Bus 100 from the airport and the yellow metro takes you direct to invalidovna, 5 mins walk to hotel. Close to metro and tram stops.Large rooms, TV can only get BBC world news in English. superb buffet breakfast. pleasant 10 minute walk to central Karlin , plenty of good pubs and restaurants.

Sehr viele Reisegruppen im Haus, die bei Busankunft die Reception und die massiv zu klein dimensionierten Aufzüge stürmen. Lage gut, 5 Minuten von Metro- und Strassenbahnhaltestelle entfernt. Resepsiyon görevlileri hiç gülümsemiyorlar. Müşteriye güler yüz göstermek lazım. Konaklama esnasında 3 saat geç çıkmak istedim hiç yardımcı olmadılar ve para talep ettiler. Otel büyük ve sadece 3 asansör var bu da otele yetmiyor. Özellikle check in ve check out zamanlarında. Kahvaltı 4 yıldızlı otellere göre yetersiz. Otel odası küçük. Banyo inanılmaz küçük. Otelin girişinde engellilerin kolayca içeriye girmesi veya valizlerin kolaylıkla taşınması için herhangi bir rampa yok. Sadece valizlere yardım eden otel görevlisi nazik ve yardımsever. Otel çalışanları çok kaba. Sadece şehir merkezine ulaşım için uygun bir lokasyonda. Fiyat hizmete göre pahalı.

Die Sauberkeit kann ich nicht bemängeln, es ist besser geworden. Im Frühstücksraum war es nicht so wie es sein sollte beim letzten Besuch im August, jetzt im September war es einwandfrei ohne Mängel, vielleicht hat meine letzte Anmerkung was bewirkt. Die Zimmer waren und sind sauber, der Zustand der Ausstattung ist allerdings nicht so perfekt wie man es erwartet. In meinem Zimmer hielt der Toilettenbrill nicht in der oberen Stellung obwohl die Reinigungskraft ganz offensichtlich ihn gereinigt hatte und eine Papierbanderole herumgelegt hat. Im Bad gibt es keine Steckdose für zB. Rasierer oder el. Zahnbürste, ein Fön ist vorhanden und auch angeschlossen.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel à 4 (deux chambres au 18ème étage) calme et confort assurés.un problème les deux derniers jours où le ménage n'a pas été assuré. Nous avons dû réclamer au desk. Les 4 étoiles de cet hôtel sont très généreuses car on ne trouve pas dans les chambres les petites attentions, (shampoing, ...) le bloc douche n'est vraiment pas grand... Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais pas génial surtout si on reste plusieurs jours. Vous n'y trouverez pas de viennoiseries et les gâteaux proposés sont vraiment très secs, les jus de fruits insipides et pour le salé, saucisses œufs durs ou omelette le tout de qualité moyenne mais en quantité suffisante. Malgré tout, séjour agréable avec du personnel serviable dans un hôtel à 5min à pied du métro et à 15 min du centre ville. Ne pas y rester trop longtemps.

Estuve 3 noches en el hotel por ocio. La primera noche no me pareció que estuviera impecable, pero tampoco me dio tiempo. El baño me pareció incómodo para entrar y el lavabo no estaba limpio del todo, además de la mesa, donde comí un sándwich que tenía y no estaba limpia. Fue en la segunda noche cuando me di cuenta que la lámpara tenía muchísimo polvo, pero no le di mucha importancia porque estaba disfrutando mucho de la experiencia y la gente (estaba en el hotel por un congreso de baile organizado ahí mismo) y paraba poco en la habitación. Pero, en la tercera noche, hacia las 2 de la mañana, cuando me fui a dormir había un bicho en mi almohada, que resultó ser un pez de plata. Lo quité y me deshice de él con mucho asco. Me duché rápidamente y me acosté. No recuerdo si a la mañana siguiente o esa misma noche, vi otro bichito igual en el baño. Entonces, al dejar la habitación les enseñé en recepción foto y vídeo del insecto en la almohada, y me remitieran al manager, al cual contacté por email. Lo único que me ofreció fueron 20€ y me dijo que había revisado la habitación y que la vio limpia y correcta. No sé si creerle, pero en cualquier modo esto fie dos días después de abandonar el hotel por mi parte, así que pensé que afortunadamente habían limpiado la habitación mejor de lo que yo me la encontré al llegar y que en ese momento no había insectos... Añadir también que los desayunos pecaban de no ofrecer alternativas veganas y el pan que ofrecen es bastante mediocre.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bett ist furchtbar knüppelhart, es gibt nur eine 5 cm hohe Schaumstoff-Auflage als Matratze. Im Bad werden sogar täglich Handtücher gewechselt, umweltmäßig gesehen überflüssig. Flur, Foyer und Aufzug alles schön sauber und aufgeräumt, störend empfand ich den Frühstücksraum der anscheinend sonst ein öffentlicher Veranstaltungsraum ist und dementsprechendes Flair hat. Es werden nach Frühstücksgästen nicht die Tische abgewischt sodass man gezwungen ist einen sauberen Tisch zu suchen. Das Frühstück selbst ist sehr vielfältig, alles was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden, auch in ausreichenden Maße, der Kaffee schmeckt hervorragend, es gibt kleine Brötchen die mich voll begeistert haben.

