Zentrale Lage, sehr sauber und ein fantastisches Frühstücksbüffet. Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet mit Kochnische (Herd, Kühlschrank, Spüle und Geschirr sind vorhanden) und Nespresso Kapselmaschine. Leider gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Parkhaus befindet sich 1km vom Hotel entfernt und ist kostenpflichtig (390 NOK).

Room was spacious and had a nice little kitchen area hidden away. Bathroom with underfloor heating was a bonus. Walls and floorboards can appear to be quite thin, meaning you can hear a lot of other people and heavy walking. This was quite irritating the first night as we were unfortunate to have someone constantly walking around all night! Breakfast area is clean. Has ample food choices, but only one 2 slice toaster - which was bizarre, and causing delays/queues. The coffee machine was very difficult to use, and there wasn’t many servers offering coffee - so this experience was not the greatest.

Basic room, No kettle, no lotion. Enough soap, towels, toilet paper. Lobby coffee almost always out of order or lacking coffee pods and even hot water. Breakfast uneven, running out of options early; clearly lack of coordination or planning or lack of staff. Same for lobby services. Reception always busy.

Veldig ok hotell i semtrum av Oslo. Rolig om natten, gode senger og bra utvalg av mat på frokosten. Veldig fornøyd med valg av hotell for 1 natt. De har dog ikke egen parkering, så du må ned ett kvartal eller 2 for å finne parkeringshus om det ikke er ledig parkering på gaten på utsiden av hotellet. Men bra hotell og mat for prisen du betaler. Kommer nok tilbake hit ved en senere anledning.

I liked everything about the apartment - well designed and well equipped? The gym was very nice as well as a very complete breakfast buffet. It was wonderful to be across the street from a beautiful par. My only complaint was the noise of people above me, children running up and down the hall and construction outside my window. Otherwise, it was a very nice place to stay.

The hotel is about a 15min walk from the National Theatre station through a lovely park. The station is in the amazing airport rail link. It is a 15min walk to the centre of Oslo and the harbour. Shopping and restaurants are plentiful. This hotel is a part that of a large chain of hotels across Norway. The rooms are solid, clean and comfortable . The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. The guest laundry facilities were a welcome sight after being on the road for a few days.

Breakfast was very good, which was definitely a plus point. However, the room was not very clean — the shelves and some other areas were quite dusty. We stayed for 3 nights, and during that time the room was never cleaned. In my opinion, the kitchen should at least provide salt, pepper, and oil for the guests — just these three basic items

God service, blide folk i resepsjonen og hjelpsomme. Manglet noe utstyr på kjøkkenet måtte spørre og de kom dagen etterpå med glass/ service. Var litt støvete da og kunne renhold kunne gått litt mer inne på rommet og sjekket at alt var det (service, dopapir og håndkle) uten at vi slapp å spørre om det. Ellers topp frokost 🙂

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit der Zimmer zu wünschen übrig, einen Staubsauger scheinen die reinigungskräfte nicht zu kennen. Das erste Zimmer war sehr dreckig, so dass wir problemlos ein neues, höherwertiges bekommen haben. Aber auch in dem wurde offensichtlich nicht regelmäßig gesaugt, außerdem lief das Waschbecken nicht richtig ab.

Når vi sjekket inn på rommet vårt, så vi med engang at badet ikke var vasket. Det var flekker på gulv som vi bare kunne tørke bort med vann papir. Det lå hår i do og dusjen så heller ikke ren ut. Gudskjelov drev de fortsatt å vasket rom,så vi fikk takk i rengjørings personalet. Vi klaget på vasken rett til de,og hun kom rett inn på rommet vårt å vasket badet på nytt. Det var veldig fint.:) Hun var helt enig i at badet var vasket dårlig! Resten av rommet var bra vasket. Når jeg skulle dusje dagen etter, så var det tomt for såpe i dusjen. Det er kjedelig når man står i dusjen å skal såpe seg inn. Man forventer at dette er sjekket ved vask av rom! Det som var fint med rommet var at vi hadde et lite kjøkken med kjøleskap, mikrobølgeovn, og kjøkken redskaper.

Never seen such a rude staff, cleaner did not clean the room. Slammed it hard when requested. Was shocking such people are employed. There was no one at reception ( rookie trainee) who told manager Not site to deal with problems. Why let out hotel if no one to look after issues and why employ people who do not want to do their jobs. Stay away from this

Vi hadde det fint under oppholdet og syntes det var deilig å bo så sentralt med alt man trengte i umiddelbar nærhet. Vi kom tidlig, men fikk sjekke inn og fikk rom på motsatt side av byggearbeidet av hensyn til barna. Det satte vi stor pris på. Vi fikk rom 208. Det største minuset var at sovesofaen knirket veldig. Hver gang ungen snudde seg litt på natta våknet både baby og voksne fordi den skranglet så høyt, den burde absolutt vært skiftet ut. Vasken på badet var også så og si tett. Utover det hadde vi et veldig godt og stort rom (business) med eget tekjøkken og spisegruppe som var veldig lurt med barn. Frokostbuffeten var god men starter litt sent på helg (07:30). Siden vi har små barn som våkner 04:30 var det lenge å vente

Sovesofaen var grusom, knirket veldig mye og var langt fra komfortabel. Hode enden gikk mye lenger ned en fotenden. Tv virket ikke, det manglet såpe i dispenseres.

