OK stay, renovations underway so dusty. Staff very friendly, room and cleanliness ok. Bed comfortable. Close to restaurants and river; safe and easy walking. Liked the shuttle to the airport. lots of parking. Would stay there again once renovations completed.

Lovely property! Parking space for each room and the people running it were absolutely fantastic full of great advice knowledge and so forth friendly and kind! Offered a shuttle to the airport and overal was just great had a clean pool clean rooms looked just like the picture

Late arrival due to flight times. Complex key retrieval process due to the need to make a phone call and then use 1 of 2 safes. In the morning all of the team we dealt with were exceptional, offering us breakfast options near the hotel. Would stay there again, without question.

Hotel Kingsley was clean and convenient and perfect for our one night stay in the Brisbane area. The most outstanding feature of this property, though, was the property manager, Helen. She was incredibly friendly and very informative. Every time we entered the lobby, both coming and going, she would go out of her way to greet us and ensure that everything was satisfactory. She provided background information concerning the area in which the hotel was located and suggestions for breakfast and dinner including, of course, the hotel's restaurant. If we are able to return to Brisbane in the future, we will definitely stay at Hotel Kingsley!

This was a really nice hotel in great proximity to the airport and the guy who checked me in was very friendly and professional. The room itself was very small, but still comfortable. I think the biggest downside was the bathroom. It’s so old and dated... Looked like 1980’s style. The shower door was mouldy and wouldn’t close properly so the floor was soaked and the shower mixer was difficult to use and the hot/cold signs on the mixer were missing. The bedside light wasn’t working either. I’d stay here again but I would be requesting a room that had been updated and at the back of the hotel away from the busy Intersection.

Shower needs a deep clean. Felt like I was staying at a 3 star definitely not 4. Shower tap broken, bathroom tiles chipped, toilet in need of a proper clean. Was quite disappointed. Bed was comfy.

This was our second time staying at this hotel in the last year or two and we will most definitely be back again in the future. The rooms are extremely comfortable and feel lovely and spacious. They are perfectly clean and fresh which is very important to us. Parking at the hotel is easy and free. Thanks again for another wonderful stay

I highly recommend Kingsford Smith Motel. We had horrible problems traveling and staying there certainly helped turn our trip around. We had not received our luggage from the airline we flew in on and were due to leave on a cruise. Being from the USA we were far from home and Helen, the owner and manager, went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She also personally drove us to the airport to retrieve our lost luggage. That kind of hospitality is very rare. And her motel is perfectly lovely!! You will certainly satisfied if you choose to stay there.

The hotel is so noisy being located on a corner of heavy traffic , the windows isolation is not perfect so I didn’t sleep for a min On top of that the reception is so rude in handling or talking to guest

Perfect stay, old fashioned hospitality which you don't get in the big hotels, rooms are really clean, excellent service. Just wish Hotels.com would remove "walking distance to Cruise Port", this is not the case, it is a 20 min drive let alone walk

Our overnight stay at Kingsford Smith hotel Hamilton, Brisbane was excellent. Friendly receptionist and very nice spacious hotel room. Walking distance to restaurants and only a 10minute drive to catch an early morning flight to International airport. Would highly recommend!
