect. I felt this should have been part of my Expedia VIP amenity, but it’s whatever because it was hot outside and I needed AC. What impressed me most was the service. On two mornings when I had to leave early for tours and trains, the staff prepared breakfast bags to go, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, a nice hotel with excellent staff and a very convenient location.

Vi opplevde servicen i baren som dårlig. Kundene ble ikke «sett « på alvor eller servert med et smil. Ellers var alle greie.

Hotellet rent och fräscht och hade ett fantastiskt utgångsläge. Rummet var litet men fint och hade sköna sängar. Personalen rätt otrevliga och en var direkt nedlåtande så jag skulle inte bo där igen.

The restaurant very unfriendly bad communication with the bar (drinks server from). Food very tasty. In a bedroom next to bed missing electric sockets and night light.

From the minute we walked through the door we were made to feel so welcome. We had arrived before the check-in time but this wasn't a problem, our room was ready and we went straight up. If we had any queries the reception staff were so helpful even arranging breakfast packs for when we had a very early start. The hotel is next to the Old Town so getting around on foot is easy. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and if we return to Krakow this hotel will be our first choice

The staff is not overly friendly. Some are just dismissive and unhelpful. The bartenders are almost non responsive. The location is wonderful. The shop in the hotel is very nice and the lady who operates it is very nice! Breakfast is very good. The room was just a room but that’s all we wanted and expected. For the price it was acceptable but the staff needs improvements

Grumpy bar tender, advertised perks for gold members and did not honour them. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. Good location though.

Hotel Wyspiański offers good value for a Krakow city break. Rooms are clean and spacious. Located very close to the main square the hotel is an ideal base, with shops, bars and transport links all nearby. Approx 15 min walk to the main rail station, where you can take the train to/from the airport for around 4 PLN. Or an Uber direct to airport will be around 50 PLN.

The hotel was really nice. The room was just the right size for a solo traveller. It was in a great location next to the Old Town & within walking distance to the main train station. The Zakba store round the corner was really convenient.

Place was a good stay for the weekend. 5 minutes walk from the old town. Breakfast didn't have much choice but tasted fine. I would come back here.

We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Beds were comfortable, pillows were ok but nit the best. Very clean hotel, breakfast was ok. Small selection of hot food. Large of cold.

Es un sitio cómodo, bien situado, buenas instalaciones y bastante limpio. Esta muy cerca del centro de la ciudad y bien comunicado. El desayuno es completo había salado y dulce. Si le tengo que poner un pero es en nuestras habitaciones(2) los baños eran bastante pequeños, las habitaciones en si eran cómodas pero la pica era minúscula.

Wyspianski was the first ever hotel we stayed in in 2005. We returned on 11/01/23 for 6 nights full of expectation. We had booked a premium room which was well laid out with all creature comforts. First impressions were good. Breakfast at Wyspianski used to be legendary, true quality Polish fare Having been scanned in by a disinterested teenager, we viewed the offerings. These consisted of the cheapest cold cuts, prebaked rolls cold pancakes and fish fingers. Wyspianski catering is now managed by an outside company. Reception allowed us an audience with it's Manageress who confirmed it was likely that the pastries at breakfast may well have been 2 or 3 days old. This hotel attracts large coach parties of teenagers on organised tours. We were astonished to find that on the days these young people were staying (one would assume, on a reduced rate), a far more varied breakfast was served, including fresh rolls, pastries and an excellent herring dish. However, Once they departed it was back to extreme basics again ( Your response Wyspianski management?) . The level of service in other areas decreased with the length of stay. Complementary water not replenished, towels not replaced, beds not changed, dirty cups left behind and on our last day no toilet rolls. We are due back at Wyspianski for a special occasion visit in April, which following our experience we will be cancelling. There are in our opinion far better lodging options in this wonderful city. What a shame

We booked this aparatment at very short notice as are original booking was not a hotel.So not expectating that much but was very surprised we really enjoyed our stay her the roooms were all clean and tidy with good room servic. The staff answered did there best to help with any problems we had as they arose and they were able to look after our bags on our final day before leaving late that night. Breakfast and the un hotal dining were both excellent and would have no problem staying here again should we return to Krakow

Very nice hotel, good location, helpful staff. Breakfast had very good variety, and good quality. Good wifi But when i booked, i didn't pay attention to the lack of AC. Even in early June, the room could get pretty warm.
