Had a fabulous stay in a fabulous city. Hotel was perfect with parking garage right across the street. Cost us about 10 Euro for overnight. Hotel was perfect for our visit.

We stated at this lovely boutique hotel located in the heart of Dijon historic city centre in late August 2025. Service was wonderful. We were warmly welcomed by duty manager ‘Brice’ who spoke fluent English and arranged secure car parking for our BMW at the hotel. Dinner in the hotel was superb – the steak was perfectly cooked (one of the best we had during our holiday in France) , the side dishes were great and the wine recommended by the waiter was excellent as were the starters and dessert. The food in fact was better, and more satisfying than in a Michelin restaurant we subsequently visited in another French city. There is a bar in the hotel which serves great cocktails and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious – furbished to modern standards –including very good air conditioning (important in the summer) and a large en suite bathroom, and large comfortable bed. It was also quiet and we had good sleep after a long journey. Dijon city centre is very picturesque and is literally on the doorstep from the hotel making it easy to explore on foot, which we did after dinner. Breakfast was substantial with a good choice of hot food and a continental style buffet, coffee and fresh fruit juice etc. We would gladly stay at this hotel again. We would definitely recommend it to our friends.

Great location on the edge of Dijon Old Town. Staff were very helpful. Standard room was small but clean and bed was very comfortable. Private parking needs to be booked but there is a public carpark opposite. Be aware that restaurant and bar are closed on a Sunday, which we didn't know until we arrived. A few restaurants open nearby so not all was lost!

New wing with elevator and all the modern conveniences are excellent inside room or outside. Location is perfect . Difference with the old wing, only in absence of elevator. Guests use narrow medieval spiral staircase. Fortunately staff helps with handling of suitcases up and down.

Our second stay at this hotel. Very nice an cosy and a perfect restaurant. It's a bit tough to reach the second floor in the old part of the building without a lift, but the rooms are perfect.

The reception staff here are absolutely excellent. Location is fantastic. The only negative is my room was located above the bar so it was quite loud. Given the price of the room, I was disappointed with this.

The TV was not working (no chrome cast), and the shower was not as advertised. It was basically a bathtub with a handheld nozzle you had to hold above your head. They gave us 10% off our bill for the broken TV (they also offered to move us to the next room), but this basically just covered the cost of breakfast (not included).

Started off well with two young gents at reception- ‘your room is in the old part of the hotel’ - suspect that’s where they put the ‘old’ people - no lift and the stairs a challenge- young man carried our cases up! - ask for a room in new section with lift! - next morning arrived for breakfast at 10.15am (Hotels.com site says until 11.00am!!!) - non finished at 10.00, no one offered a coffee or croissant!! - we explored Dijon returning to room at 3.30pm to find our room had not been serviced, despite reception asking if we wanted this to happen, oui! - returned later in evening to find the door key wouldn’t work - another trip up & down stairs to reception- upon entering the room found one fresh towel & a used one hanging behind the door. (all used towels had been placed in bath tub as requested! -at the bar asked which of the wines offered by glass was local Chardonnay?, neither of the bar staff were sure!!! - same question re Pinot Noir, same outcome!!!! Reception staff were all ‘busy’ and ‘going to speak with Head of this or that - there was a lot of lip service but little genuine focus on the customer- the taxi order was another issue, but I’m exhausted!! We’ve been travelling for 3 weeks in multiple hotels, this was our least favoured experience!! We loved Dijon and we’re On the train to Paris - PS; there is an excellent public multi storey carpark directly across the road from hotel

Dijon city centre is very picturesque and is literally on the doorstep from the hotel making it easy to explore on foot, which we did after dinner. Breakfast was substantial with a good choice of hot food and a continental style buffet, coffee and fresh fruit juice etc. We would gladly stay at this hotel again. We would definitely recommend it to our friends.
We stated at this lovely boutique hotel located in the heart of Dijon historic city centre in late August 2025. Service was wonderful. We were warmly welcomed by duty manager ‘Brice’ who spoke fluent English and arranged secure car parking for our BMW at the hotel. Dinner in the hotel was superb – the steak was perfectly cooked (one of the best we had during our holiday in France) , the side dishes were great and the wine recommended by the waiter was excellent as were the starters and dessert. The food in fact was better, and more satisfying than in a Michelin restaurant we subsequently visited in another French city. There is a bar in the hotel which serves great cocktails and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious – furbished to modern standards –including very good air conditioning (important in the summer) and a large en suite bathroom, and large comfortable bed. It was also quiet and we had good sleep after a long journey. A notre arrivée, on nous donne une chambre aui n est pas prete pour 3 personnes, puis on nous fait changer de chambre en prétextant qui il y a une erreur.. En verifiant ma réservation je constate que ce n est pas du tout la chambre que j ai payée.. On nous fait donc à nouveau déménager et enfin ils preparent la chambre que j ai réservée....( on change 3 fois avec les bagages 😞) Pas de place dans leur parking Pas tres Pro pour un 4 étoiles à la réception Petit déjeuner tres bien serveuse tres agréable

Great location on the edge of Dijon Old Town. Staff were very helpful. Standard room was small but clean and bed was very comfortable. Private parking needs to be booked but there is a public carpark opposite. Be aware that restaurant and bar are closed on a Sunday, which we didn't know until we arrived. A few restaurants open nearby so not all was lost!

This is such an old historical hotel that has been tastefully and beautifully updated so that the rooms and facilities are top-notch. Beautiful inner courtyard that is used for cocktails was wonderful! Restaurant was wonderful and breakfast was perfect. Staff will do whatever is necessary to make you comfortable. Loved this hotel!

The hotel lovely building and good location most of the staff were great. But the aircon kept breaking down every day and it was uncomfortable to be in the rooms during hot weather. Patrons who are staying have a control panel in the room but have no real control as it is controlled via reception! Also you are kicked out of Wi-Fi every few hours which is painfully old fashioned in 2026
