Clean and modern hotel. Great spa in the basement which although extra cost is very reasonably priced and very clean. Games room was a fun extra touch.

The spa is not included in the hotel stay as the listing would suggest. Instead it costs a minimum of 399 per person for one session. The WiFi in our room was unusable, unable to even load Google. We spoke with staff several times about this and it wasn’t fixed, so we had to find cafes with WiFi to do work at our own expense.

The hotel is located in the heart of Prague, there are bus and tram stops in less than 5 min walking that connects you in 20 min to downtown and the Prague Castle. Breakfast is very rich which is very well welcomed when traveling, the staff is friendly and there is parking available for ~45€ per night (quite expensive). We only stayed for the weekend and they said our room would be soft cleaned (which is ok) but it didn’t happen, everything else was ok!

Nice, clean and modern hotel in a good location. 10 min walking distance to Old Town. Possibility of checking in and out online. Good breakfast buffet. Big rooms with a bed and also a sitting area. Nice and clean bathroom with a big shower. We liked the game room with pool, table tennis and table kicker! The games were free of charge.

Das Hotel ist recht modern gehalten. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend. Besonders toll fand ich, dass es auch einen Fitnessraum und auch einen Spielraum mit Billiard, Kicker, Tischtennisplatte etc. gab. Das der Check-Out erst bis 12Uhr erfolgen musste, hat mir ebenfalls gut gefallen.

Pros: Hotel is well located, comfortable and with choices at walkable distance Breakfast was good. Rooms were updated but comfortable and spacious. They have a laundry per room Cons: They represent the hotel with pool and jacuzzi. Those amenities don’t belong to the hotel and you should pay for using them. Rate was around $20 per person for 2 hours. The worst part is that you should reserve with time in advance and there is limited availability. The pool is really a cold plunge. We like having the pool after a long day and there were many hotels with those choices in the area. I also used the spa service and it was low average

The property is doing false advertisement for pool and sauna. No where on the website it says you have to pay to use the facility as it’s owned by another company. I selected this property with pool and sauna so I could relax at night but on arrival I was told will get 5% off if I book the property. I was very disappointed on arrival

Ich hätte erwartet, dass das Bett täglich gemacht wird und bin jeden Tag zu einem unberührten Bett gekehrt. Nur den Mülleimer haben sie täglich entleert. Ausserdem habe ich an einem Tag Trinkjoguhrt aus einem der zwei zur Verfügung gestellten Gläser getrunken und dieser Glas stand den folgenden Tagen einfach dar. Sie hätten den mitnehmen und waschen können. Immerhin ist das Hotel schon sehr sehr sauber und schön. Das Personal im Empfang ist freundlich. Das Schlimmste, muss ich jedoch sagen, war die Verwirrung mit dem Spa/Wellness. Man entnimmt der Beschreibung nicht nur, dass Sauna im Preis inkludiert ist, sondern auch, dass der Spa-Bereich im selben Hotel ist. Tatsache ist aber, dass der Spa eine externe Firma ist, im Nebengebäude liegt (man kann also nicht vom Zimmer in Badeanzug gehen) und man extra dafür bezahlen muss. Man bekommt vom Hotel schlicht eine 10% Ermässigung und einen Gang zu einer Tür zu einem Gang zu einer Treppe als „direkte“ Verbindung. Ich wünschte mir also sowohl ein bisschen mehr Achtsamkeit bei der täglichen Reinigung/Aufräumung der Zimmern und Klarheit bei der Beschreibung des Bezugs zum Spa/Welness.

The hotel was in bad conditions once we arrived there was no room service so we took our luggages by our self and also we found a hair and dirty bed sheets. Once we asked for a change the reception guy and security provide the sheets and with a pleasure and they provided one more dirty sheets with a blood! Its the first time i viaited 4 stars hotels who are not provide a water! They asked the guests to deink form the bathroom pluf. It was the worst experienced ever. Same as the front desk were unhappy and unsupported as well.

Η καθαριότητα στο δωμάτιο ήταν ανεπαρκής και σίγουρα μη επαγγελματική! Ξένες τρίχες στο χώρο καθώς και λερωμένα σεντόνια. Τα δωμάτια καθαρίζονταν κάθε 3 μέρες! Το πρωινό μέτριο προς καλό. Κλιματισμός κ τοποθεσία καλά. 25 λεπτά για κάνουμε check in ενώ δεν υπήρχε αναμονή!

De städar var 3:e dag. Byter endast handdukar som lagts på golvet. Ingen kyl på rummet. Rummet var stort och modernt med sköna sängar. Bra frukost, men slamrig miljö. Bra hotell till överkomligt pris.

4 stars for design, 2 stars for service - Nice room design, comfy bed, modern bathroom, but service is rather like a 2-star hotel: - There was NO housekeeping during my one-week stay. I learned AFTER checking in that they service the room every 3 days. In reality, they made the bed on day 4 and never showed up again, so no one cleaned the bathroom, & dust was piling up on the floor! - bath towel is so small & thin that it gets soaked quickly. - Reception staff claimed these practices are for environmental reasons… while I fully support hotels that operate sustainably, tidying the bed only ONCE in a week-long stay is NOT about sustainability, and all to do with being cheap! - the heat was almost 30C across common areas & it was impossible to turn it off in the room: hot air pumped non-stop to the point I had a constant cough and injured my lungs! When I asked reception for help, they claimed there is ONE setting across the hotel. Not sure how that is consistent with the hotel’s claim for being sustainable? - Lastly, while most hotels provide mini-fridge, kettle & tea & coffee, MaMaison does not offer those apparently for “safety” reasons. Rather they suggested to buy hot drinks at the bar... so they are just being cheap and trying to milk guests for every penny. While reception staff tried to fix the problems, they had no authority and no means to provide the solution that best meets basic guest expectations; they were very apologetic & admitted the hotel had serious issues.

