We had refurbished rooms. They were big and comfortable, with a super ensuite and nice and quiet. The staff were efficient and friendly. I would really recommend this hotel particularly as it is so well situated opposite the station.

Rezervasyon sırasında Ücretsiz otopark olduğu bekletilmesine rağmen yoktu. Otelin karşısındaki otoparka gittik ama berbat bir deneyimdi. Otopark ücretini ödemek için konulan otomatlarda sorun çıktı ve görevliye başvurmamız gerekti. Ancak en az 1.5 saat beklememize rağmen hiçbir görevli gelmedi. Bir polis memurundan yardım istedik o bile 45 dakika uğraştıktan sonra çözebildi ve gecikmeli olarak ayrılabildik.

Gute, zentrale Lage. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat uns ein kostenfreies Zimmer-Upgrade angeboten. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Auf Anfrage wurde ein Preisnachlass im nahegelegenen Parkhaus gewährt. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis mehr als in Ordnung. Wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Hotel bello e pulito camere pulita, posizione in cetro a 5 minuti a I Ponti Coperti e alla La Petite France. Lunica pecca e il parcheggio, visto che si appogiano al parcheggio della stazione. Io o soggiornato due giorni, e il parcheggio mi e costato 50 euro con lo sconto del hotel seno mi sarebbe venuto piu di 60 euro. Ecetto questo hotel lo cosiglio ne vale la pena

Seems like hotel in middle of remodeling or I hope so. Excellent location direct across from train station and easy walk to cathedral and Christmas markets. Lots of restaurants around and the staff pleasant. However the rooms where missing the amenities that makes the hotel great such as mini frig , bathroom soaps, shampoo, qtips, lotions, waters, juices snacks, iron, down pillows.

Please understand before you stay here: there is no staff here. You get your key thru kiosk inside. There is no one to call or speak to if anything goes wrong. Very confusing to check in; I was lucky a lady at bar next door knew how to. And the coup de gras, no air conditioning in hotel. Only was to make it thru night was keeping window open to noisy street (really an alley) below. Beware!

We stayed at the Hotel Bristol for 1 night. We preferred this hotel because of it's location. Very close to tha Strasbourg Train Station (2-3 min by walk). The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was perfect. Hotel staff is friendly and supportive. I really liked this hotel very much. Thank you for the hospitality!

Situated very close to the railway station in a good area. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good view from the room. Bed comfortable. Although we paid for a superior room, it was very disappointing. There was a new shower, wash basin and toilet but there were brown water stains on the ceiling above. The rest of the room was in dire need of renovation. All the paintwork was chipped or very badly painted. The wardrobe mirror door had a large crack which was covered over with sticky tape. The carpet was old, thin and uneven. A trip hazard. The hotel was informed in advance that one of the party was gluten free. We stayed 4 nights bed and breakfast. Bread rolls were provided for 3 mornings but we were told there were none on the other morning, nor was there any fruit salad. The bread problem was remedied when the receptionist had ‘a word’ with the waitress but there was no fruit salad that day. The website showed boiled egg but this didn’t materialise until the second day after we spoke to the receptionist again.

It is an OK hotel, totally fine for a night or two. Its furniture is very dated, the floors are squicky but overall, it is very conveniently located and the rooms are modest but clean. I do not think that I will stay there again but it was not terrible.

Buen hotel situado junto a la estación de tren, con personal amable y muy atento, con closet, baño y toallas limpias, sin embargo, el colchón de la cama en el que nos tocó dormir ya era muy viejo y no fue muy confortable y la alfombra de piso algo sucia. Bueno para alojarse un par de días.

We stayed for 2 nights and paid an extra 20 euros for an upgraded room. The bathroom and shower were very modern and clean. I particularly appreciated the non slip shower basin. Nice view over the station area through the small windows. The room itself was a decent size. The breakfast was reasonable.

Chambre vieillotte, moquette usée et gondolée, rideaux sales, rideaux occultants qui laissent passer la lumière, fenêtres non insonorisées avec bruits des passants en continu, climatisation HS... Petit déjeuner limité et avec des manques non remplacés (croissants, jus d'orange), 1 seule machine à café fonctionne. Amabilité du personnel au minimum syndical. Bref décevant pour le prix et pour le nom prestigieux porté par cet établissement. Faute de mieux...mais vraiment par défaut.

Please understand before you stay here: there is no staff here. You get your key thru kiosk inside. There is no one to call or speak to if anything goes wrong. Very confusing to check in; I was lucky a lady at bar next door knew how to. And the coup de gras, no air conditioning in hotel. Only was to make it thru night was keeping window open to noisy street (really an alley) below. Beware!

We stayed at the Hotel Bristol for 1 night. We preferred this hotel because of it's location. Very close to tha Strasbourg Train Station (2-3 min by walk). The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was perfect. Hotel staff is friendly and supportive. I really liked this hotel very much. Thank you for the hospitality!

Hotel bello e pulito camere pulita, posizione in cetro a 5 minuti a I Ponti Coperti e alla La Petite France. Lunica pecca e il parcheggio, visto che si appogiano al parcheggio della stazione. Io o soggiornato due giorni, e il parcheggio mi e costato 50 euro con lo sconto del hotel seno mi sarebbe venuto piu di 60 euro. Ecetto questo hotel lo cosiglio ne vale la pena

Seems like hotel in middle of remodeling or I hope so. Excellent location direct across from train station and easy walk to cathedral and Christmas markets. Lots of restaurants around and the staff pleasant. However the rooms where missing the amenities that makes the hotel great such as mini frig , bathroom soaps, shampoo, qtips, lotions, waters, juices snacks, iron, down pillows.

Das Frühstück war nicht unterirdisch aber halt leider auch nicht gut.... die Frühstücks eier waren kalt ... die brotauswahl gering genauso wie die wurstauswahl... alles in allem nicht berauschend. Das zimmer war völlig ok und es war sehe nah an der Innenstadt.

Excelente estadia! Limpeza, conforto, enxoval, café da manhã , funcionários, silêncio, instalações ótimas. Tamanho do quarto muito bom. Distante da cidade, fomos 1 noite de ônibus e a volta o ônibus demorou 1 hora para aparecer no ponto. De carro é tranquilo.

We stayed for 2 nights and paid an extra 20 euros for an upgraded room. The bathroom and shower were very modern and clean. I particularly appreciated the non slip shower basin. Nice view over the station area through the small windows. The room itself was a decent size. The breakfast was reasonable.

Situated very close to the railway station in a good area. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good view from the room. Bed comfortable. Although we paid for a superior room, it was very disappointing. There was a new shower, wash basin and toilet but there were brown water stains on the ceiling above. The rest of the room was in dire need of renovation. All the paintwork was chipped or very badly painted. The wardrobe mirror door had a large crack which was covered over with sticky tape. The carpet was old, thin and uneven. A trip hazard. The hotel was informed in advance that one of the party was gluten free. We stayed 4 nights bed and breakfast. Bread rolls were provided for 3 mornings but we were told there were none on the other morning, nor was there any fruit salad. The bread problem was remedied when the receptionist had ‘a word’ with the waitress but there was no fruit salad that day. The website showed boiled egg but this didn’t materialise until the second day after we spoke to the receptionist again.
