Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal - Service top. Gute Lage, um Straßburgs Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erkunden. Gut mit Bahn oder Auto erreichbar. Betten sehr gut und Zimmer sauber. Ansonsten sind Zimmer (Doppelzimmer classic) leider in die Jahre gekommen. Insbesondere Badezimmer nicht mehr zeitgemäß, z.T. sehr dunkel, mit Dusche in der Badewanne mit Duschvorhang. Wasserdruck in der Dusche könnte besser sein. Frühstück i.O.. Positiv Gepäckraum mit abschließbaren Fächern. Schade: leider hat die Rabattkarte für das Parkhaus Wodli nicht funktioniert, trotz Beachtung der Hinweise des freundlichen Hotelpersonals.

This hotel is in a convenient location and the breakfast was delicious. They had the perfect area where to store your luggage after you checked out but still wanted to explore a little more. They were good at having small things available - apples and cold water!! Arrival is a little difficult if you come by car because the front of the hotel is very busy and you don't know where to park. It would be nice if they sent the parking location in a message a couple of days before arrival.

This property is under construction and they gave us a room right next to a room that was under construction. There was nonstop drilling and hammering in the morning. We asked to move our room, but they kept on saying it was sold out. We requested for the manager and finally moved us to a lower level room. We paid more for the premium room; however, did not get the same room. They gave us $17 for “credit” which was not equivalent amount for the difference. This stay was not satisfactory at all

Chambre propre, bien climatisée. Personnel très sympa. Petit-dej correct. Emplacement magnifique. Le seul souci est le parking. L’offre proposée par l’hôtel (15€/j) concerne un parking un peu plus loin que celui en face pourtant les deux sont indigo. Sinon, elle concerne que les voitures qui seront garées dans le parking toute la journée. Si la voiture est utilisée, alors l’offre n’est plus applicable et on paye la tarif complète (4€/30min)

Trevligt rum och fint badrum, allt såg nyrenoverat ut. Dessvärre luktade det lite mögel från badrummet. Hotellet erbjöd en ganska enkel frukost. Tyvärr har de svårt att hantera sin förskottsbetalning vilket gjorde att de ville avboka oss. Det löste sig genom att vi kunde betala på plats men det vara många meddelanden fram och tillbaka innan de gick med på det.

This is a basic in-transit hotel, very convenient to the Strasbourg train station. The room we had was small (esp by US standards) but I understand there are larger rooms, and spartan -- no/few frills. The room we had could have had much better lighting. I had to turn on the bathroom light to readily see my work on the (small) desk. The bed was too hard for my spouse to sleep, despite adding several comforters as pseudo matresses, so hard bed haters beware. The breakfast was really really good. The staff were extremely helpful. I would have like some free coffee during the days, not 2.5 Euro a cup. So -- pluses and minuses.

Everything is close. There are several pretty good steak restaurants in the surrounding area. The central station is across the park. The Hotel is quite good if it weren't for the cleaning staff who spend their time harassing guests from 7 a.m. to clean the rooms. We were on the 3rd floor and even on the day of our departure, he entered the 2 reserved rooms several times to clean them without knowing about our departure. It was pure nosense, but the rest of the staff is collaborative.

Staff was incredibly helpful, and impressively tri-lingual (French, German, English). Needed directions and recommendations on a couple of occasions, and they were able to point us in the right direction every time. Room has no frills, but is perfectly nice. The breakfast is similarly simple, but solid. Literally across the street from the train station, which was a big plus for us.

Efficiently run hotel - clean and comfortable - can't fault it. Location ideal for rail travel (we got to Colmar in about 40 minutes from hotel room) and it's about 20 minutes to walk to Strasbourg Cathedral. Good breakfast too. No kettle in room but flavoured water and fruit available free in lobby.

Great location for travelling right across from train station and access to Old Town. Staff and service excellent. The downside was price, which was outrageous due to popular Xmas market season. Not good value for money. Breakfast buffet basic, especially for $500 a night.

Excellent hotel, quiet despite being right opposite the Railway Station, I was upgraded to what I believe is one of the newly refurbished rooms on arrival, lovely comfortable bed, everything was clean and worked. Small area at reception where one could purchase snacks and various alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks Excellent Breakfast with a good selection of food and drinks available in the morning, would certainly stay here again if visiting Strasbourg or just staying overnight

O hotel era muito confortável, um quarto excelente, amplo, claro, extremamente limpo, dispunha de cafezinho ou chá, no quarto, pessoal da recepção amáveis e gentis, ótimo café da manhã, bem variado.
