Beautiful, modern hotel in Kazimierz - my favourite area of Krakow. Great common areas on the ground floor - including a little outdoor patio, indoor working area with a fire pit and a cafe/bakery. Coffee machine available for guests to use free of charge 24/7. Very nice sauna and a small but functional gym - no pool. The rooms were modern, clean and spacious. We had dinner at the Halicka Eatery restaurant within the hotel and it was 10/10! Small dishes, a play on Polish cuisine with a modern twist. We did not opt for breakfast so cannot comment but I imagine it would have been very nice too (although quite expensive for local prices). Great location very close to all that Kazimierz has to offer - mainly beautiful relicts of Jewish history in the region. Also about 15min walk away from the old town and main square. We would definitely stay again when coming back to Krakow. Thank you!

Nice hotel- really a good and solid 4 star with a lot of technology in the room and really nice staff that provides good service. One of the things to notice is the free coffee and the to go😀 sadle the hotel dont have a pool and the gym is very very small with low wheights. I think it will be worth for the hotel to upgrade to a least 30 kg handweights. If you are more serious about the training go to the saturn fitness across the bridge, a 10-12 min walk. They have a nice gym with pool. Thanks for everything to Puro, I will definitely go again.

Loved the extra touch’s provided by this lovely hotel. Free Coffee, tea & water 24/7. Free bike hire & spa. Each bedroom has an integrated tablet to control lights etc and with its own WiFi. Extras like avocado on toast served to your table. Friendly helpful staff in a very clean hotel, in an area easily accessible for all the best places in Kazimierz and Krakow old town. Would definitely revisit

Steam room and dry sauna are very nice. Quite relax after a steam bath. Not many people, basically 1 or 2 people or even just me there every time. Hot water, coffee even Cappuccino and latte coffee are complimentary 24/7. Morning breakfast is delicious with many options. Will come back and highly recommended.

This seems like a new facility and beautifully designed. The restaurant was very good. The hotel is very modern with a lot of smart systems in the rooms. We enjoyed the breakfast spread and all day espresso drinks. The only complaint we have is the storage space in the rooms - shelves, drawers, counter space is very limited for two people. Also, the gym is very small, but has state of the art equipment. We walked or used public transportation for most of the time we were there. They also had bikes available to the guests, which we made use of when were tired of walking. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Hotel is very nice and clean really liked but the girl with glasses who work in restaurant at evening time on the date 17/02/2025 doesn’t listen Costemer order and she is very ignorant she act like she own hotel and looking at people from above. Bardzo pozytywne wrażenie, jednak tak jak we wszystkich 4 hotelach PURO, jakich byłem, zawsze jest problem z oświetleniem - w szczególnosci w łazience. Make-up można tam robić jedynie na Braille'a. Podłoga też nie była najczystsza.

Lovely hotel experience. Friendly and helpful receptionist, she gave us lots of info and allowed early check in. Small, but very clean and great customer service. Easy to get to Jewish quarter, castle and old town. Lovely clean and modern room, but could have done with more drawers and hangers. Could hear trains as next to rail line, but didnt bother us. Breakfast was super. Great choices, plus extra menu items (avo and poached egg was delicious). Free coffee station was a bonus. The hotel is located within walking distance from the old town and adjacent to the Vistula River walk. My accommodation was spacious and well appointed with technology. The staff were very accommodating and helpful when I ran into a problem with the WiFi access. There is a small, but very nicely equipped fitness room. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if returning to Krakow.

Excellent hotel, free coffee and teas in reception was a great idea. Good bar and the food we had one night was excellent, good portion sizes for tapas, we probably ordered 1 too many. Staff were excellent in all areas. The onsite cafe/bakery was also a great amenity for a coffee shop breakfast. The only negative, which would not put me off staying again, was we had a room overlooking the busy train/tram tracks which was quite noisy. The air conditioning system wasn't very effective and the room got very stuffy, opening the window then resulted in road noise. We were a 20 minute stroll to the old town and a 5 min walk to a few excellent restaurants and coffee shops.

Service is great here. The staff are beyond friendly at the desk, bar, and restaurant. Convenient location, about 15 minutes to Old Town and 8 minutes to the Jewish Quarter. Couple of items to keep in mind that may not make your stay 10/10: Sharing a room is 2 barely twin-size beds that are inches away from each other, remember to slide the shade closed from outside the bathroom so that you aren't watching your friend on the toilet, and the prices at the hotel are considerably higher when compared to other bars and eateries (also they add a service charge which is basically a tip, to everything). Krakow is a great city with a ton of things to explore and places to eat. Everyone is pretty friendly and with Google maps it is super easy to get around. For car service, Uber works there and there is also an app called Bolt.

Hotel PURO is located in the trendy Kazimierz neighborhood, with many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is very close to the old synagogue as well, and a 20 minute walk to Rynek Glowny, the old town square. The hotel is very beautiful and is quite eco friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Exactly what we needed for our stay in krakow. Everything in the room was controlled through a tablet, and the TV allowed us to cast to it which was a very nice touch. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for 2 of our 3 nights, with private events on so we were unable to dine there, and we weren't told this beforehand. Otherwise it was great, had lovely social areas and a free coffee machine!

Excellent hotel enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again. That being said the charge for breakfast was not clear - we were advised it was 17 per person per day however we were not told that was euros not zloty, £66 for 4 breakfasts is overpriced and had we known this we would not have taken it. Other than that it was a fabulous stay and highly recommend for service and location.

This place was perfect from the time we arrived. First, check in was very easy and fast. We arrived at 11 (very early compared to the check in time which is 1500) just to drop off luggage , but they said our room was available, which already made this place 5 stars for me! The room was extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable. The facilities in the hotel were also very nice. The restaurant and bar were a bit pricier then other places out in town, but the service and options make up for it! The breakfast buffet had lots of good options as well as the cafe in the hotel. Overall, would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be staying here again.

The breakfast at the hotel is not bad but compared with everywhere else we ate, was overpriced. After the first day of breakfast at the hotel, we found lots of amazing bakeries nearby at much better value. We loved having the complementary tea and coffee in the hotel lobby which was a comfortable place to relax between excursions. The hotel bar was great, good value and excellent service.

The hotel is amazing, it is clean well designed, really modern and just couldn't fault it. The breakfast was really nice as well. Beds are comfortable I loved the pillows. Unfortunately when we stayed they booked the bars out for private parties on two of the 3 nights we stayed, so we couldn't actually use the amazing modern hotels bar, not even to get a drink and sit in another area so felt a bit cheated out of my stay, they didn't put anything up to warn about it as well so we came back to have a drink to be abruptly told we couldnt. Staff were friendly and it was obvious they thought it was odd not to be able to let people staying at the hotel get a drink but still, feel a bit cheated