I recently stayed at Mamaison Residence Downtown Prague and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The business suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, while even the entry-level room offered a standard of comfort well above expectations. The beds are outstanding — a generous 180 cm wide with thick, full-width quilts and high-quality cotton linens that made for an excellent night’s sleep. Another thoughtful touch was the inclusion of a pod coffee machine in both room types, something you rarely find outside premium suites. Breakfast was varied and fresh, with a great mix of hot dishes, fruit, and pastries. The on-site mini-market and bar are very convenient, and the gym is well equipped for a city hotel. Staff throughout the property were friendly, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. Overall, this hotel delivers tremendous value for money — modern, comfortable, and well-managed. Our room unfortunately smelled strongly of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The room was otherwise nice and spacious, with a small mini kitchen and a sofa bed.

Lovely stay, comfortable bed and very clean. Would have given this 5 star review however the room was lacking a kettle as in the description. Also a mini bar would have been a nice addition. Free safe. Breakfast was typically continental. We knew the area I.P Pavlova, so chose for its good location close to tram stop and metro C Red line, within walking distance to the centre if you want. Overall would stay again.

The hotel is in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the main area and easily accessible for all areas of the center of Prague. Being slightly off the main route means the hotel is in a quiet place without traffic noise. Images of the rooms are accurate and they are a good size and very comfortable.

There is some building works next to the hotel. I was not told about this. It was very nosy in the mornings and woke me up everyday of my 5 night stay. I would not have booked this hotel had I known. Otherwise a noce hotel.

Absolutely awful. I checked into my room and quickly discovered that the walls were paper thin. I could literally hear the people in the next room crumple paper. They had a child and a dog so there was constant noise even though they weren't being abnormally loud. (the room itself wasn't great but it would have been acceptable). I went down to the front desk and explained the issue. He told me there were no other rooms available and that was that. I left the hotel and found new accommodations.

Nice modern hotel. Rooms were spacious and breakfast buffet was good. The hotel is a short walk away from main shops with plenty of restaurants near by. The only downside we had was that the rooms were very warm, which is great when you arrive back after exploring the city but not so great when trying to sleep. The control in the room did not seem to have any effect on the temp so we resorted to keeping open the window.

I like the fact that the breakfast buffet is included on each reservation, but the food is the same everyday and they don't change the selection, also the housekeeping is not so attentive when I asked for room cleaning, not sure if she understand me, could be language barrier.

This is a very good option for a hotel in downtown Prague. The staff was excellent...all of them were genuinely helpful in every way possible. The location is a quiet spot within walking distance of the busy downtown area. The new wing is nicely renovated, and the residence wing has rooms with a kitchenette. Based on your needss you can pick which side you would like to stay in. It is not a very luxurious hotel, but definitely a very viable and reliable option.

Hotel location was a little bit out of the town centre/old town square however still close to amenities like museum, dancing house etc. We had stayed at the apartment and it was great, I recommend staying here again.

The property is doing false advertisement for pool and sauna. No where on the website it says you have to pay to use the facility as it’s owned by another company. I selected this property with pool and sauna so I could relax at night but on arrival I was told will get 5% off if I book the property. I was very disappointed on arrival

Unfortunately, the hotel is not a wellness hotel as advertised in the pictures, but has a separate spa in the same building, for which you have to pay admission by the hour, which is not clear! For a couple, this can mean an extra €50 per day and you can't just pop into the pool for half an hour, you always have to pay for at least 2 hours. The hotel is otherwise clean. At breakfast you realise that money is being saved. And the reception was extremely unfriendly.

Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr entspannt. Das Hotel liegt zudem in einer guten Lage, von der aus man die Altstadt und die Prager Einkaufszentren bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann.

The property was very clean and modern, the room was toasty and warm with a radiator in the bathroom. What I didn’t like was the breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was and it seemed poorly communicated on the Expedia ad that the spa was separate from the stay (this was decently priced). In general it was a nice stay. Not a 5 Stars Hotel in my opinion but still good. Buffet doesn’t have a lot of vegetarian/vegan options if you don’t wanna have seeds/muesli. The room and the bathroom were clean. Room service wasn’t available around 11 pm when we tried to order.

Estuve alojado en éste hotel 3 noches. Muy buena experiencia. La habitación era muy amplia, cama muy cómoda y grande y un gran baño. Todo muy limpio. El desayuno tipo buffet era muy completo, donde no solía faltar de nada y los productos son de calidad. Hotel con zona se ocio, trabajo y un pequeño gimnasio (quizás el gimnasio si estaba falto de equipo). El servicio y la atención me parecieron buenos. Hay gente que destaca la actitud del personal, pero una vez entiendes el carácter checo, entiendes que es algo normal y no hay que tomárselo a lo personal. A mí, en todo momento me atendieron muy bien. Respecto al precio, si te lo puedes permitir, me parece una muy buena opción, está a 15/20 minutos andando del centro histórico, y la zona es muy tranquila. Por último destacar la filosofía Eco que sigue el hotel, a mi, en lo personal me gusta. En general me parece un muy buen hotel para pasar unos días en Praga y conocer la ciudad.