Alright hotel. Hyggelig betjening og bra størrelse på rommet, 2 voksne+2 barn. Også fordel med eget kjøkken, og sengene var gode. Særdeles lite bad, men sikkert grunnet gammelt bygg. Sentral beliggenhet. Frukost over snittet for hotellfrukost. Ikke oppe å nicker på Rosenkrantz. All over bra opplevelse.

Zimmer direkt am Fahrstuhl erhalten. Sehr laut. An der Rezeption am ersten Abend sehr schlecht behandelt worden. Wir mussten ein Upgrade zahlen. Am nächsten Tag wurde das zurück erstattet, das hat jedoch die schlechte Behandlung und den komplett fehlenden Service vom Vorabend nicht ersetzt.

Dette var første, men avgjort ikke siste gang jeg er her. Tilbragte 4 døgn her, men grunnet støyfra byggeplass var de i resepsjonen så hyggelige at de oppgraderte meg til et større (og stillere) værelse. Senga var bekvem, frokosten helt grei, men det som gir 5 stjerner er de flinke folkene i resepsjonen, som er sjeldent serviceinnstilte:)

Great staff, clean rooms, great free breakfast. Fab location, only a 10 min walk to the markets. Our only complaint is that nobody from the hotel or hotels.com thought to tell us about the building work next door. We didn't find out until we got into our room. Considering we booked this trip in march for december travel we should have been informed by hotels.com so we could have decided if we wanted to change our accomodation.

Great staff, clean rooms, great free breakfast. Fab location, only a 10 min walk to the markets. Our only complaint is that nobody from the hotel or hotels.com thought to tell us about the building work next door. We didn't find out until we got into our room. The staff was incredibly helpful! We had a couple of complications with our trip -- the staff was very accommodating and understanding, helping us to solve our problems with the rest of our trip. The stay at the hotel was flawless, and even made the rest of our trip better!

Our overall stay was fine. We did have to evacuate for fire alarms twice. Once at 4am and again the next day around 6pm. Additionally, the microwave in our room was broken and had to be removed. We were offered another room. However, that room was significantly smaller with only a couch bed and no kitchenette. We specifically booked our room at this hotel in order to have a small kitchen so this was certainly disappointing. On a good note, the staff were friendly and helpful. One staff member to some extra time to help us book our airport return transportation which was very appreciated. The breakfast buffet was substantial and the staff were very friendly.

Great hotel in a central location. Either through the National Museum train station, or via Oslo Central and a 17, 18 or 19 tram to Holbergs Place. I had a big, airy room, with a very comfortable bed. I loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Lovely personnel, and a fabulous breakfast.

I had a comfortable stay at Thon hotel. The room (queen bed) was very spacious & clean; it had all the necessities (bathrobe, iron, kettle, etc.); bed was comfortable; room furnished/decorated simple but pleasant. The breakfast was very good and with large variety. Location is excellent, just across the royal park. Towels were a bit thin. The building, the reception area and the hallways don't look very attractive.

The hotel is about a 15min walk from the National Theatre station through a lovely park. The station is in the amazing airport rail link. It is a 15min walk to the centre of Oslo and the harbour. Shopping and restaurants are plentiful. This hotel is a part that of a large chain of hotels across Norway. The rooms are solid, clean and comfortable . The staff working in all areas of the hotel are brilliant. The receptionist who chatted to me about the history of the hotel group and the interior design inspired me to read up about Olav and Cecil; what amazing people they are. Breakfast is also outstanding and the dining room is so inviting , I loved it.

The hotel was better than expected. Not knowing the brand I was concerned it was well located for us. Not in the heart of Oslo but near a great neighborhood and convenient to shops and restaurants. Close to the royal palace and five minute walk to the shops through a nice park. Cleanliness was good but a couple of days we had a housekeeper that wasn't as good as others.The front desk staff was excellent really excellent. The breakfast was excellent and the chef was friendly and even came to our table to make sure we were pleased.

Hotel is very well maintained, staff is attentive and friendly. Breakfast is very good. My only complaint is the A/C is centrally controlled by the janitor and temperature was a little in the warm side as I need cold temperature to sleep well.

When we checked in we were told that that there is free coffee and water available in the lobby, but the coffee machine (Nespresso) didn’t work and you couldn’t get any sparkling water from the ”water machine” either. Also the hotel’s parking was fully booked, and they recommended a parking garage nearby that is so expensive that they don’t even publish prices online (450 kr for 3,5 hours!!!) .. luckily we found out that parking on the nearby streets are free on Sundays. Fee for having a dog in the room was 400kr also this information wasn’t available before checking in. .. I had contacted the hotel immediately after I booked the room that we will need parking and we come with a dog, but they never responded to me.