De kvindelige receptionister ikke særlig venlig. Nøglekortet til værelse virkede ikke så jeg skulle får den opdateret ned i receptionen næsten hver dag. Nogle af rengøringsdamer gik bare ind på værelset uden at banke på når de vil gøre værelset rent. Jeg havde 9 overnatninger på dette hotel og de sidste 3 dage jeg var der var de i gang med at renovere på nogle værelser ved siden af hvor de gik i gang med at larme kl. 7 om morgenen

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bett ist furchtbar knüppelhart, es gibt nur eine 5 cm hohe Schaumstoff-Auflage als Matratze. Im Bad werden sogar täglich Handtücher gewechselt, umweltmäßig gesehen überflüssig. Flur, Foyer und Aufzug alles schön sauber und aufgeräumt, störend empfand ich den Frühstücksraum der anscheinend sonst ein öffentlicher Veranstaltungsraum ist und dementsprechendes Flair hat. Es werden nach Frühstücksgästen nicht die Tische abgewischt sodass man gezwungen ist einen sauberen Tisch zu suchen. Das Frühstück selbst ist sehr vielfältig, alles was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden, auch in ausreichenden Maße, der Kaffee schmeckt hervorragend, es gibt kleine Brötchen die mich voll begeistert haben.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel à 4 (deux chambres au 18ème étage) calme et confort assurés.un problème les deux derniers jours où le ménage n'a pas été assuré. Nous avons dû réclamer au desk. Les 4 étoiles de cet hôtel sont très généreuses car on ne trouve pas dans les chambres les petites attentions, (shampoing, ...) le bloc douche n'est vraiment pas grand... Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais pas génial surtout si on reste plusieurs jours. Vous n'y trouverez pas de viennoiseries et les gâteaux proposés sont vraiment très secs, les jus de fruits insipides et pour le salé, saucisses œufs durs ou omelette le tout de qualité moyenne mais en quantité suffisante. Malgré tout, séjour agréable avec du personnel serviable dans un hôtel à 5min à pied du métro et à 15 min du centre ville. Ne pas y rester trop longtemps.

De kvindelige receptionister ikke særlig venlig. Nøglekortet til værelse virkede ikke så jeg skulle får den opdateret ned i receptionen næsten hver dag. Nogle af rengøringsdamer gik bare ind på værelset uden at banke på når de vil gøre værelset rent. Jeg havde 9 overnatninger på dette hotel og de sidste 3 dage jeg var der var de i gang med at renovere på nogle værelser ved siden af hvor de gik i gang med at larme kl. 7 om morgenen

還好，沒有其他評論的糟，早餐還不錯；房間內有小冰箱，保險箱，可惜沒電熱水壺可沖泡咖啡，茶和泡麵。 從地鐵站走路就可到酒店，出地鐵站就有 ALBERT 超級市場，到超市買些東西，走路回酒店吃吃喝喝，非常方便。

A very clean and safe hotel. A bit boring for us, but Tram is close, so we could just get away when we wanted to. WiFi has bad connection and breakfast has everything you would expect from a continental breakfast. When it comes to breakfast we missed bacon most of the days, we missed proper fruit juices and staff seemed stressed. Everything else was good :)

If someone short on money then it’s OK, but bottom line is that this hotel is not too dirty , it’s outdated. Mainly works for one night stay bus travelers , but be ready when two buses group check in then you may wait for half an hour to get elevator for your floor. Again I love the are of Karlin but got to this hotel incidentally, so don’t make the same mistake, it’s not worth the savings, there are plenty of choices in Prague.

Great hotel with an excellent breakfast. It's within walking distance of both a tram stop and a metro station, making it easy to get around the city. I would happily stay here again. The only thing to note is that it can get quite busy at times, as the hotel appears to be popular with large tour groups.
