We arrived quite late at night, the check in was easy and the facilities available downstairs were fantastic. The location was spot on close to the shops and the village is just beautiful. The room was clean, bedding and towels provided which were good quality, the en-suite bathroom was clean and the shower was nice and powerful.

The hostel is in a great location in the centre of Betws-y-coed. The rooms are good, the showers and toilets excellent and clean. The communal area is nice with seating, games, books and maps. There is very minimal kitchen facilities, which is unusual for a hostel, but okay for simple things. We had a problem accessing the property, so make sure you have been sent the door code if arriving out of hours
