Property was under major renovation at the time. Property did send a message that many hotel features were unavailable. But I am more disappointed that Expedia didn't tell me that BEFORE I booked. Hotel may be quite nice by the time you are reading this.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. They thought of everything. For example, there were soft and firm pillows and a special black wash cloth labeled for makeup. The shower was clean and hot, AC worked well, bath fan worked well, soft and clean sheets, and a pretty good spread for breakfast. Plenty of well-lit parking close to the doors, too.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, pool is new nice and renovated. Workout room is also pretty nice. Bathrooms were neat and updated, beds were comfy. Breakfast was great. Would stay again.

Staff were extremely nice and friendly. Entire hotel was under construction and we were not notified in advance in any way. Had to use side entrance (note on door), no breakfast area (under construction) but able to get bagged breakfast, no lobby, swimming,... All under construction. Staff very nice and trying hard in difficult circumstances. Would have chosen different hotel with a lobby/seating area since meeting relatives for Christmas.

It was a great stay. Hotel looks brand new. Everything was clean and comfortable. Had soft and firm pillows for each bed. Pool was clean. Breakfast was good. Just an over night trip. The only thing was they put a $100 extra hold on your credit card for "incidentals" until after you leave in case you smoke or snuck in a pet. It should go away in 7-10 days or sooner depending on your bank.

the picture you see is a pool, not available, because this is a construction site with room! I got an email stating it was uderconstruction when I was already on my way, and stated that I was going to be able to use other amenities. when I arrived this is in the middle of the road when I said something I was told I could leave ( 8pm) and I would get a refund. Alone with a kid not a good idea. The room was nice, but corridors smell bad, dust. the personal was super nice. but literally this is a construction site with rooms.

Was horrible. Reconstruction of the building going on. The pool was closed due to work being done! Very messy, unorganized, and unprofessional. Should close down until hotel is suitable for the public.

This hotel is horrendous!! Do not stay!! Im currently waiting for my refund. We checked in and checked out immediately!!! They are under construction and will try to use that as an excuse, but you don’t cover up mold with a rug in the middle of a carpeted room!! That’s not construction. That’s just gross!! They also have tubes and giant holes in the walls in the rooms. It just doesn’t seem like they should even be operating!!!

It was very close to everything we wanted to do. However when we first arrived the room had a terrible funky smell like dirty clothes. For a newly renovated space this was not expected. On our last day of a one week stay the fire alarm went off when a patron was smoking in the hotel at 03:15 am. There was no notification of false alarm or evacuate the hotel. Finally we were under the impression that being a member of Holiday Inns reward program that we would be earning points from our stay. We stay at holiday Inn at least several weeks per year. However this time we were told by the staff that since we used Expedia to book our stay that we would not earn any points from this one week stay. I’m thinking it may be time to find a better points reward program at a different hotel chain given the amount of travel we do yearly.

Clean, very clean room. Comfortable bed with soft linens. Had many amenities that I didn’t have time to use but maybe next time. Breakfast was fantastic! Big selections, not just toast and bananas. Staff very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Everything from check in to check out was perfect. This hotel is newly renovated and everything was immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast selection was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and kind. The room was spacious and had plenty of storage space. The bathroom had bottles of Dove lotion, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The water pressure in the shower was great. Housekeeping was wonderful with bringing more towels and straightening up. We stayed for 3 nights and it's wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel if you're in the area.

Everything was better than excellent, especially for a very reasonably priced hotel. The service, the rooms, the quiet sleep hours, the quality of ordinary things like beds and showers, the breakfast—at every stage of the stay, this hotel delivers. Treat yourself and take advantage of upscale amenities at very affordable prices. Excellent, courteous staff as well. Highly recommend.

Hotel was conveniently off Route 80. Staff could not have been nicer and helpful. My husband uses insulin every day. I stored it in the room refrigerator. About 15 minutes after we were on the road again, I realized I had left insulin in our room fridge! I call hotel to let them know we were returning. Your desk receptionist let me know she would personally take care of it! She ran up to our old room, and she retrieved the medication! It was waiting for me at the desk. I was so relieved. AND your breakfast was delicious! I would recommend this hotel to all!

There was a tag in the room saying we could get hiegien products a we forgot. When we asked for toothbrushes and toothpaste responded with we have none. There was very unclear communication at check in. Caused an over draft on my account. She said she needed a card for incidentals, and would be no charge, the card was just needed to be on file. Then proceeded to charge 150 dollars. WiFi password word was not communicated. And when we wanted to stay another night they insisted they need to add an other 150 dollar deposit that I will wouldn’t get back for a week. We checked into a different hotel

Room was very clean. Comfortable beds. The entrance and lobby area was very stark and honestly did not feel welcoming. We are long time IHG members and there was nothing offered . I even asked for just a bottle of water like we’ve received at other hotels and the clerk just said we would have to pay for it. She said they are not given anything to give IhG members but she wished they could. I got the impression she is asked about it from other members because it’s what we’ve come to expect. Even though a bottle of water and a package of crackers or cookies is a small way of saying our business is appreciated; it is nice to be acknowledged that way. When you’re tired from driving, it would have been nice to walk into a more welcoming space.

No idea. We didn’t check in. I called to cancel and they lied and said I had made the reservation through Expedia and that was who I needed to call. They could have simply said ok but policy is that you have to pay for 1 night. Honesty and full disclosure is always best.

Nice spot at halfway point of drive to fam for Christmas visit. Only downside was that I had to drive to get dinner because there weren't any restaurants in walking distance. When I realized there was no fork in my takeout bag, the front desk clerk found one for me.

It doesn't look like much from the outside and there admittedly aren't many food options in the immediate vicinity, however, this place is a gem. It's clean, quiet, clean!, and super comfortable. Very convenient to Oberlin College, which is why we were there. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.
