Very centrally located for walking to all sites and plenty of restaurants. Very comfortable and clean. A bit diffficult to find when driving in since near the city center but there's a parking garage nearby. Highly recommended if you want to park and do all your sight seeing on foot.

The staff were very good, the buffet was equally good, and the hotel condition was excellent, save for some large dark strains on my carpet. But parking was a nightmare -- one has to negotiate traffic of all sorts to get to the hotel, use temporary codes to lower street stranchions, and follow an intricate map to the parking facility ("Don't turn here, or you'lll get a ticket!"). I had a hard time understanding the parking attendant's voice over the PA, and in the end didn't receive the reduced ticket price promised by the hotel. (I've driven in France, Spain, Turkey, Panama and Greece in the last four years with no problem, by the way.) Life is too short -

The hotel was great, perfect location close to everything, and trams right around the corner. The staff were lovely and superhelpful. The room was great, breakfast was delicious, fresh and varied.there was also a gorgeous bar with the most inventive fresh cocktails from the lovely bartender. So exceeded all expectations

This hotel is perfect for a stay in Bordeaux, all the staff were great, in particular the two barmen we met in the Bar Casa on site. The bar itself had excellent cocktails and a stunning interior. Location wise it’s super close to everything, including the tram stops and main shopping streets.

Made a last minute booking which went smoothly and the staff were very agreeable and welcoming to us and our dog. The room was very clean and tidy, breakfast a bit more than basic, and the location is very central but in a mostly pedestrianised area so parking is several blocks away. My only suggestion is to provide parking details with the booking confirmation which would have saved us having to find parking and then move our car to the closer, discounted parking (still 3-4 blocks from the hotel).

Very small hotel on side road near best spots in downtown area. Most things walkable. Rooms small but efficient and quiet. Lobby bar was very eclectic and great vibe. Theo, bartender, was amazing and made returning each evening a fun experience!

Very charming hotel with totally under rated bar, perfect for a night cap. There was an amazing rooftop bar 3 or 4 minutes down the street with the best view of Bordeaux. Finally, the staff were absolutely wonderful.

My only negative comment, the size of our room. We barely could move around at the same time and the bathroom too,, couldn’t raise both arms at the same time. Otherwise we enjoyed the hotel and the staff were wonderful!

Room was small and falsely advertised on Expedia. Far too expensive for this small room. Bathroom door right off bedside was frosted glass sliding.. making privacy impossible, especially at night to switch on light. Fridge in room was broken and dirty inside. Would not recommend.

I would say setting a standard is difficult but important step in ranking a hotel. Between picking a great vs not a great hotel based on some reviews is a bit difficult and somewhat challenging. This pick was a great one. Kenzo helped in registering our car and made sure our stay is as comfortable as possible. Then we had the chance to meet Diana such a nice person with a friendly smile she made us feel welcomed and as if we knew her for our entire life. Picking the right staff at the front desk is key in the hospitality business since they are the face of the business. Thanks to Kenzo and Diana without a doubt I would recommend this hotel. I would like to take a moment and acknowledge the crew who organized our room and ensured our room is tidy. Thanks for the everything. Joe & Dolly

Close to a couple of tram stops. Easy to walk to the river side (,5 km) and most other attractions and shopping. Breakfast is good. Check-in was quick. Rooms that end with 08 (i.e. 208) have a very poor view from their window.

We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel. The hotel is located in a pedestrian area close to great shopping, dining, public transportation options are within a short walk. Staff was friendly, caring and helpful. Special thanks to Malika, who was very caring and helpful. Parking is available close by although it is a tight one. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend highly.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff are excellent and willing to help make your stay more comfortable in any way they can. They provide maps of the area and also sell Tram passes at the front desk to make it easy to get around the city. The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.
